super dirty especially in the spare room. it’s not hard to sweep along the walls especially knowing people are going to be laying down on the ground & stretching in there. everything is broken from the mirrors, to the machines, to the bathroom door locks. the benches are all taped up & uncomfortable to lay on, there is no bench that’s just nice and one solid piece. there is no water bottle filling station like every other gym has. music is awful, overstimulating & loud. place seems very neglected.

Aside from being a welcoming gym, you will not find a more dedicated personal trainer than Jordan. He will tailor sessions based on your goals and help with any physical limitations. With his constant encouragement, he’s helped me lose 60lbs, which I could never have done on my own. And best of all he makes it fun! Also sends me workouts thru the app to do on my own. Follow his guidance and you will see results!

Love this gym. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean, very clean. Never crowded, probably 10-20% occupied in morning. Treadmills, elipticals, nautilus and tons of free weights. No intimidation from patrons either. Can't beat the price.

I paid for a membership for over a year with out going this gym. As I tried to cancel my membership again, the first employee I spoke with was extremely kind over the phone. He said he’ll do everything he can cancel my membership for me. He asked me to send an email and that I should be good to go. I continued to get emails from Fitness 19 saying I owe money or I’ll be sent to collections. I called again and spoke with the manager who was extremely rude to me, raising his voice over the phone. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you plan to forever. They make it really difficult to cancel memberships.

I've been a member of this gym for going on two years. i have also been a member of the other gyms in the near by area. fitness 19 is definitely the most bang for your buck. They have 24 hour access, plenty of cardio equipment, second to none personal trainers, constant upkeep of cleanliness for the equipment and restrooms, friendly staff and great customer service. They also have actual squat racks and a dead lift platform. Do yourself a favor and join this gym!

Great family oriented gym! Been going here for 5 years now and the gym improves every year in every aspect! I've also been taking self defense classes with fitness 19 self defense teacher Freddy Mac Thompson for 6 months now and it's such a great class and great skill to learn especially with Fred! He teaches the class through jeet kune do, and are they are very effective!

Tony set me up with a membership and signed me up with a trainer. Asked me exactly what I wanted out of joining a gym. It was really easy to sign up. After the initial shock of how expensive trainers are (they have different packages) I’m really glad I went with a trainer. Gina is wonderful and she is encouraging without being intimidating. She helps with my diet and keeps in contact with me on my off days. After 2 weeks, I’m definitely seeing small changes. I couldn’t be happier with everyone there. And they’re so friendly!

All trainers and gyms are NOT the same. I have had three trainers evaluate/assess me. My wife has had two of those same individuals assess her. These individuals did not evaluate our bodies' core for their strength, though one did start to give me core exercises.
My wife and I have since learned how critical it is to have a strong core through our current trainer, JB, at Fitness 19. He is concentrating on our cores like none of the others did. It's what we need before we move on to the more complex machines and weights without hurting ourselves. JB focuses on our individual weaknesses to help us get stronger. Everyone would benefit from a customized workout to safely get to where you want to go without hurting yourself by exercising incorrectly. We believe we have found a great trainer in JB as he applies his Exercise Science degree. He is not just someone who knows how to lift weights.
We are very grateful for JB and Fitness 19, which is a great place to work out.

I've been a member for a little over a year. You may not find a cleaner facility. The staff here takes pride in ensuring EVERYTHING is clean DAILY. The staff is friendly and it feels like a family everytime I go in there, warm and inviting. No pool, suana, showers and I don't care for those things, this gym offers everything i need to build my body with weight training and an excellent amount of cardio machines. There is a diverty of members from elderly to teenagers and I love it. I have had staff (Ryan), stop me on a couple of occassions to educate me on an exercise I was doing incorrectly or just to make me aware of the results I would get from doing a particular exercise. Other members are friendly as well, very courteous and helpful. I hired a trainer there last year by the name of Taylor and she got me together real quick and she was a BEAST. WELL worth the money spent towards personal training. I joined a gym closer to my home but it was dirty, dark and the atmosphere was heavy. I cancelled the membership and committed to driving 30mins just to get to this gym. The atmosphere alone is motivating. I recommend F19 Wickliffe to anyone looking for an affordable, clean gym with all the equipment you will need on your body building or fitness journey in life. I love this place.

You cannot beat the amount of machinery and service you receive for their low cost rate (and great family rates)! Awesome to have daycare service. I ended up having to cancel my membership because I had moved and there was no longer a location convenient for me. The staff took care of my account and made sure that I was satisfied.

I have been a member for about 3 years. I had always been reticent to join a health club. I have found in this case to be totally wrong. The staff have been terrific and the equipment is perfect for my needs. Working with my trainer Walter I have totally changed my quality of life to a status I could never have imagined. The atmosphere in the club is more like a meeting place for friends to hang out than that of a sterile business, I have never made a better investment.

I have been a member for about a month now... every time I walking the gym, at least one person if not multiple are there to greet you with a smiling face... and by name! There is almost always someone cleaning. Although a smaller gym, there is plenty of equipment for even the busier times. They have a childcare that is actually reasonable and very friendly staff that interacts with the children. I have been working with Nick the trainer and love it! I actually enjoy going to the gym and would (and have) recommend them to everyone!

Awesome staff and trainers! Been there almost two years and the consistency of the product is what I love the most. Very noticeable when you see the same faces there daily saying "hello" as you walk in the door. Kept very clean by the staff, and the renovations that just got completed make it feel like a brand new gym. I don't need to have flashy in my gym, I need a clean, affordable place to go that has all the tools to help me attain my goals. Been here for five years, and have experienced all the changes. Very positive atmosphere here, especially in the last few months since the management change. Friendly staff, helpful trainers...Any questions you have will be answered! VERY CLEAN! It quickly became not only a place for my physical well-being, but for my mental well-being as well.. It has a "family" type of atmosphere, which I also enjoy. I would highly recommend this place to family as well as friends. Despite all of the newer gyms opening, this is my home, and I wouldn't change that! GO CAVS!

Do not go here unless you plan to forever, because its nearly impossible to cancel your membership. A phone call is not enough for them. You have to write it down on a piece of paper in order to cancel your membership. They make you sign up using your bank information then 30 days to cancel the membership.
