I love Hotworxs!! The virtual classes in the sauna is exactly what my body needed. Easy to follow and perfect for every stage of fitness. Each class will give an example for “beginner, moderate and advance” The place is always clean, the staff and management are incredible and so friendly! I can’t even count how many times I’ve forgotten things there, and it’s always in the back waiting for me the next day. Other members are respectful. No place I would rather workout!

OBSESSED. I wish I joined sooner. I joined a week ago and have been there every day since lol I love it so much. Heather the manager is amazing- so patient, friendly, and helpful! Chloe was super helpful as well. The saunas are ssooo nice and it feels so good to know I am detoxing my body while scorching calories! I have loved every single class I have taken and truly appreciate the Hot Stretch class so much (I NEED IT!) 2 of my friends joined after trying it out with me and it's so fun to go together too! Our new girls night is now at Hotworx lol. They have so many fun incentives to keep you motivated, and me being the competitive person I am really pushes me and helps me that much more! Such a unique and wonderful workout experience!! LOVE!

I recently started at HotWorx, and I’m so glad I did! The infrared saunas add a unique twist that really boosts results. The workouts in the infrared saunas are a game-changer, but what really makes the difference is the staff, especially Chloe & Heather! I am so glad my friend introduced me to HOTWORX. I’ve been going 5-6 days per week. The variety of classes keeps it fresh and fun. Recovery time is short due to the infrared sauna allowing multiple sessions per day and week! I couldn’t live without it!

I signed up 3 weeks ago and love Hotworx! There are so many classes, it's clean, 24/7 access, staff is very friendly, and you can easily manage your classes on their app.

Update: Happy 2 year HOTWORX anniversary to me!

I still love working out in the infrared saunas. I have a bad hip and can't row or cycle anyplace else. The heat is a miracle solution for getting rid of my pain. You follow virtual instructors on TVs in the saunas and the app allows you to sign up for classes and check out your individual 90 day challenge. I get a free month every 90 days because I log my classes in the app.

The next goal I have is to become a Hotworx Ambassador by getting 3 more (already have 7) people to sign up and use my name as who referred you. Once anyone hits this goal, it's 12 months free!!

Non members can check out classes for free during staffed hours and members have access 24/7. So if this posts gets you up to HW to try out a class or two, please give them my name (Sarah Bowers) 🧡🧡🧡

When I first signed up with a friend, the THEN manager told us we had a three month commitment and could cancel anytime as it was a “special” they were running. She rushed us through signing our contracts on a small iPad that was having “technical errors” and didn’t make it clear that it will be at least 140$ to cancel or 99$ to cancel immediately. I had surgery and called to cancel and ask why I was still being charged and the woman (Laura) I spoke to on the phone said she would cancel my “subscription.” The three months we were told were our obligation were already up but Laura, who was as rude and snobby as one could be said that a 60 day notice was required and had to be signed in person. That’s not possible when you’re in the hospital and also NOT what we were told and without being able to read a contract on a broken iPad, also not what we signed. On October 19 Laura verbally said she would cancel my membership due to me being in the hospital for surgery for a very extended time and also not being able to drive …and I am still being charged. When I was charged AGAIN I called my bank to inform them that my contract was cancelled. My bank called Hotworx who then told my bank the exact opposite. Today Nov 30th Laura confirmed AGAIN that she spoke to me in October, and would cancel my subscription verbally so she “didn’t have to deal with me.” this is a scam. While working out you can’t hear the instructors because the front desk blasts their music. No one is at the front desk until well into the afternoon, so good luck speaking to anyone or even being able to cancel your subscription. It’s the hotel California, you can get in but you can never leave

I'm very impressed with my first visit at Hotworx. Alison gave me the full tour and had a chance to try it out before I purchased a membership. Finally a place where I can workout without a lot of people around me. The sauna environment is great. I've never sweat this much or enjoyed a workout as much as this. It was truly "Me Time." I'm hooked! 🙂

I've been going to Hotworx, Strongsville for a little over the year. The staff is kind and helpful! I love that the studio is clean and you can chose to have a private workout or workout with others. Scheduling workouts in the app has allowed me access to the gym late at night or early in the morning. This is so helpful so my workouts can vary and fit my schedule every week!

It was my first time in a Hotworx studio, and let me tell you it was a really great experience! The general manager made me feel comfortable and had no problem explaining how Hotworx was different and in a lot of cases better than a typical gym. I love that I have 24 hour access to the studio and having the ability to book a semi private workout session was a big win for me. I really like the environment and all of the members I’ve met so far have been really encouraging. After doing a Hot Yoga workout, I felt like a new person, I had so much energy and being able to burn a ton of calories in such a short time was really motivating.
