With so many good reviews I am surprised at how different my experience with Caleb was. If you are a female, this gym is not for you. He ignores feedback, will make you uncomfortable (no, it’s not in your head) and openly speaks badly about other clients. Unprofessional and sleazy. Save your money and find a trainer that has integrity.

I just passed my one year anniversary working out here. The facility is excellent, small groups and friendly faces make it a real pleasure. I first joined because Caleb understood my needs and designed engaging custom routines that helped me progress and kept me interested. He’s always around to advise, coach and inspire. As he’s brought Mike on as a second trainer, this has only enhanced the experience with a second set of eyes and opinions, also allowing more timeslots to be available, and not forgetting Mike’s scorching sense of humor and notable taste in workout music! I have never been one to stick to any work out plan until I nervously stepped into this gym a year and a half ago. I found out quick that Kennedy Health and Fitness works!!!! They don’t have one size fits all type of classes. Each workout is built custom for me to help me achieve my goals. It’s not over crowded and I’m never left guessing what to do in my workout. Caleb or Michael are always right there to explain the exercise and answer my questions. This gym has just the right amount of accountability I need, which is what has kept me coming back. I overall feel better, stronger and have more energy.

I recently turned 50 and the older I get the harder it has been to lose weight. I was getting my 10,000 steps in daily along with taking many fitness classes and seeing no results. I shared my frustrations with a friend and she told me about Caleb and how much he has helped her.
I was nervous and put it off for a few weeks. I took the step and made the appointment to meet with Caleb. Walking up to the entrance a sign hangs on the door that says, "You did the hard part, we'll take it from here". After reading that a huge sense of relief came over me and I was already glad I made the decision to meet with Caleb. And he does take care of the rest. Caleb is so incredibly knowledgable in health and fitness. He listened to me share my history, my goals, and why I decided to come to him.
I am now in my 5th month. I am down 8 pounds, have lost 5 inches around my waste, my percent body fat is now in a healthy range, my cholesterol level has lowered, and I can see and feel my body be more toned. I can't believe I am lifting the amount of weight I am already using during my workouts. My program is designed based on my personal goals. As is each person that workouts there. Caleb encouraged me to add more protein to my diet and to do intermittent fasting. These simple changes have as well contributed all the good results I am seeing.
I have very much enjoyed meeting the people that workout there. From high school kids to adults in their later years. Each person I talk with have nothing but positive things to say about their experience with Kennedy Health and Fitness. Many of these clients have been working out there for years which says a lot about this place.
"Be consistent and be patient" Caleb tells us, and he is right. I am so pleased with my results already and am excited to continue making progress.

2025 update. Been a member for over a year now. Lost over 70lbs following Caleb’s coaching. I feel stronger after every workout. 10 out of 10

Towards the end of 2023, I felt like I was in a rut with my work-outs. No matter what program or app I was using, I wasn’t seeing results, or I kept injuring myself because my form was off. I set up consultations with 3 different places. The first 2 were both very similar, it was more of a dog/pony show to try to get me to sign up. I met with Caleb and it was a completely different experience. He watched me do a few exercises, asked me what my goals were, and then he told me what he could offer to get me there. He wasn’t pushy, he told me to think about it and get back to him with any additional questions. After doing a few sessions of his group training, I was hooked. Caleb crafts programs for each of his clients. When I told him I injured my shoulder, he gave me modifications or had me skip those exercises. I really enjoy the new exercises and learning the correct technique for each one. After 7 weeks I’m noticing a difference in my clothes, how my body feels and my sleep. Whether you are new to working out or someone who has been doing it for years, I strongly recommend booking a session with Caleb at Kennedy Health and Fitness.

Caleb's workouts will help you in everyday life. He is affordable, has small groups for a workout (6 people at a time) session, keeps the gym clean & everyone who goes there is friendly! I have been going there for almost 2 years, and my herniated disc in my back doesn't bother me. I am the strongest I have ever been. Carrying laundry baskets, garbage bags filled with grass, boxes & more is easy!
