Glow Fitness is not your average gym. You won’t find treadmills, rowers, bikes or strength equipment here! These workouts will make you burn up to 1,000 calories in a 50-minute session and can be tailored to any fitness level and any age group.
Glow is one of only a handful of locations in the United States, and the first gym of its kind in Ohio. We are excited to bring this amazing interactive experience to Cleveland and the city of North Ridgeville. At Glow, we provide a unique workout experience that is all-inclusive, fun, and motivating. We believe wellness is not just a personal goal but should also be a goal of our families and our community.

I've been going to Glow Fitness since June 2024. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a welcoming and positive atmosphere that makes every workout enjoyable.
Jess is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, she will tailor workouts to your needs and push you to improve while maintaining a fun and encouraging vibe.
The gym community is an added bonus. The people here are friendly, motivating, and create an uplifting environment where everyone supports each other. There’s no intimidation—just a shared passion for fitness and self-improvement.

I LOVE attending classes at Glow Fitness!!! Every class I leave, I feel like I got a great workout. It is very challenging and Jessica has modifications that allow you to still be engaged. Try it, you won’t regret it!!

I have been a member of many gyms over the years and I inevitably lose interest and stop going. Not at Glow Fitness. The smaller class sizes ensure personal attention from the trainer Jessica. This helps with ensuring proper technique and improving accountability. The gym and all of its members are like a little family and we all support each other in our fitness goals. I have never been stronger or happier with a gym!

The Glow fitness family is the perfect support I needed to change my habits. The participants are funny and make the workouts go fast! Jess is a great trainer for all types of clients. (Beginners, people who are working out 3-4 times a week and people who want a more serious one on one training). Check out all of the classes that she offers and try one! The Glow Fitness App is easy to navigate, too!

Being a part of the Glow Fitness Family has been the most beneficial decision I've made for myself. It's an enjoyable and energetic environment to exercise in. My husband, my mom & I absolutely love coming to glow! Jess is an awesome trainer and person. She keeps the workouts interesting and intense. I’ve been going for a couple of months, and I’m loving it!! I was so nervous to walk in the door, but from the first visit, Jessica made me feel right at home, and the other clients made me feel like a part of a family. I’ve been able to improve with each visit, and I actually look forward to starting my day with a 5am class (never thought I’d here me say that, I’m not a morning person lol)!! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to get a great workout, never feel self concise, and with the support of an amazing trainer!!

Jessica kicked my butt in the Strong class! Great workout for endurance and strength training with a fun addition of glow lights and motivational music! Most excellent! I've never done the gym - usually playing soccer or doing taekwondo for firmness. But I enjoyed my 1st class and will become a regular! I'm excited to try the variety of classes and Jessica is friendly and encouraging. I think this concept is going to take off. I like the combination of small group vs. working out alone. And yet it is self paced.

I have been attending classes at GLOW for about 9 months and I’ve never felt stronger! All of the classes provide an incredible workout and each time we work different muscle groups. I have more energy too. It’s like cardio group fitness, weight training, and personal training all in one. I highly recommend giving GLOW a try.

All the classes are amazing. My favorites are strong, athletic, fight and Jess’s boot camp. It is different workout every class which keeps it interesting and fun! Jess also has themed workouts monthly, this past month was “songs of summer” but Glow has had 80’s and 90’s nights too with all your favorite music hits.

The classes kick my butt every time! Great diversity in the types of workouts they offer and I love the comradery you feel during class. My son loves the kids classes and we even hosted his birthday party there this year, which was awesome!
