This will be the last review I post on here for this LA fitness location, but they are closing down this gym December 18th, so if this is your go-to gym, it’s time to find a new LA fitness location.
Anyways, I really enjoyed the staff and the environment for the most part. I love the accessibility to the equipment and track, as well as some additional amenities such as the pool and sauna (never used those before, but you don’t have to go far from the locker room to access those areas).
The only issue I have is the maintenance of cleaning supplies and toiletries. Most of the times I go there, the cleaning wipes are not in the best shape. Some of the paper towel dispensers are a nightmare to use at times.
Altogether, this is a great LA fitness location, and I will miss my after-work workouts here and having nearby access to the restaurants close by.
Thank you guys for all you do to help create a better environment than years past!

This fitness center is in serious need of attention. The facility is not just dirty but verging on unsanitary, and many of the machines are the original equipment from when it opened back in 2007. No meaningful upgrades have been made since. On the positive side, the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, but the overall condition of the gym makes it hard to overlook the neglect.

Visited this club on Saturday morning and witnessed the front desk person disappear in his phone and zero meet and greet attitude. No wonder this club is in "C" grade in both cleanliness and front desk. Prime example of a neglected club.

I’ve been a member at LA Fitness in Hilliard (Tanglewood Park Blvd) since October 2024 and have consistently worked with Sara Homsi, a personal trainer I really value. Unfortunately, my experience on June 8, 2025, left me feeling unsafe and deeply disappointed.
The air conditioning throughout the gym has been off or broken for weeks, and the temperature felt close to 85 degrees with no airflow. On top of that, the back section of the track was nearly pitch black, apparently due to the lights being deliberately turned off to reduce heat output. This created a dark, enclosed area with poor visibility where people were still walking or jogging.
As a woman exercising alone, the combination of high heat, low visibility, and unfamiliar people nearby triggered a severe anxiety response. While no other patrons acted inappropriately, the environment itself felt unsafe and unconsidered.
I pay both a membership and personal training fee to support my physical and mental well-being. That visit left me shaken, and when I asked about freezing my membership while continuing training, I was told it wasn’t an option.
This facility needs to do better. Maintaining safe temperatures and adequate lighting is basic, not optional. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to fix these issues—not just for me, but for everyone who deserves a safe space to work out.

Gym is regularly dirty and not clean, one time a day is not sufficient enough for the amount of traffic that uses this gym daily. Majority of the time, there is more than one staff member at the desk and in the offices but yet, all of the cleaning supplies is empty from the woman’s only area to the stand alone wet wipe stations. I was very hopeful that this location would turn around since rebranding back to LA FITNESS, but I was wrong.

Front desk staff is kind. The gym has a ton of equipment ( tho I wish it was newer, it’s kinda old and dirty) I wish there was more lighting in the main weight area it feels dark sometimes.
The main reason I keep coming back is Marks Zumba class Saturday morning!! I wish Mark also taught evening classes during the week, his is my favorite Zumba class I’ve ever been to & the only reason I go to this gym.
I miss cycling & wish Pilates was offered more than once a week!
But over all, a good gym to get in and get out!

I am a new member and have complained about the cleanliness of the gym. Yes the staff is nice, yes they have variety, yes it’s a pretty good gym! I LOVE Emybel’s Zumba class.HOWEVER it’s nasty and it’s no way around that! You can tell they don’t even wipe down the water machine regularly. After Covid we all should still be extra clean!!! Also cleaning needs to consist of actually cleaning such sweeping, vacuuming and mopping and keeping the locker room restrooms cleaned!! The poop stains have been on the toilet since I began coming here! Today dried blood just DISGUSTING!!!! As for the equipment it too needs work but I do feel they do there best to repair what’s broken. Hire better more cleaning staff who cleans and not just takes out the trash and clean mirrors.
The manager attacking me bc of my review and me stopping to speak with another associate last week was the reason. This guy says I causes commotion in front of the customers. But he sat at the FRONT desk and just argued with me because he doesn’t like that I made the review! I am entitled to speak how I feel and shouldn’t have been approached the way I was today! I am LIVID at this post! He just ruined my work ole it! Also causing me to be late to the Zumba class I love so much! DO Better!! If you don’t like a review fix the issues! Not attack me when I walk in!
11/22/24 Been here almost a year and the cleaning is still being neglected and so is the equipment. I will have to start looking for a new gym. There is no reasons for this many complaints and no changes.
4/8/25 This place sure does know how to run people away. No more cycle classes no more kids club. Now to add Deja has been sent to another location. Very disappointed to see her leave. There was so many great changes that were noticed while she was here. Deja has such an amazing and positive attitude that she showed to all the customers. Always has a smile on her face and always such a warm greeting. She definitely was a bright light to this location. Her willingness to listen to the customers and to see the results were great! She will truly be missed. Best of luck to her and I know they will love her over at the Hamilton location. I will be going over there to see her.
4/13/25- This morning I spell with Dana about the complaint I made on yesterday in regard to the women’s bathroom being nasty as I have since I started at this gym. Dana went and immediately took care of it! She didn’t just change trash she cleaned the toilets and swept and mopped the floors and changed the overflowing sanitation bags in the stalls. This is what a good employee does! There was a need and she fixed it! I hope that the others will follow and continue to keep the restrooms and lockers rooms cleaned. Thank you Dana for listening!

This is the worst gym I have ever dealt with! When I tried to cancel my membership, they kept making it difficult by asking for ridiculous documents like my passport, visa, and even my Social Security number—none of which were required when I first signed up! Every time I go to cancel, they come up with a new excuse just to keep charging me. The customer service is terrible, and they are completely unhelpful.
If you’re thinking about joining this gym, think twice! They will make it nearly impossible to leave, and they only care about taking your money. Stay away from this place!

It has what I need what with a heavy bag, swimming pool, and sauna on top of regular free and machine weights. The machines break seemingly often and the company modifies as opposed to actually fixing them which seems like a law suit waiting to happen. The Hilliard staff is excellent which is way better than the other locations which are often desked by staff who act like they could not care less about members. Hilliard location is by far my favorite. E Broad is the only location with a hot tub though.

Worst experience from joining the membership till my last !!
I was looking primarily for sauna an thought this could be a good one to try , the sales pitch was good enough to convince that u might be getting a good deal but to my surprise after I went through the membership details what I thought to be an auto renewal membership deal during holiday but to my surprise the last time went I was told you membership is expired . I paid almost 80 dollars for a month !? What’s the point of registration fee or initiation fee when the membership I was told was just for a month !? I have no complaints about the gym or the people just their membership plans are bad and overrated !
Crunch is 10 time better when it comes to vibe / equipment / membership plans !

I love this gym! I’ve been coming here for about a year and know a lot of the staff by name. The front desk is really nice, I always say what’s up to Jeff and Naren. I always see Jeff working extra to make sure the gym is nice when I get there, me specifically. Tyler has great advice on personal training and is the guy to go for if you need anything. Recently I have been participating in some personal training with Sara, she is honestly the best. I digress, it is always motivating to see your personal trainer being incredibly healthy in their diet, fitness, and lifestyle. She is very engaging and always keeps the convo bright. Sometimes I hardly even notice that I was leaving a trail of sweat behind, which is then cleaned up by Jeff before I even get the chance to. For improvements, I would like the sauna to be warmer, if at all possible. They could make a 2nd door (corridor) for the sauna entrance to reduce the draft. For sustains, I hope they keep fixing all of the equipment super quickly like they have been.

I love this gym! Sara and Tyler are incredible personal trainers—they’re so knowledgeable, encouraging, and truly push you to be your best. Not only are they amazing at what they do, but as people, they’re wonderful too. Sara is incredibly nice and kind, and both she and Tyler are so friendly and easy to connect with. Rico is fantastic as well, always bringing such a positive vibe. The exclusive area for personal training is a great touch, and the group sessions are amazing. They’re fun, motivating, and such a great way to challenge yourself. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, making it a place I actually look forward to going to. Highly recommend!

They have a decent amount of good freeweight stations for the price, which is the primary reason I go here.
The locker room area is okay, but the showers absolutely do not get cleaned very often, if at all.
Unfortunately, unless I want to get up even earlier, I have to shower here because I go before work.
I can tell it's not being cleaned because I've seen debris/soap spills in the same exact spot for over a week, and I often have spray down the shower area before I even use it because it'll be pretty gross.
My expectations are honestly pretty low, and they don't even meet that when it comes to the showers.

I get the guest pass to try. They signed me up that day and told me to give me a deal for an annual fee and charge me anyway 15 days later???? ( how??) why didn't charge at once? So I could not cancel in 3 days??? That's funny. And told me “You sign one the paper, how did you not know that ?” well it was me being stupid and not asking about anything. They cancel my membership. Charge me 65 dollars for one month of gym use. And refund be an annual fee. Lol I will never going that gym again. Since they close at 9 pm10pm lol. Its up to you to go that gym or not. My experience was not good. I will never choose this company ever even its cheap

I want to personally shout out Rico T. He was so friendly and professional, and really made this a good experience!
I'm usually overwhelmed when it comes to finding a new gym but he made it very easy and gave me a clear understanding of their memberships and culture.
I also want to add that this gym is big on customer appreciation and as someone who works in customer service, i can appreciate that aspect.
Overall 10/10!!

I'd rate this a 5 if the manager didn't try to push sell me saying, "when will you want to start?". With him it was 57 for what wanted to do with 2 visitors per day. A week passed by and I'm getting promo emails for 47 per month if I do the same plan but now 10 bucks cheaper. I think about this like I guess the manager wanted an extra 10 bucks from me per month using his name on the plan contract. Later they said they want to try a month for me and my girlfriend... I told them to not call me, but they did so I blocked them.

Update 08/2024: The current manager, Jeff, has really turned this place around this past year. I recommend Esporta at Hilliard currently. The rest of this review is from several years ago...though it is out dated, I won't delete it because it is a reminder of what this gym could become if they lose the current, excellent management.
I visit this location for two reasons: the pool and the sauna. My experience for the last year has been mixed, but lately, it has been disappointing with regard to the sauna. Everytime I visit, the men's sauna is either not functioning at all, or the temperature is less than 130 F--even at the highest temperature setting. I inform staff everytime, and they either tell me it will be repaired or they try to assure me that 130 degrees is the ideal temperature for a sauna. The ideal temperature is between 150 and 170. I have been sitting on the sauna for the past 20 minutes and I have yet to break a sweat. Please actually fix or replace your sauna.
Update:. Same issues with the sauna a year later. There was an interim period during which it worked fine, then they "fixed it". Sauna topped out at 135 today during the 30 minutes I was in it.
Other new issues--several shower stalls out of commission for longer than a week, no hot water.
Exercise machines not getting fixed for weeks after being reported as broken, free weights not being organized or replaced on racks by staff between open hours.

Why give out free guest passes if you don’t want to let people use them. Sales guy had a pointless 30 minute conversation with me trying to get me to sign up for their membership when I clearly didn’t want to. It felt like he threw every single sales tactic at me and even tried to educate me about things he clearly doesn’t even understand himself. When I asked him how much longer the dragged out “orientation” would take, he told me that I could just pay $20 for the day pass instead. He obviously got frustrated at the end and told me to just go in. Very unwelcoming experience and if I knew that trying to use my guest pass would be like trying to get in the white house I wouldn’t have gone at all.

This review is based solely upon a tour and free trial experience had by myself and my husband. I can’t speak as an actual member of the gym - we never got that far. A gym should be a safe space, and unfortunately this did not seem to be the case. We did not return after the first day of our trial, and don’t plan to unless there are management changes and an improvement in overall gym culture. I’d like to be clear that the front desk employees who took our information, entered it into the computer and provided the tour were both helpful and kind. The negative review of the staff - and the primary reason that we won't be returning - is based upon our interaction with the membership sales manager (unsure of his name or exact title). On the day of the tour we were asked to complete a physical assessment by this individual. When I asked if I could skip this as certain questions made me uncomfortable and when we were not even sure if we’d sign up for the gym, the response from this employee was judgmental and condescending. When we returned later to begin our trial, this same employee interjected into our trial sign up process and questioned me as to why we would even want to bother with a trial. He told me there was no way I could get an accurate reflection of what results his gym could provide by just doing random workouts for a few days. When I explained that we wanted the trial to understand the culture of the gym, the options and to observe, he continued to be extremely pushy - directly with me, none of this was ever directed at my husband - and continued to speak in a condescending and judgmental manner. He referred to how most people who do the trial never come back so it’s “worthless” multiple times, and was clearly most concerned about sales. We almost walked out right then, but we continued our trial that day. While the facilities seem adequate, we noticed some equipment in need of repair and cleanliness issues (signs to wipe down equipment but no supplies to do so). This employee’s attitude encouraged me to go home and read more reviews of the gym. There’s clearly an issue with certain staff, gym members and other critical general issues at this gym. If you don’t want to offer a trial, that’s fine. But don’t punish, alienate or shame those who would like to take advantage of a service that you offer when looking for a new gym. It doesn't speak well as to how you would treat your paying customers in the future.

This gym is very dirty! You can walk in the bathroom and see a puddle of pee it’s disgusting. It rarely gets cleaned. The only good thing it has for it is that it doesn’t get as packed as the other locations and it’s probably for that reason. Also the machines are good but some don’t work and they never fix it. I wouldn’t say it’s worth the membership price. Go to the one on Goodale or Graceland

I’ve been going to this place for a while and the environment of the gym is really open and there’s plenty of equipment. The staff are pretty nice and they do try to keep the place clean. this places biggest problems are the culture, no one cleans up after themselves or puts back / organizes the weights, if everyone did their part the place wouldn’t be as dirty. That isn’t to say the equipment isn’t dated, a lot of the problem comes from how old the machines are. i would love to see some new equipment to replace the old rusted worn out machines. Instead of constantly fixing these machines i think they should just let them go and update the place. I think the old machines and weird variety of different plates do play a part in the reason why people don’t treat this place as nice, there’s not much we can do to change the fact the equipment is all dusty and rusty from how old it is 🤷. I would love to see this place thriving like it’s competitors (Crunch, Planet Fitness, Etc) who have newer machines and weights and staff that encourage members to take care of the place.Overall, it’s a gym it’s not going to be spotless, there’s lots of variety, plenty of space and everything you need, just make sure to clean up after yourself and everyone will be happy.

I did not notice the cleanliness issues described in a lot of posts I’ve read about this location. I travel based on locations of Esporta/LA Fitness gyms and have to say that this gym offered a lot of variety and felt the machines were in great shape for their age. My only complaint would be that there are not enough bars for the free weight benches.

This gym has tons of equipment, but it’s not cleaned regularly. Notice how dirty the machines are. That’s not ok, especially after we all went through a pandemic. There are also broken machines. Also the weight room is not taken care of. I worked out three days here and the same dumbells I couldn’t find the first day, were missing the other two days. The front desk should find the missing dumbells and post signs for people to put back the weights where they belong. They should police for people camping on equipment. Spoiled , entitled teenagers think they can just use machines and leave them unattended for periods of time. Management should encourage a gym culture of sharing, awareness and respect for others! My experience the last day was not pleasant at all. This gym has the potential of becoming great. It’s huge, it has a cool indoor track, but if management are lazy and careless, all you will get is bad reviews. Front desk people were friendly though. I want to leave 1 star, but front desk people melted my heart.

Good gym! I don't agree with a lot of the reviews on here. It's not dirty, it's a gym.. I don't expect it to look like a 300$ gym in NYC. it is as good as a gym should be! I do wish they added some new equipment like the hip thrust machine. Mostly any annoyance comes from other members, not putting weights back, wiping their equipment when done. It's not the staff.. they are constantly in the locker rooms picking up and wiping down. Kudos to this gym!

I tried out this place, had the 3 day pass. Only went 1 of the 3 days though, primarily because I didn't want to go back. Everything was trashed and dirty from the moment you stepped on the floor to the locker rooms. I didn't want to take my chances in the sauna. People don't clean their equipment.

I never leave reviews but if I could give 0 stars I would. Tried to tour the gym and they made us sit for 30 minutes all for someone to come out and joke around why we wanted to switch gyms if we had a membership somewhere else. Another employee yelled at us and said to sit down and wait while someone could be with us. Customer service is awful, what a waste of time.

The ellipticals here are 20 years old and this one is broken.
I checked the one in the personal training room and that one is broken as well. They have 5 ellipticals and 3 are not working properly. I will update my review in a month to see if anything changes.

One of my issues going into the gym was motivation, however my personal trainer Bradley has been able to motivate me to push myself. In my mind he's more than a personal trainer, I can go to him when I have questions even if it wasn't related to the gym and can trust that my words don't fall on deaf ears. I can say I'm very happy to continue my journey with Esporta.

Place is always clean and welcoming. The staff is helpful and amazing as always. If you’re in the need for a new personal trainer and friend Brad is the best there is. Messaged him with a question particularly late at night and unfortunately I woke him up which wasn’t what I wanted. But he still got back to me in a respectful and timely manner, considering how late it was. Andrew was supportive and friendly when I first came in and after almost a month or two nothing has changed. If you’re looking for a new gym/home come to Esporta. I don’t regret it and neither will you.

The vibe here is pretty negative. Expect some rude people working out that like to stare at others, not to see your form or curious, but the kind of stare like they want to intimidate you. Parts of Hilliard are like that. I miss the Esporta gyms in California. Great vibe and great people working out there. BTW, your environment and the kind of people you are around does matter with the quality of life you will live. The front desk people are good though.

Very friendly team. Staff is always willing to help, share tips and ideas for fitness goals. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The biggest opportunity to improve has been cleanliness, which is a commonly reviewed topic among visitors. It’s been addressed and I have seen the staff working very hard the last couple months cleaning the facility and repairing equipment.

I take advantage of the group fitness classes here (Zumba and Body Works Plus Abs). Both classes meet my needs for cardio and strength and are AMAZING!! The instructors have such an upbeat attitude and are ALWAYS positive! Mark's Zumba routines are easy to follow. There is a great mix of high energy routines sprinkled in each class. I've never walked away without a good sweat! And the songs are SO fun!!! LOVE them! Sara's Body Works (strength) class is head-and-shoulders above any other strength class I've taken. She challenges us with a variety of movements that are rarely duplicated. Every single body part is 'worked' during her class (legs, abs, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, etc). Sara provides modifications as well so everyone can benefit from her class. I've definitely lost inches and am finally able to fit into my short and jeans comfortably again thanks to Sara!! The only reason for the 4 rating, is because the group fitness room does not have air conditioning, like the rest of the gym. While the ceiling fans help, it does get super hot in the room. Also, some members that use the group fitness room outside of classes, rarely clean up after themselves. Often times, we have to put equipment away so we have room for group fitness classes.

I came here with my son a few months ago because he’s a member and I wanted to check it out to see if I wanted to join as well because it has equipment that Planet Fitness doesn’t. Sorry to say, I haven’t went back, can’t bring myself even to work out as a guest there. It’s dirty, I had to search for cleaning supplies, and when I did most times the, sanitizer bottles were empty or there were no paper towels. The women’s locker room and restrooms were disgusting I literally did not want to put my gym bag down on the sink, counter, floor, or anywhere else. Toilets & stalls gross. Everything in the place looked like it had a layer of dirt & grime on it. Really disappointing. The hours suck too.Closes too early. Id be willing to visit again if they clean it up.

I’ve been coming here for years. The main theme is: rarely cleaned, never maintained until something breaks.
I’ve had to ask dozens of times for someone to restock paper towels in the men’s room. Frequently I finish working out before anyone has done so.
I have complained multiple times about the sauna being ‘scheduled for maintenance’ - meaning it’s shut off. This is an extremely frequent recurring problem; why they haven’t completely overhauled it is beyond me. I now am in the habit of calling before I go to ask if it’s working; when it frequently isn’t, I drive further to Grandview (way nicer).
Just doesn’t seem like anyone cares about cleaning or maintenance. I’ve walked on the track by physically broken treadmills for MONTHS before they’ve been fixed or just removed.
Management just makes excuses on why things don’t work and says ‘they’re working on it’. If there is a manager there. Usually it’s a teenage kid on their phone at the front desk or literally hanging out with their friends who came to work out.
When it rains a lot, the front workout area floods and the floor is wet; same for the front upper track area.
At this rate I’m gonna finish building out my home gym and dispute the charge on my card for this place as that seems like what you have to do.
Avoid; it used to be okay in 2016/17 but post pandemic, it’s just.. bad.

Whoever is in charge of overseeing the cleanliness of this facility need to take more pride in their job. Bathrooms/locker rooms are filthy 9/10 times. Mold growing in the showers that hasn’t been touched in months. I saw 2 cockroaches in the shower room a while back (staff notified). There’s 400 spray bottles in this facility, none of which ever have cleaning solution. All the while 3 staff members sit behind the front podium scrolling Instagram. The only real positive here is the amount of equipment they have. Do better ESPORTA.

I've seen all the negative reviews and was weary of this place. Just did a walkthrough and here's my honest review...Sept 2023.
Base cost is $29.99/mo+$99 fee+$54 yearly, pretty standard if you want a gym with options. What I like is they have an extensive selection of weight lifting equipment which exceeds your needs. Not overly packed. They have the cardio theatre to exercise in the dark while watching a movie. What I don't like is the smell, there's an older musty smell in the gym, especially if you go into the smaller workout areas.
Addressing previous negative reviews:
High schoolers running around everywhere that don't have memberships - Basketball is no longer an option and they said they don't let anyone walk in anymore which has eliminated that crowd (related to the shooting). Replaced the courts with a bunch of random equipment.
Unsanitary - When on a tour I didn't see anyone cleaning the facility. Just did a walkthrough so unsure of their level of cleanliness since I didn't get close up. There was an older musty smell.
Doesn't open on time - They said they open on time but sometimes things happen, sounds like once in a while someone may be a little late.
Can't cancel membership - They said they were unable to cancel and had to cancel card and dispute charges. You can't cancel over the phone. Have to go in person to cancel. No issue here.
OVERALL in the past these negative reviews are why I stayed away. This club seems to be wanting to change and for the better. Since I like the extensive selection of weight training machines I'm giving them a try. Hopefully this helps someone out!

I have been going for a couple years now. During that time there has been a change of upper management. Current management seems to be taking more pride in the establishment by looking to improve where needed. Such as cleanliness, obtaining new equipment (dumbbells to replace the worn ones/torn benches) etc. Overall the place has everything you need and then some. I enjoy the early morning/mid day environment when I usually get my lift in. There is always room for improvement, management seems to be aware and taking steps towards doing so being on top of it.

The gym has a very convenient location, and nice people working there, but that’s where it stops. 1 out 4 machines/equipment has not functioned properly in years, even though we pay $15 periodically for equipment maintenance. And it is DIRTY to the tenth power! I understand cleaning under & around equipment can’t be done everyday, but it’s ridiculous. I enjoy the wide variety of weights and machines that are offered. Plenty of classes and space, and never overcrowded. It's a welcoming environment where people are friendly, but are into THEIR workouts. I haven't seen any "tik tokkers" or creepy gawkers. I'd also add that the staff is always courteous and knows your name, which is always refreshing.

I called Esporta on 04/11 to inquire about what was being done as a result of the shooting. The person who answered said they weren’t sure but thought something was being done and then hung up before asking my name or for my phone number to follow-up. Don’t waste your time or money going here, as they clearly couldn’t care less.
This gym is completely filthy and has a plethora of broken equipment that never seems to get fixed. Most importantly, someone lost their life playing basketball at Esporta, and they never made any attempt to directly notify members, or enact meaningful changes (outside of closing the basketball court) to ensure this never happens again.

The gym has become quite dirty, broken and violent recently. This location used to be a well maintained gym however it seems to have picked up the problem other locations have had recently with broken equipment and extremely dirty facilities. I am willing to tolerate this as I bring my own disinfectant wipes and towels since the gym doesn't regularly have them available but it has become dangerous to workout here as the staff allows non-members in to play basketball which seems to increase the number of fights that have occurred on the basketball court which now have begun culminating with shootings. Esporta Fitness needs to start having security on duty as this is the second basketball related shooting in Columbus at an esporta in less than a year .

Scheduled a tour before signing up, so glad I did. When I walked in, I was told by a guy with long hair to “wait while I go get Charles” (the guy I was scheduled to tour with). I literally waited 45 minutes after that just sitting there before I walked out. The guy who told me to wait didn’t acknowledge my presence after telling me to wait, let alone try to get “Charles”. Dude, I’ve worked in customer service for most of my life… I fully understand if you’re busy - I get it & I don’t mind to wait…BUT this guy was just chatting it up with his friends and coworkers! Aside from wasting almost an hour of my life, it smelled like must & mildew when I opened the front doors and it was absolutely packed with people - glad I didn’t join tbh

Gangs of under age kids have taken over and despite having a great manager in Charles he is powerless in their corporate structure. This gym never opens on time. Clients sitting in their car for up to an hour before someone decides to show up and come to work. My lock in the locker room was cut and my keys and wallet stolen. Staff was minimally helpful in the whole situation. Just a few days later a car window was busted and merchandise was stolen and the glass sat in the parking lot for two weeks!!! Basketball court was completely shut down from a massive fight that broke out….i came het for the pool, but I’m done…this place is awful. You can never find the cleaning solution bottles to wipe equipment down either

This is the worst Esporta I’ve been to. All of the equipment is old, dirty, broken or missing and no one seems to care to fix or replace any of it. On top of that, don’t count on them even being open if you workout in the mornings. Numerous times I have gotten all the way there after 6 am and it’s closed, even though it’s supposed to open at 5 am. I’m canceling my membership, don’t even bother getting one here
