Going to the gym has never been a priority to me but a few months ago I made a commitment that I would take better care of myself. Strength training with Greyson has been a game-changer for me! With his extensive education, knowledge, and experience I feel healthier, more energetic, and stronger! I shared my weaknesses and concerns with Greyson regarding past injuries and illnesses and he has been attentive and intentional about going at a pace that doesn’t burn me out but still encourages me to do more than the week before. If you want to not only feel better but look better and skip that 2pm crash, I Highly Recommend getting a hold of Greyson Loweecy and begin now! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I started training with Greyson almost 7 months ago and had basically never worked out in my life. The difference from when I started to now is truly night and day. He is really good about easing you into workouts and starting small and now I’m doing things I would’ve never imagined being able to do. Working out has always been intimidating to me because of not knowing what to do, if you’re doing it right, etc and it’s sooo nice to have someone walk you through it all, tell you what to do, and really push you. If I was working out on my own I already know I wouldn’t do a fraction of what he has me do. It isn’t a cookie cutter program where everyone is just doing the same thing, he personalizes workouts to fit each person’s individual needs. I’m now in the best shape I’ve ever been in and just feel so much better and more energized to get things done inside and outside of the gym. Can’t recommend G-Low Strength & Fitness enough!

10/10 personal training! You wont find anyone around more committed to your fitness than Greyson. There may even be days he’s more committed to it than you which helps keep you on track and prevents you from falling off the wagon. As of this writing I’ve been training here for 17 months. At the time I started my fitness level was incredibly low. I quickly realized ive never properly worked out before. He goes at the right pace and personalizes each individuals workouts to fit their needs and goal regardless if they are overweight, recovering from injury, youth and college athletes or someone just trying to stay active and get more fit. Ive seen all cases first hand in my time at G Low and it’s pretty cool to see.
Im your average build guy didnt start out very overweight or skinny. 5’8” with an average weight of 180 and fluctuating up and down from 175-185 during my time here. I started out benching a little over 100lbs , I have recently hit 285 and attempted 300 and could tell it was close. That’s some pretty serious results that shows some good programming. Trap bar deadlift started in the 200s and recently hit 475. Those are just a couple examples that gives the insight of the increases of strength during my time here. It is the same story for every lift with large strength gains like that. It really has surpassed anything I could have ever imagined.
If you want someone who knows what they’re doing and will hold you accountable to stay on track(which we all need) you should start today. I didn’t realize how out of unfit I was until I started to see the other side and how much better I feel. I could never stick with it on my own and May 2024 I contacted Greyson with the intentions to start getting serious and stick with it and I’m glad I did because I wouldn’t have stuck it out on my own or done the right things in the gym. You pay for so many different unnecessary things, why not pay to ensure you take care of your most important asset.. your body and mind. What you pay Greyson will come back to you 10 fold outside the gym. Seriously!

I have been working with Greyson for almost 2 years. My son has been working with him for a year and a half. We both race mountain bikes as our main sport. Greyson has us doing a strength program tailored specifically to our endurance sport and we continue to see consistent progress in our endurance, strength and results on the race weekends. At 51 years old, I’m as strong in the gym as I was in high school/college when I played football! My 14 year old son is learning the life lesson that “strength is never a weakness.” Greyson has been the catalyst for this change and progress in both of us.

Greyson is a great teacher. He has patience with those of us who are beginners struggling to learn the strengthening exercises. In addition, he is a great motivator who encourages us when we need a push to keep going. He is knowledgeable in his field and works well with all age groups. Both young athletes and adults of different ages interact with him well. I personally like to surround myself with good people. Greyson shows great character, and the atmosphere and attitudes of the people who are being trained by him reflect his personality. Exercise can be challenging, but a good teacher makes it easier to keep going back.

If you want a coach who will drop it all to be there for you ….this is the place!. Great location in Saint Clairsville, Ohio, and a clean gym ! I give an honest 5 start review, because the owner is just next level. He responds through messaging which seems to be so hard for some gym owners . G-Low has everything , anyone could possibly want in a small locally owned gym. One on one sessions , you get a meal plan completely designed for your goals, it’s clean, the radio works, and the equipment is NOT broken. It’s not a one and done shop at this gym. Its also more then just having a personal trainer . With tons of experience he can also help coach athletes! I have been looking for a gym like this for 4 years now, and will 5 start this every single day! He cares, it’s clean , its set apart, and the motivation is right for all levels!

Grayson has changed my fitness game! I’ve worked out my entire life and never thought I needed a trainer. I was wrong. The workouts are individualized and implements new exercises on a regular basis. Greyson Loweecy is an excellent trainer. I have been working out with him for over a year now.
