We recently hosted a birthday party at Pinnacle Gymnastics, and it was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The staff was incredibly friendly, organized, and attentive, making sure everything ran smoothly and that the kids had a blast. The facility was clean, safe, and full of fun equipment that kept the children engaged and active the entire time.
The party hosts were energetic and great with the kidsโthey led games, helped with transitions, and made sure everyone felt included. It was such a relief to be able to enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics or entertainment. The birthday child felt so special, and all the guests left with huge smiles!
We highly recommend Pinnacle Gymnastics for anyone looking to throw a fun, stress-free, and memorable birthday party. Thank you to the entire team for making it such a joyful experience!

Pinnacle Gymnastics is the best child activity center in the Medina Co. area. 3rd Level Consulting Group recommends Pinnacle Gymnastics based on our decades of working with children's education, entertainment, arts and sports instruction programs in multiple industries and counties, we are confident in our recommendation.

We love Pinnacle Gymnastics! All of the staff are outstanding. They are welcoming and supportive. They are always helpful when I need to reschedule a class. The coaching here goes above and beyondโathletes donโt just grow in skill, they grow in confidence and character. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in each childโs progress both inside and outside the gym. Pinnacle has created an environment where excellence, hard work, and teamwork are celebrated every day. We couldnโt ask for a better place for our child to learn, train, and thrive!

My son and I participated in the mommy and toddler class. We started our relationship at the gym months ago. Each class My son had, the coaches were kind and patient. Always lenien to the fun with him. We took a break for the summer and we we're eager to return. That was until today. My son and I were supposed to begin classes September 9th. Things happened and we were unable to attend classes. I called and made staff aware of our situation. Today when I called to reschedule, i was told we had an outstanding balance. I was confused because we had not officially signed our agreement or attended any classes. The front staff member I spoke with ( Amy) was rude and disrespectful. I attempted to ask for clarification as to how we had an outstanding balance. And late fees. She continued to talk over me.Not allow me to speak at all, and was just generally impatient and had a nasty tone of voice. I intended on paying the balance today and moving on.But after that interaction. I dropped my son from the class. And we will not be returning to the gym. It is clear that staff has a lack of respect and care for the families.
My husband even attempted to call back and get clarification. Unfortunately, the staff member named above , proceeded to talk over him as well. I am surprised and very disappointed in our interaction today. We will be taking our business elsewhere!
If your family is seeking a gym, I would not suggest them. The front desk staff will deter you from returning.
Update-
The owner responded to this post in an antagonist manner. It's clear to me she did not read my full post if she had, she would have understood., my frustration was not from the lost classes. I understand that the gym is running a business and payment must be made ! My husband and I were put off and offended by the behavior of the owners staff. But it is clear by her response she doesn't care about addressing the issues or being respectful. This is clearly the culture at that gym.And we do not need best wishes. We needed to be acknowledged!

It was fun and a lot of things for kids to do, however we were all sick not long after. We were there for the open gym, free play. I don't think they keep it very clean and sanitized often unfortunately.

My daughter has been attending for three years and very little progress. There is very little development and attention put into coaching the little kids. In addition, once you ask to cancel they force you to pay an extra month if not requested prior to the 15th, which makes no sense other than being able to collect an extra month.

My son has been attending this gym for about a year. My son has shown significant improvement in his boys gymnastics skills, but the biggest changes have been in his self esteem and self confidence.
The menโs coaches, Lance and Mike, have been so supportive of my son as he learns new skills. The coaches take their roles seriously while keeping practice fun for the young gymnasts. I canโt thank Mike and Lance enough for their kindness and expertise. I would recommend this gym to any parent.

Pinnacle gymnastics has helped my 4 y/o daughter learn much more than just gymnastics skills. She has learned to take direction well, patience, improved her listening skills, gained confidence, made new friends. The coaches are always friendly, run on time, and make personal connections with the families after each class. It is clear that safety is of the utmost importance during class that is very appreciated.

Pinnacle has been our home away from home since 2015. Both of my girls started in rec classes and found their way to competing on Team. My oldest is in her 7th year competing. We love that they care about growing up good people through the sport of gymnastics. Banners and trophies to hang it the gym are nice, but the proof that they have a great program is in life lessons learned and the family atmosphere they have established through the relationships they foster. The staff is friendly and many have been with Pinnacle for many years.

Honestly, just so disappointed. I signed my daughter up for Presidents Day camp at Pinnacle Gymnastics. She was so excited for it & then was hit with the flu. She is burning up with a fever and no longer could attend with her friend who also signed up. Her friend didnโt want to go alone so I suggested my younger daughter go in place of my older daughter. (Theyโre 1 year apart & have both been to this gym before)
We show up to Pinnacle and I explain the situation. They refuse to transfer the spot to my youngest daughter and insist I pay for an additional person. I paid for the extra spot because I didnโt want either little girl to be disappointed.
The lack of understanding or willingness to help is so frustrating. Customer service is everything and Pinnacle displayed zero willingness to help. The front receptionist was rude and had zero compassion for a mother doing her best with a sick child. You are a community run business and this is not how you treat people.

My children have had a great experience at Pinnacle Gymnastics. Both boys started attending class around 2.5 years of age. They are now in elementary school. The boys love their coaches, both past and present. The staff is extremely caring, kind, motivating and positive. The coaching team not only teaches gymnastics skills; they incorporate and teach many other skills to foster the development and growth of a child. Pinnacle feels like a second family! We also love the camps, open gyms, parentsโ night out and the summer camps/activities they offer. We are fortunate to have a place like Pinnacle in our area. Itโs been a really wonderful experience! Pinnacle is highly recommended.

Fair warning, the Friday open gym for 5 and under is not accommodating for large families or for families with kids with an age gap. I took my kids in hoping that my older kids could either help me with my younger kids or sit in the observation area. The woman at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating and forced me to sit with my older kids while my sister was left to manage 5 kids under the age of 5 by herself. If my sister wasn't there, we would have been forced to leave. What could have been a nice family event while my kids had off school turned into a very frustrating experience. What's worse is another girl my daughter's age was left unattended upstairs anyway the entire time. The only condolence was my younger ones still had a nice time and didn't get injured. Do not take your older kids to this event.

If going for toddler open gym, and you have children over 5 with you, you will be turned away. This was our first time going to open gym, and I had looked online as well as called, and this information was not viewed or communicated. I arrived with two school age children and a toddler, and the front desk staff was not open to potential solutions because "they had a lot going on today with classes and camp" and they "received complaints in the past" regarding another family. I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility for a family center when this information was not conveyed, and wanted to let others know who may be considering this class.

We joined Pinnacle Gym this year and it has brought my son so much joy. The coaches balance pushing new skills and being patient when he needs some extra time. As a mom of a kiddo on the autism spectrum, I was worried, but Coach Zoey and Coach Evelyn are amazing โค๏ธ

Pinnacle is a wonderful facility with excellent coaches and staff! They are the perfect mix of family-friendly but also focused and professional when it comes to the sport. My girls have been going to Pinnacle for about a year and a half, and they are proud of the progress they have made. I am grateful, not only for their progress, but also for their increased strength, confidence, and the relationships they have formed during their time at the gym.

I have been familiar with Pinnacle for years now and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is committed to making sure gymnasts are safe when preforming skills. They take the time to get to know the gymnasts and it is like a second home. Pinnacle is all about core values and teaching the kids life lessons. Overall I couldnโt imagine being apart of another gymnastics family. I would recommend any family and friends to join this organization!!!!

A very well made and beautiful gym, unfortunately the staff ruins it. Very rude, its all about money. They had the audacity to say I should have given them 3 weeks prior notice on an unexpected reoccurrence of a serious medical condition, when I had called to tell them we would be taking a month off ๐ฎ ๐คฌ Surely I would have loved the prior notice myself ๐ค This isint a place for any family that has children or a parent with medical conditions. They had a very young coach who acted very unprofessionally during my daughter class and had to be replace after I brought her impatient and verging on abusive attitude to the front desk. This experience was just awful. I didn't enroll both my children at a cost of over $200.00 a month for them to be treated in anyway less than caring and understanding. After all of this we have left the gym for good, they don't deserve our business. In response to the owner: its a shame you're unable to remember the situations or my family. Hopefully thats not do to the frequency of similar events ๐ค You we're aware of my daughter's needs prior to her enrollment. I was assured at that time care would be taken and that there would be two coaches available for her class to help. This was completely not true. My daughter shouldn't have ever been in that position. This was harmful and very unprofessional on your part.

My daughter LOVED it here. We started with Mommy & me classes & continued into prek level. We were incredibly disappointed when we went to continue classes & pay for the upcoming month only to learn that tuition nearly doubled! I understand the world is upside down right now, but to increase classes for a 3 year old over $100 a month without a 12 month commitment was too much, we could not justify it. Especially since we wanted to enroll our son in the prek program shortly after too.
We loved the environment, coaches & other staff, but sadly we had to find another facility that had reasonable pricing for our little kiddos.
I also want to note our little one is only 3.

My daughter transferred to Pinnacle from another gym when she was in 6th grade and stayed until she graduated high school. When we first came to Pinnacle it was for the convenience of the schedule and something to do after school, however with the consistent support, especially from the girls head coach, my daughter stayed with gymnastics throughout high school and was able to continue her gymnastics career and contribute all 4 years at a D1 university and become a conference champion with her college team. Her coach from Pinnacle has to be given a lot of credit for her constant faith, support, and patience.
Through the six years my daughter was at Pinnacle, she learn much more than a sport. She learned time management, discipline, respect, toughness, how to be a great teammate, determination and so much more. The coaches at Pinnacle really care about their athletes from the moment they step into the doors and even after they leave the sport.
We are really pleased that we came to Pinnacle when we did - our only regret is that we did not transfer to Pinnacle earlier!

Our daughter started at pinnacle in rec classes when she was 4 years old. She enjoyed the classes so much, she kept going. She then did training team and later became a member of the pinnacle gymnastics team. Through the years she spent large portions of the time with the coaches and her teammates. Relationships grew and eventually became a second family to her. Pinnacle gymnastics reinforced traits that we were trying to instill in our daughter. Pinnacle is so much more then a gym. They not only taught her gymnastics but also work ethic, sportsmanship, and attention to detail. While at our meets it was constantly mentioned by other teams, parents and coaches they were amazed at the support given by the pinnacle team to their competitors. This is just one example of what our daughter learned at Pinnacle. She is now a very determined, focused and well rounded adult. She is now 20 years old and she was at Pinncle for 15 years. The coaches and the owner treat each child like they are one of their own. They definitely know how to get the kids engaged and to love the sport. It doesn't matter if you are in rec classes or on the team. All the coaches are wonderful. They have so much fun and really take their time with each child. I am so glad we were a part of this wonderful gym! My daughter has very fond memories of Pinnacle and it will always be a part of her.

Worst experience. Front desk help was just about always rude, not only to me, but I've seen other guests walk away astonished. My daughter asked "why are they so mean". They make you feel like you should be thanking and bowing to them for their club. I definitely do not recommend. There are other gymnastic businesses in the area who actually treat you and your daughter like humans.
