Just went here and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This was my first time taking a pole dancing class and the instructor Sonya was amazing! The studio was cute and clean! Will definitely be back!

This is one of the best places in Cincinnati for Women to build their confidence and improve the look and feel of their body! Sonya is a great instructor and passionate about sharing healthy tips to better your lifestyle -I highly recommend Posh Fitness! Especially for bridal parties, girl groups and it could be a great bonding experience for sisters!

Beat. Totally beat. She will kick your butt in the best way. It was fun and quick, barely felt like exercise. But my soreness lasted all week. (I did the abs class) The best type of workout!

Unprofessional, No Call, No Show - I signed up and PAID for a class a week in advance for a Saturday morning at 10am. I received a reminder email on Friday and yet when I showed up Saturday morning, the class was now suddenly missing from my MindBody app schedule, and there was no notification email in my inbox (or a text of cancellation like their site claims). I stayed until 10:10am incessantly calling thinking the owner of this business would at the least forward phone calls to a cell phone if there were no one in the studio. I emailed them yet I expect this review will finally catch their attention.

UPDATE: I did receive an email from the owner with a refund, a screenshot was included with a text cancellation at 3am Saturday morning - my number was mistyped by one wrong number so I did not receive it. Would have been great if class cancellation occurred Friday but still, they did try to announce it.

A clean and safe facility, easily located in a, secured building.
With all levels of instructional fitness available.
Fun is to be had for everyone.. Comfortable environment embracing all sizes and skill levels ,a nice experience with professional Rns available to access health situations. Highly recommended!
