Excellent facility, always clean, plenty of equipment for whatever your fitness goals are. For only a few dollars more than the alternative gym in town, to be honest though you get what you pay for, do you want begals or barbells. Personally I prefer barbells.

I just moved into the area and called the gym to make inquiries about their rates and stuff. The person on the other end picked up, heard my voice and hung up. I have an accent, a very distinctive one. This person picked up, heard me speak and hung up.

I called back immediately and they picked again. I repeated what I had said the first time, that I had called to make an inquiry. Then I asked why they had hung up the first time. They tried to gaslight me into thinking that I was the one who hung up and when I insisted that I didn’t, they just said “ma’am did you have a question?”

I don’t even know what to make of the situation. It’s so disheartening that in 2024, people still act this way to people because they sound and/or look different.

Edit: I did not find a way to respond to the response my review received so I have decided to put my response here.
“Accommodate” me huh? That’s a very interesting term to use. Oversight or choice? Seems very intentional to me though.
I speak English quite well, thank you very much. And I am quite sure that your robotic calls have not been coming with African accents. Find a better excuse.

What a great place to go workout for your mind, body and spirit, the staff and the people that come here to work out are very friendly and helpful, they will not hesitate to give you pointers and to make sure you are exercising correctly, so there's a less likely chance for a injury, very helpful!!! 🏋️‍♂️ I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to start a healthier lifestyle or just to get in shape, Go for it what do you got to lose!!! 🏋️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

I like the gym. I like Hammer strength equipment, and the other equipment including the free weights would handles. It's always clean, often extra strong coffee. One day I may partake in a protein shake.

This place is great came on for a week pass while I was in town and highly recommend this place. It’s clean, well organized, has everything you need to train. They have classes, and personal training as well. I will definitely be back next time in Ohio. Thanks for the great workouts!

I gave this 5 stars for three reason: Convience , staying nearby for a softball tournament, reasonable drop in fee($10), nice front desk guy when I called and when I arrived (assuming it’s the owner), and lots of equipment and spacious for a mom and pop spot. I would encourage working on lighting kind of dark.

Friendly staff great equipment for anyone from bodybuilder to someone just wanting to get a lift in. Highly recommend when i come to the area this will be my spot to lift. Also close to cast away bay or cedar point which is great for people staying over at the hotels.

*Awesome* gym. Not a single 35lb plate in the whole gym, which immediately means the owners know what they are doing. Tons of great machines. Complete free weight section, with multiple racks, benches, and Smith machines. Tanning, spinning, and a smoothie bar. Free coffee! Great functional/abs area. Clean and bright. Seriously everything you could ever want in a gym.

We were in town visiting friends and decided to try this gym and we loved it! It's a family-run business and the employees are very friendly. My husband and I have been to lots of different gyms around Columbus (where we live), but this is by far the best gym we've ever been to! It has a great selection of equipment! I love that it's not just full of cardio equipment and then some weights tucked in a corner. There is some cardio equipment up front, but there are lots of machines (there are even multiples of a few) and there is a free weight area with dumbbells and benches and plenty of space. I highly recommend this gym, especially if you lift weights. I would definitely go back!

They need new bulbs in tanning beds..I have been going for 2 weeks n haven't got even a shade darker the beds suck! Get some new bulbs!!
