Pay attention to kids
Don’t clean up during class, do it after.
Don’t talk to other teachers, pay attention and talk to the kids.
Have some enthusiasm (some do but not all)
Don’t take attendance for 6 minutes. Do this when kids come in.
Hire more staff to ensure kids are not sitting. If each group had two teachers it would be so much better.
Get an adult to watch the teachers

My 4-year-old takes the Mini Ninja class. He absolutely loves it and asks almost every day if we are going to Ninja. The staff is kind and great with kids, and the facility is always clean. Wonderful, safe environment for my child. Highly recommend.

We love Flippers Gym. My 2 daughters are both in gymnastics and really enjoy it. The atmosphere is comfortable and the employees are kind. The gym is a perfect size, not too big or overcrowded.

My 3-yr old daughter loves going to gymnastics here! The skills are targeted to engage her through the use of music and toys. It’s always fun to come into the gym to see what decorations are up and what the theme is for the week. I like the ratio of kids to instructors so that, while she is having fun, she is also learning new skills. Very happy to have found this spot.

My daughter has been tumbling at Flippers for years. She just finished an amazing tumbling camp with highly qualified staff. The instructors are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Kris and her staff make are overly accommodating and make everyone feel welcome!

I had my daughter's birthday party at Flippers. The staff was great. The kids had such a good time and the staff helped serve food, set-up and they cleaned up everything. They even wrote down her gifts for me. I would highly recommend Flippers for birthday parties if your kids like activity and it was very reasonably priced compared to other party spots!
