I've been attending this gym for about a year and a half, and I can confidently say it's been one of the best decisions for my health and well-being. The fitness classes here are not only incredibly challenging but also thoughtfully designed to push you beyond your limits in the best way possible. Every session is different, engaging, and led by trainers who truly care about your progress.

Since joining, I've seen significant improvements in my weight, posture, and overall strength. The classes have helped me become more agile, energetic, and confident in my body. Most impressively, thanks to the consistent workouts and the personalized nutrition guidance from trainer Sarah. I am now completely off my blood pressure medication—a goal I never thought I’d reach so soon.

Mike and his team at Premier have done a phenomenal job with our group of high school swimmers, particularly in terms of their strength/explosivity off the blocks and walls. The kids are definitely challenged by the workouts, but doing them in small group has built team comradery and accountability. If your athlete is willing to put in the work, Premier will get you the results.

Premier fitness is one of the best gym locations I’ve been too! All of the trainers are very skilled and knowledgeable in their work. They take the time to get to know each and every client and accommodate them in workouts if necessary. I've been attending this gym for a while now, and I absolutely love it! The trainers — Sarah, Sami, and Alec — are phenomenal. They make every session feel personal by genuinely getting to know you and asking about your life outside the gym. It’s a level of care and connection you don’t find everywhere.

I’ve been with Premier Fitness for a year and a half and can’t recommend them enough. Premier offers adult private, semi private and group fitness classes that focus on strength and endurance. I started with private but now do a mix of semi private and group classes, both of which are circuit based and include 2-3 workouts, repeated 3-4 times.

A few of the things that have kept me coming back week after week:

- A wide variety of class times - from early a.m. to evening and from Monday thru Saturday. If I can’t workout on my usual days, I can always find an alternative.
- The workouts. I find them to be challenging but still doable. Each exercise can be adapted to your fitness level based on the weights you choose and the modifications provided by the trainers.
- The people - from the owner and all the trainers to my fellow classmates, it’s just a wholly positive and supportive environment. In the classes you’ll find all fitness levels and ages and it’s truly a judgement free zone.

Premier for me was the perfect entryway back into a more deliberate fitness practice. I get the accountability, expert feedback and community that I didn’t realize I was missing from my at my home workouts.

Over the past 4 years, Premier Fitness has (and continues to) help me become a better athlete. As a collegiate distance runner, their sport-specific approach has been instrumental in my development and overall success on the course and track. Premier Fitness has been an amazing experience for our 16 year old son. He is a golfer at a private Catholic school and didn’t know how to use any type of gym equipment. We set up his first training with Sean and he was so nervous but after he was thrilled! He has been going now for over 2 years 2x a week and loves it! Our boys attend Premier’s High School Athlete and Youth Training classes. We are continuously impressed with the trainers’ knowledge and positive interactions with our boys.

Classes are challenging and provide our boys a great workout. The instructors are very motivating, and even in their group classes my boys received individualized feedback.

I have been going to PFP for about 2 years, after a very long time of not working out. The first 30 days were hard because my body was not used to physical activity. However, Tom ( one of their coaches) worked with me on my pace but at the same time pushed me to reach my goals. As of today, I have lost 35 pounds and more important, I feel great , with a lot more energy , than in 20 years. Now, I can enjoy my retirement years and do all of the activities I want to do because of PFP.

My 12 year old daughter who plays softball has been training there for about a month and a half twice a week with Blake. I am so impressed with the facility, workout plans specifically for her, how friendly everyone is. My daughter loves going there! she looks forward to training and pushing herself. The trainers there are so positive and give so much praise after every single set. the communication is top notch. i am so glad we found such a great gym. it's not just a gym...it's so much more. you feel like family when you are there. Years ago all three of my children reaped the benefits of training at Premier. I had always thought about joining, but never had the courage. After lots of eMails from Mike, in January I finally made a commitment to my own health and fitness by joining PFP.

Initially I was a bit intimidated since I have never attempted anything like this before. However, there is a sense of community right when you walk through the door, trainers and athletes alike. My daughter, Lauren, has been training with Premier Fitness & Performance for 2 years. She had set aggressive goals for herself in long jump and various track events (100M, 4x100, 4x200 & 4x400). In the span of the last 48 hours at the conference championship, she broke the school and conference championship long jump records by nearly 5 inches, took 2nd in the 100M, and won the 4x200 and 4x400 relays. Going into the 4x400, Aurora and Highland were tied. That win gave the Aurora Girls their first conference championship since 2006. After a two-year hiatus from any gym thanks to COVID and a lower back injury, a January email from Mike Caza re: Thrive 45 piqued my interest. I completed the 45-day program and felt great, so I continued on. The coaches, programming and participants are excellent. I’ve stayed healthy despite my chronic back issues, and I’ve still gained strength and endurance. At the beginning of the year, I decided to address some of my health concerns. One element of my plan included participating in the adult classes at PFP. Initially, I had reservations about "jumping right in" with the regulars as I hadn't exercised in such a long time. The trainers at PFP made me feel so welcome and quickly removed any of those concerns. I especially like how they know everyone by name and how they are sincerely engaged with each individual. The facility is fantastic and each class offers a different variety of challenging and relevant exercises at just the right level of difficulty. Our family loves the staff and the facility. Our son started going to the youth focused program in early September and I am just completing my first Kick in the Pants challenge. The classes are well formatted. The coaches go out of their way to make sure that you understand what we are doing and our form is good. I have several past injuries and the coaches work with me to adjust the exercise to meet me where I am at physically and still feel like part of the class. The facility is very clean and the class schedule offerings make it easy to fit exercise into our busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Premier Fitness & Performance to both adults and kids!

My daughter has been going to Premier for the past 2.5 yrs. She is a High School varsity softball athlete as a Freshman. She recieved many accolades in her first season and at foundation of this success has been Premier. She originally signed up to build strength post injury with the intent build a foundation to reduce injuries moving forward. I know Mike Caza for 8 year when my sons trained at PFP for baseball speed & strength conditioning. During that time, I was offered to join the adult program a few times but it wasn't until this past January, that I elected to give it a try. Now, I wished I would have started earlier. My friend has been going to and raving about Premier for several years. This past November I finally decided to join her and see what all the hype was about, and I regret not going sooner! My experience from the beginning has been nothing but amazing. Mike has been welcoming and helpful, and the trainers have been just as great! I have been training for 6 weeks, 3 sessions per week. I have worked with most of the trainers. They are all great motivators. I like the semi-private sessions as they are a small group, just 2 to 4 people with a trainer. I am having great success with the semi-private work outs and changes to my eating habits - losing 22 pounds to date!

I have been attending the adult classes at Premier Fitness for the last few months. Was skeptical at first since I have not worked out in awhile. Trainers are great and give you alternatives to exercises so that all levels of fitness can participate. The trainers push you appropriately and encourage you at the exact time you need it. I started working with Premier Fitness & Performance after my soccer season ended Freshman year. My goal was to maintain and hopefully improve my fitness, strength, speed, and agility. For several months, I attended the high school training program a couple times per week. During these trainings, Mike, Lenny, and Logan customized my strength, agility, and power training specific to my goals as an athlete and a soccer player. A few months ago I also incorporated 1:1 trainings with Logan with upcoming tryouts.

My fitness has improved significantly since starting training at Premier Fitness & Performance and I feel strong going into my high school season. Overall this has been an excellent experience and I plan to continue to train with them during my high school career. I met Mike and the PFP team when my oldest son joined their middle school strength and conditioning classes and had great results. I always thought I should join the adult class but never did until January 2018 when I received an email from Mike in regards to “investing in yourself” and the fact that as you get older we naturally lose muscle and replace it with fat. I decided then to give it a shot since I wasn’t getting any younger and I wanted to be just as active later in life for my newborn as I was for my teenager. Fast-forward to today and I’ve put in 175 classes, lost 15 lbs, have more muscle definition than I did 15 years ago, and a lot more energy. I’ve also met many like-minded adults of all ages who have great attitudes and are always ready for an efficient workout. The trainers are very encouraging and knowledgeable. They work with you very well no matter what your fitness level and can modify the exercise move to best meet your level or need. I highly recommend giving it a try…..you owe it to yourself and your loved ones!

We have been so impressed with Premier. Last year, my daughter was a freshman at Solon HS and went to Premier to prepare her for soccer tryouts. She was not projected to make varsity, mostly because she was thought to be too small, so we knew that we had to do something to stand out. Training with Mike and his Premier staff made her quicker and significantly stronger. After the tryouts, her coach remarked that the girl was all over the place scrimmage after scrimmage and stood out so much that the coach said there was no way she could keep her off the varsity team. And then last fall she started every game and had the stamina and conditioning to play all 80 mins in most of them (and also ended up being the second-leading scorer on the team). We can't say enough about how Premier prepared our daughter for HS soccer and we highly recommend Premier.

I started training at Premier this winter soon after I tore my MCL. Mike was able to develop a personalized program for me that not only worked around my injury, and got the rest of my body in shape, but also strengthened my knee so much that I was able to return to hiking and running quicker than the doctor predicted! 4 months later, I am stronger and more fit than I have been in years. Both of my daughters (middle school and high school) also train at Premier, and I have seen positive changes in their speed, strength, sports performance, running and most importantly, energy and self esteem. Both my kids play club sports as well as high school and look forward to their sessions at PFP. My daughter is going to play D1 college soccer in the fall and the training has increased strength and conditioning in addition to increasing her speed and agility. Our son started training with Mike Caza and the staff at PSC when he was in 4th grade. He was a big kid with athletic ability and drive but lacked speed, strength and had poor movement. After an ankle injury at the end of my Sophomore year of high school, 2004, I had enrolled into personal training sessions with Mike, working on recovery, mobility, and strength. Mike's attention to detail allowed him to not only get me back to 100% but put me on the right path to proper running mechanics for Track and Field.
I proceeded to continue training with PSC throughout the end of my Junior year in high school. I had achieved more in my junior year in track than I had expected. I was bigger, stronger, faster, and qualified for the regional meet at Austintown Fitch in 3 events. My senior year, 2006, I placed second in the state for Boys long jump all thanks to the reminders and tips Mike and the other trainers had worked with me throughout my time at PSC.
Results will come but sticking with the process is what PSC is about. I still recommend Mike and his crew to athletes of all ages and all athletic activity because I trust what PSC can do for everyone.
