A wonderful little gym, especially if you have health issues. There's not a huge amount of equipment, but all the basics are covered and you hardly ever have to wait for a machine. The staff are so friendly and upbeat, and also very kind and caring.
My second week going, I got blindsided by a migraine out of nowhere while working out. I went from fine to puking into a trashcan and having trouble staying upright in under the minutes, and they were SO nice and professional about it: finding me a dark room, checking my BP and sugar levels, offering me water and something to nibble on to settle my stomach, checking on me several times making sure I was okay until a friend could come pick me up, touching base with me after the fact to make sure I was doing okay, etc. There's always someone available if you have questions or start feeling poorly during your workout, and you really do feel like they're genuinely do care and want to help. I want being jumped or tolerated or being treated like a nuisance, I was being very kindly looked after. And I've seen them treat many others with that same kind of care and professionalism

They also offer classes geared towards older and less healthy individuals as opposed to the one size fits all/none classes a lot of gyms offer. The facility is always clean. Highly recommend

The gym raised there prices and I was told they were going improve their free weights. They are missing weights and don't have a variety of different weights. They also was supposed to get a mirror. The mirror they got is a joke and they should be embarrassed by it. It's one you would put in your child's bedroom. So far no improvement but still increased the price. You can do better Cleveland clinic.

Excellent fitness facility. The equipment is well maintained and cleaned regularly. The staff is helpful and attentive. The Silver Sneaker Program is available here. Plenty of parking is available. MASKING, AND TEMPERATURE SCREENING IS REQUIRED AT THIS TIME.

My husband and I both had left shoulder surgery and had therapy here. Amy Traugh is the greatest! She makes therapy fun and the results we got from our therapy is amazing! I highly recommend their therapy services

Clean, professional, accommodating with scheduling, friendly and they give you a good workout. What more could you ask for? :-) I am here getting physical therapy and I like the professional friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend them for physical therapy
