The water fitness instructor Vickie is the best! I have been taking classes with her for two months and the strength difference in my legs is very noticeable. The pool is warm which is great for arthritis, and the facility is very clean. So glad I found this gym!

oops, initially the place was very clean. Recently, last four days, the men's restrooms are very filthy. I could not bring myself to use the
restrooms because of the filth. I sincerely hope they take care of this as I otherwise really like the facility!

Everything you need in a fitness center whether you’re looking for cardio, free weights, top notch equipment, classes, tanning, cold plunge, pool with classes and personal training. This gym is inviting and clean. The locker room is spacious and always well stocked. Membership pricing blows any other gym away since they are open 24/7 ALWAYS.

First time there. All equipment was clean, floors were clean, smells good. Equipment is great confusion, I didn't find any that weren't operational. Everyone that had been there put weights back and cleaned machines after use. Didn't get to see pool as it was after staffed hours. All in all happy with my membership!
