Had a very negative interaction with the man at the front desk. My app wouldn't open and he wasn't helpful at all. He told me it's never happened to anyone else before. There's no way that's true. He didn't suggest looking me up by my phone number or email address but I did. He couldn't find my account even though I later confirmed my email address is correct in my account. My app eventually worked and I was able to get in, no thanks to this unpleasant man at the front desk.

One of the best Planet Fitness locations I’ve ever been to!
Super clean, great equipment, and the staff here are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The energy in this gym is awesome — good vibes, good people, and even the music is on point. I’ve been to many Planet Fitness gyms across the country, and this one really stands out. Highly recommend! 💪

Not only is this unprofessional to have this conversation posted on Snapchat, the store manager allowed her girlfriend to kick me out of the gym for literally no reason at all other then she doesn't like me.

I don’t really care about the drama I just gotta say that this PF has more sunlight, newer machines, and employees that mind their own business. So what if you aren’t getting hi’s/bye’s from them, they are human beings. Say hello/goodbye to them? Also, compared to Sandusky, the locker rooms are also much nicer here. It’s less crowded. Remember people, “judgement free zone” goes both ways. Just stick to your guns, work on yourself and just LET THEM. There will always be haters, but you gotta be the change you want to see. Posting to social media about your employees to get laughs from your friends is unprofessional as it comes and she deserves to be reprimanded and not be in a position of management. Other than that, the rest of the staff are amazing!

Absolutely love Planet Fitness!

I’ve been working out here for a while now, and it’s hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever joined. The environment is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there’s plenty of variety no matter what your fitness goals are. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the non-intimidating, “Judgement Free Zone” vibe they promote.

I also really appreciate the 24/7 access—perfect for my unpredictable schedule. Whether you’re a beginner or just looking for a no-pressure place to train, Planet Fitness is a great choice. Highly recommend!

I was so excited that they brought one closer to where I’m located but I hate going to this location, staff are ALWAYS on their phone and don’t say hi or bye to you like other locations. There’s also a sewage problem that’s been going on for over a month now and has yet to be resolved. It’s not the cleaning staff as they do their job but the chemicals they use are overwhelming I had to leave early because I got light headed from the fumes and lack of ventilation. This is ridiculous.

I love that it is Finally here wish it was still 24/7 I'm planning on going a few times at night bc that's when I can spend the most time. After work I can only go for 20 mins. I just wish there was more sitting space in the changing room the few times I have been there after work I have had to put change shoes back to boots standing up bc ppl are sitting on the one bench that is in there. Buy the equipment is nice, love the new counters on them.
