The staff at MPT in Medina cares for their clients and it shows. I am personally down 35 pounds in 6 months. I now know how to eat for the goals that have been set and it is nowhere near what I would have thought in the past. Thanks for helping me to get my health on track!

The experience I have had with My Personal Trainer has been amazing. The moment you walk in the door, the trainers are there greeting you and asking you how you are doing. The workouts are only 20 minutes twice per week, so it fits perfectly into my schedule. I'm stronger, shedding pounds, and have more energy than I have had in years. I 100% recommend you give My Personal Trainer a try. You won't regret it!

I’ve had such a positive experience at the Medina My Personal Trainer location. I personally love the one on one attention, allowing for constant instruction and correction. I also like the fact that you may get a different trainer on any given day, which brings a different style and flow to each workout. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming and available to guide and answer any questions. Definitely recommend giving this place a try if you are looking to improve your health and wellness!

Thank you to MPT for helping me. 20 minutes 2 times a week has made a big difference for me. The staff at MPT is professional, helpful and encouraging, always fun too. I feel I have a way to go on my exercise journey, but with the help of these great trainers, I am confident that I can reach my goals of losing weight, getting stronger and healthier. If you are in search of a knowledge, certified and caring personal trainer I strongly recommend My Personal Trainer. It’s a great environment for everyone. The guidance and knowledge from Heath and Lee Burkholder (the 2 trainers I have been with so far) is top notch. No worries if you have never been in a gym before, no one is judged on their experience. It is a true journey to a better more healthy life.

Joining MPT was the best decision I ever made! They've helped me stay accountable, focused and gave me the push I needed to reach the goals I couldn't reach on my own. I've dropped the pounds and gained muscle in it's place which helps keep me motivated to show up twice a week. All without having to starve myself or eat some fad diet food. I no longer cringe when I see myself in the mirror. I highly recommend MPT!!

MPT Medina is what I have been looking for for a very long time! They have changed how I feel about myself and how I see fitness and nutrition. They truly care and I always feel comfortable, never awkward like other places I’ve been. They are very knowledgeable about fitness and it is apparent how much they truly care about helping their clients get healthy. After 10 months and 25lb weight loss I have no desire to ever stop going to MPT, it is definitely my new normal! I’ve finally found my home gym! I decided to sign up at My Personal Trainer to get my strength back after months of PT from hip and knee pain. Best decision I made for myself - the one on one instruction and controlled fitness environment has helped me gain back my strength safely.
Being a busy mom with 2 young kids, the sessions are convenient and flexible for my schedule.
The owner Heath and his staff are very knowledgeable and a lot of fun to be around - the environment is welcoming and I always look forward to my weekly sessions!

Great place with great people! I haven’t worked out in years and I have been able to build muscle and be at the weight I want to. The staff is very knowledgeable and tells you what you need to do. Having that personal trainer right by you pushing you is so much more motivating and makes you feel accomplished, yet there is no pressure. I feel better than I have in years and just want to thank the entire staff from top to bottom and we just renewed for another year!

I have been going to My Personal Trainer since January 2021 and I’m glad I made that commitment. The trainers right from the start were professional and very knowledgeable. I enjoy and appreciate the one to one time with a trainer to push me to my limits. Heath, Lee, and Logan have helped me with my daily nutrition as well. After years of a love/hate relationship with a typical gym MPT has been the best decision I’ve made when it comes to fitness. At my age I knew I needed a consistent strength training routine, I just didn’t know how to go about it effectively. Now I have the guidance and support of an experienced trainer who leads me through a workout customized to my goals/abilities one-on-one. What do I like most? It’s only 20 minutes twice a week; I’ve not only lost weight and inches but gained muscle I never knew I had; and each one of the trainers is supportive, helpful and really invested in my success. The fact that it’s a small, personal setting is an added bonus. I’ve been a client for over a year and could not be happier with my experience and results. Heath, Logan and the trainers are really good at what they do. They make working out fun by being very personable and keeping things light. Although I think sometimes they forget how to count, they tell you one more and it ends up being 2 to 3 more. Give them a try if you want to lose the weight.

After years and years of yo-yoing and trying to figure it out on my own, I finally decided to look for a professional. What attracted me to My Personal Trainer was the one on one attention I would ge, not working out in a crowded gym. I was skeptical about not doing any traditional cardio, but also welcomed that fact because my joints tend to ache. I have over 100lbs to lose and figured it can't hurt to try.
What I didnt anticipate is just HOW AMAZING I felt after just 3-4 sessions! The energy i felt shocked me! Not only that, but my joints stopped aching as much, I was standing longer, walking further, and just having more energy in general!! After just 7 sessions i dropped 11 lbs. To top it off, the trainers are SO WONDERFUL!! They are kind and encouraging! No judgements at all. They truly do want to help you meet your goals. It really only takes 20 minutes, 2 times a week. I wish I would have done this sooner!!! I've done zumba, treadmills, bikes, you name it, NOTHING has impacted me like weight training. I'm a believer for life! Call them today, don't wait to feel good!

I really enjoy working out here. It appealed to me that the sessions are manageable and work easily into my schedule. My primary interest is in the strength training. They are so encouraging, supportive and help me to go beyond what I perceive to be my limitations. Sarcopenia is a thing. But thanks to the coaching and accountability I get at My Personal Trainer, I am the strongest I have ever been. Getting older does not mean that you have to be weaker. My workouts are challenging, and making a difference. Now I joke that I have become an "athlete of aging." except, it's not a joke.

I love this place! It’s my first time working with trainers and I absolutely love it. I have been with them for 4 months and have already lost 20lbs. The program is great for busy people. I’m a mom of 2 that works and going in twice a week for 20 minute sessions is perfect. Other than the workouts you also track your calories and water which is easy to do. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they make the workouts fun. Along with all of this the price is great! Totally worth every penny!
