I love, snap fitness! Everyone is so friendly and so welcoming. i train with Byron. He is personally the best trainer I’ve met with. He pushes me to my limits and the best way! He Gives me tips and tricks on form and what I can fix and what I’m doing great in and also provides great tips with my nutrition! I would recommend him to anyone!

I love it here kind of small but barely any ppl sometimes...most ppl I've seen where like 5and plus you don't have to talk to anyone at a desk or anything because all you have to do is tap ur card n ur in. Love this gym

I have a Snap Fitness membership based in Xenia Ohio. It's a global membership that allows me to use gyms nationwide. I come to this location to shower and I occasionally get a light workout. The place is nice and unintrusive. This is a great place for working out. Thanks

There's a few reasons that I gave it a 1 star with the biggest being customer service. I'll leave my review at 1 star without going into to many details but please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else Anytime Fitness heck even Planet Fitness anywhere but here.

Your typical gym. Sometimes the bathrooms are dirty and sometimes it's crowded. But overall, it gets the job done and the equipment select is pretty good.

I had been going to this gym for almost 3 years and have enjoyed my workouts there. This gym is a great small gym if you live in the area and plan on going in the off-peak hours. Since it is a smaller gym, you get to know the staff who are always helpful and kind, but if it is busy, it can sometimes be a lot of waiting, especially if you plan on using any free weights.

I would have rated higher but my experience with the cancellation because of COVID left a bad impression and I ended up swapping gyms. When cancelling, the person emailing me sent very condescending messages and was unlike how the staff had treated me in person. I ended up finding a larger gym that was a bit closer to me and also less expensive with more amenities.

Again, great little gym if you live in the area but I recommend somewhere else if you plan on working out during the daytime and plan on using free weights more.

Staff here is rude and very unprofessional with insane strict rules. They don't even allow you to bring guests on a recurring basis like most fitness centers do. I invited a family member and a friend ONCE after hours and they accused me of violating their rules for sharing my membership and canceled my gym membership without notice. Before I joined, I was told you were allowed one guest visit with your membership. Clearly that wasn't the case.They didn't even have the decency of even letting me know my membership was revoked until I called to find out after attempting to enter the gym one day when I got off work. The treatment I received from this place was just disgusting. I have never had a problem at any gym except this one in all of my life and that's saying something. There was only one snap fitness worker who treated me nicely and fairly here but sadly the decision to revoke my membership was not up to him. I was told the decision came directly from the owner. From my observation and complaints shared by other people, the owner seems to pick and "choose"whose considered a candidate for being a member here. They also never answer their phones. Avoid this gym and spare yourself the headache of dealing with these people. They have a lot of unreasonable rules and regulations for such a small gym. There are other gyms much better and more professional out there. Don't feed into the ratings it's the same ploy where they tell all members to write undeserving good reviews. If I could give this place a 0 out of 5 I would. I'm now a member at another prestiges gym and couldn't be happier.

I have been going to the gym consistently for the last year. Extremely friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Facility is always clean, equipment taken care of. Definitely recommend this gym to Dayton dwellers, especially in the downtown area.

Well maintained and easy 24 hour access. Easy to get to via RTA, including the free Flyer bus. There is a parking garage nearby if you have to drive a car, but it's overpriced. The monthly membership rates offered by this gym are some of the best you'll find.

The staff is extremely friendly and always greets you at the door. Char and Bobby don't shy away from listening to your goals and recommending workouts and exercises. The gym is always very clean, and has everything I need. If you are looking for something convenient, this is definitely the place for you!

Snap Fitness has the best staff of any gym i've ever been a part of. I've been working out for over 30 years and lived in other states, so my experience with different gyms runs high and not one of them touches the committment of this staff. They go out of there way to help you with whatever you need. It feels like they truly care about your goals and any concerns you may have. They keep the place spotless, I like to shower after working out and every single time the showers are spotless, the equipment is in top shape, they even have a heavy bag for those that like to box. I would never consider another gym, i highly recommend Snap Fitness on Patterson Rd. I'm very thankful and appreciate the great customer service i'm provided from the wonderful staff at Snap Fitness. Again, your sacrifice and committment is appreciated.

Horrible customer service ! Bad communication between staff and owner, I was told different things every tine I called about settling my account. I couldn’t get a direct number for corporate. They blamed me for not reading the fine print instead of assisting in a solution. I really liked this gym; but I would rather overpay for great customer service then to deal with this EVER again !

Staff is extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful! The facilities are clean and tidy and equipment always appears to be in great working order or fixed in a timely manner when broken. Dustie and staff work hard to add new equipment or gear and seem to be innovative in using the space provided. I never feel claustrophobic or like there isn't room for my workouts. Overall great experience!

I like this gymn. It is in the downtown area, so it is very convenient to my residence. It is available 24/7, so I can workout whenever I wish. They have good equipment and enough that I have never had to wait. They have enough weight machines and free weights to insure a very excellent workout!

It's always clean and so far never too busy. A wide variety of equipment is available. There is an AED near the restrooms/showers and there are help buttons on lanyards that you can use to get help from a 24 hour operator if you have an emergency after hours.
