My 6 year old absolutely loves wrestling at Elevate. He was a complete beginner, but the coach Ryan (and Dave) is so fantastic with him he is so pumped to go back every practice -- even though he's still very inexperienced. I love the respect the older kids have for the coaches and how kind and patient they are to the littler kids - it's just a good atmosphere and my son is already learning very positive lessons from watching his coaches and the older kids. I know very little about wrestling, but my son met some wrestlers who encouraged him to give it a try and I'm glad we found this gym because they're teaching him skills in life and on the mat.

A great gym. Top notch coaching for wrestling and Jujitsu. I do adult wrestling and adult jujitsu. The people really help you understand and they take the time to show you everything at a good pace. The culture is awesome and the classmates also care about each other. Great gym culture and coaching. 10/10

Elevate Wrestling Academy has been outstanding. I joined in mid March because of their adult jiu jitsu classes, and everyone has been very helpful and welcoming. All of their instructors have been great, including their wrestling coaches. I would highly recommend!

My son and daughter have been going to the beginner class at Elevate for 2 months now. They have also attended a camp there as well. They love going. The coaches (Ryan, Brett and Dave) are great with the kids. They do a very good job of keeping it fun while teaching different techniques to the kids. Would highly recommend if your kid is interested in trying wrestling or want to continue wrestling in the offseason.

Coach Habat is bringing something amazing to NE Ohio. Folkstyle and freestyle training at a large and clean training facility. Community feel with Olympic name training. This is exactly what the community has needed.
State champions and placers in the room, set to challenge all types of athletes.

Medina OH! This place is amazing. My son is 7 and has never wrestled previously and when I tell you the confidence he gained in just a few practices is amazing. The coaches do such a good job of identifying when a student may need some more detailed work and being able to work on that without slowing down the rest of the group or singling them out. The culture that’s promoted within the gym is something that, as a father and a former athlete, you want your kids to be a part of. Kids helping their partners work on techniques while doing drills, promoting competition and sportsmanship simultaneously, and keeping the kids engaged and on task. I could not give a higher recommendation on bringing your wrestlers here no matter the experience level even if it’s for a camp. Thank you elevate for being such a big part in growing my son’s confidence in something formerly unknown to him.

While traveling through Ohio my both kids did a trial class here , we loved the experience n attention of coaches n corrections they were able to help my kids with, this is excellent facility even has equipment for conditioning for wrestlers. Look forward to see you guys again,
