It’s about more than the workout. Inside our house, sweat is poured, stress is melted, friendships are formed, confidence is built. We like it hot. We like it dark. We like to work hard. And we like to be non-judgmental. We want you to feel stronger and like the best version of yourself.

I dropped in for a class while traveling for work. Parking was pretty rough, there seemed to be some nearby construction, and trucks were taking up most of the spaces, but once I got inside, the staff was very kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain how the studio works and even offered me a free mat rental since it was my first visit, which I really appreciated.
The room was very hot (in the best way!) and the instructor was clearly knowledgeable and confident in her teaching. The only thing missing was complimentary towels, which would have been helpful since I didn’t have my usual yoga gear with me.
Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back next time I’m in town.

My sisters introduced me to Melt by bringing me to a vinyasa class about a year ago now, and I’ve been hooked ever since! I’ve completely fallen in love with yoga and this studio in particular. Kim is amazing, so supportive, kind, and genuine. Even after a year of practicing, her classes still challenge me in the best way, and she always encourages taking time to breathe without any judgment. I’ve seen some comments about the studio’s policies, but honestly, I appreciate them. As someone with a hospital night shift schedule and classes during the day most weekdays I’ve been frustrated when I couldn’t get in after doors locked, but I understand and value the safety that brings. It’s comforting knowing the environment is secure, especially as a woman. Melt will always be my top recommendation for anyone wanting to start/deepen their yoga journey or even just try a new studio with a better environment!

I showed up to an 11:30 class at 11:31 and the doors were locked and they wouldn’t let me in :) insane behavior coming from a fitness studio claiming to build confidence and having the words “caring” and “supportive” in big bold letter on their home page to not give a 5 minute grace period. 3 minutes?? 30 SECONDS EVEN? Rude considering the entire surrounding area is full of construction as well

Melt is a place that encourages hard work, respect and camaraderie. Therefore, I feel the need to defend any bad reviews. Listen up. It is upsetting reading a slandering review about a business owner who takes proper action to ensure and enforce safety measures that protect his members, instructors and staff. I have never met anyone so invested in the community he has created. If that occasionally results in expulsion from his studio due to scenarios such as theft, disregard or disrespect, kudos to him. Melt’s core values include being caring, supportive and inclusive, just like the website says. There is no room or tolerance for people who do not respect the studio’s values and I am willing to bet that any negative reviews written about this studio are written by the very people who are disruptive offenders. Thank you, Eric, for upholding the integrity of what you have built.

I absolutely LOVE Melt! The workouts are challenging and energizing, and the facility is always spotless and well-maintained! The staff is super friendly and never pushy about selling you anything, which makes the whole experience feel genuine and welcoming! One thing to know—classes start right on time, so showing up early is a must (those negative reviews are just from people who didn’t follow that rule). I really respect that Melt enforces their on-time policy—it keeps everything running smoothly and shows how much they value everyone’s time!

The fact that it took me a year to write this review is embarrassing enough but thank you MELT Family for everything. My 7:00 am Sat class and Sun 8:00 am class is routine for me rain or shine I'm there. The boost in confidence, the camaraderie, the challenge, and absolute shift in mindset and dedication to the grind is INSANE.

If you have not tried Melt Fitness yet I strongly suggest you do. The Melt community is amazing. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. If you ever need help with anything someone is always willing to assist! I love all the classes that are offered but my favorite is the Pilates/Lift COMBO classes!
ALL the Melt instructors are amazing and I love how they format classes for all levels of fitness. The Melt staff is also very welcoming and very helpful getting you set up and showing you around the facility. The staff is very friendly and always willing to assist when needed.
I was very nervous about joining Melt after having four kids and not working out for several years, but it has been the best decision I have made. Try a class, you wont regret it!

Melt is the BEST! I love the Pilates Lift format. Liz is an amazing instructor. She’s so encouraging and supportive from start to finish of class. I have also taken class with Kim and Shannon and absolutely loved it! Everyone is very friendly and it’s a great environment. I would recommend melt to everyone!

Great studio: the concept, classes, ownership, and instructors are spot-on!
I may not love the 12-hour cancellation window or late policies, but I respect the need to establish policies and stick to what works for their business. A studio like this does not work as a primary workout venue but I love it for what it is, something I visit every so often. The class packages are perfect for that.
My preference would be for more space when I’m doing yoga or Pilates, it gets pretty packed both in the studio itself and the parking lot.
I hope there are plans to open another studio to help disperse the crowd a bit. There seems to be a demand for it.

I have been going to this studio for over a decade through various owners and locations. I have to say if you follow the policies you dont have problems. Given the nature of my work there have been times I have been late and unable to get in... that is the policy. There have also been times I was ready to take a class and had to leave unexpectedly for work and it was my expectation that I would be charged because ... that is the policy. Businesses have to have rules , and if you abide by them you will not have problems ; generally speaking and specifically in this situation I enjoy the variety of classes, the dark ,the heat and the good music. There are days I am dragging may arse in with very little vim for the workout and "feed" off of the energy of the room and surprise myself. Follow the rules and enjoy .. it is worth it.

First, I want to say I am a rule abiding person. I understand there are rules for a reason. But it is unacceptable when the owner/manager of the store intentionally waits to see you get out of the car, look at you for a second and then decides to lock the door as you are walking to the studio. I can’t help but wonder if I were closer to his skin complexion, I would have been let in (I was not even 1 minute late). Not to mention, I have been late before and I was still able to join the class (by an employee). This is extremely DISTURBING and DISGUSTING. In the current political climate, I have been very intentional with where I spend my money and which companies I support. I have been trying out several studios across the city and was genuinely considering making MELT one of my home studios. But, I will not be returning due to their manager/owner’s bias and personality. Instead, I will go to studios who show compassion and are considerate such as Engage (very similar class structure) or LIT (infrared classes so a faster recovery). I would advise you to do the same.

The owner Eric is rude and very unwelcoming. I have heard the workout classes and instructors are great yet the way the business is run and the owner. He yells at his costumers and makes them feel unwelcome it was insane to find out he was the owner. I told him I was excited for yoga and he yelled at me saying "hun this isn't yoga so..." when it was Vinyassa and power lift (he doesn't even knows his classes). Then when there was a misunderstanding and I didn't have my ID he told me he wouldn't make sure I wouldn't get charged and told me to leave and he was locking the door behind me imagine being so rude to a costumer.

This morning, I showed up on time, but the parking lot was packed, and there was nowhere to park. The instructor got right in my face, yelling at me for not being "15 minutes early." Despite explaining the situation, he refused to let me in. He then had the audacity to say I would disrupt the class, opening the door aggressively, "Does it look like you can go in there?" When I asked him to waive my $20 no-show fee, he flat-out refused. I then said I wanted to call ClassPass from inside, and he responded, "You’re leaving, and I’m locking the door behind you." This kind of treatment is unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated like this. I love workout classes, but I’ll never step foot in this place again.

I showed up to class ON TIME at 5:30AM and was refused into class. They locked the door at 5:30 which their sign says they don't accept anyone late. I was on time and the owner sat in the back and ignored while I knocked and waited at the door for 5 minutes in 8 degree weather. When I walked around the corner and saw her sitting she then came out to argue with me on what time I arrived. Terrible business by one of the owners nonetheless. Love some of the instructors but I will not support this business again. Please note there's also never anywhere to park for their classes.

I LOVE this place. It's the one place I go to work out that I can actually shut off my brain and sweat away daily stressors! The instructors I've had have been great. So energetic and motivating. Shout out to BOTH Amanda's and Joanne! I love their Lift + Cycle classes.

Would go here multiple times a week and the classes & instructors were good, but the owners were not very personable. Usually it was Eric who would have a rude attitude, and I was actually terminated for life due to a misunderstanding.

I am 55 years old, and for the first time in my life, I have worked out consistently at MELT for nearly 2 years! One cannot say enough about the welcoming atmosphere of members, staff and owners. I owe so much of my success to the encouragement and support of all of these folks, and am so grateful that after 3 years of looking at their website that I had the courage to walk through the door. It literally changed my life!, Thank you thank you thank you MELT HOUSE OF FITNESS!

I just took my first class here today and I was so impressed by Melt House! I loved the atmosphere, it was very cool and such a fun exercise. I was nervous going into this class because of the room being a hotter temperature (hence the name Melt), but it was truly the perfect temperature. It was just hot enough to make you sweat a lot more, but not so hot that I was ever uncomfortable. I will definitely be buying a monthly membership, and I look forward to trying more classes!

I love melt and all of their classes. The concept is great and studio is always clean and welcoming. However, they have recently changed their cancelation policy to where you have to cancel within 12 hours to avoid a late cancel fee. I belong to other group workout organizations and have NEVER seen anything beyond an 8 hour cancel window. Life is busy- and a 12 hour cancel window is just not flexible enough for me. Please go back to your 8 hour cancel window!

Attended a free intro hot yoga class. The instructors and the staff were all very nice and the amenities (mats, towels, frozen towel provided at end of class) were all great but the class was far too crowded. Maybe it was because we went on a Saturday, but even with the lines drawn on the floor for where to lay down the mats there was just not enough space. There were multiple times during the flow I felt confined in my movements because of fear I’d hit somebody or that somebody would hit me, which very nearly happened when the guy in front rolled back and nearly kicked me in the face during happy baby.

When I signed up for the package I was told it did not expire and I could bring who ever I wanted with me on my package. NOT TRUE! I just called Melt because my package expired and the owners wife (very rudely) told me I could not bring my daughter because I didn't give them her name on the original sign up date. She was very unprofessional. I paid for the classes and should be able to use the classes as I was originally told. The sad thing is, if she would have been accommodating to the customer I probably would have bought another package LOL...just terrible

EXCELLENT with only ONE exception - their no show policy during the pandemic. In an empty class if you do not provide 12 hour Cancellation notice you get charged $10 fee (forget traffic, work, etc..) This would ABSOLUTELY make sense if the class is full and you do not show up. It makes ZERO sense to be charged when the class is half empty. The entire goal is to make sure the most members can attend the reduced class sizes during the pandemic restrictions.

The staff was nice enough on my first visit so I bought a 10 class pass. In subsequent visits the staff was rude. I don’t feel comfortable or welcome at the facility. The bigger issue is that the class descriptions don’t indicate equipment that you need to bring to the class. I was going to attend Melt Lift, a weight lifting class, but didn’t bring a mat so I couldn’t take the class. The class description doesn’t say to bring a mat. I can’t waste my time with a place like this one when I belong to several other good gyms. I’ve requested a refund of my remaining class passes.

THE BEST... CAN'T MESS WITH THE REST!!!! I was late for a Yoga class and there was not a spot to be found. MELT staff did not let me leave and crawl back into bed. They did everything they could to make me stay and get a workout in for the day...and I really needed a good workout that morning. They ( I believe it was Jill) went so far as to let me borrow their OWN SHOES because I only had boots so that I could take a cycle class. I would like to note I was not wearing socks...FOLKS that is dedication to your customers and the importance of fitness. Thanks again
