Bradβs guided breath work was great! It was my first time doing it in a class setting, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The cold plunge after was also great! Iβd highly recommend.

A few months ago I decided I had to do something to get moving again even though I had a hip injury. I love that the Barefoot Gym is in South Park so close to my house and that Heather is flexible based on my availability. I have made a lot of progress working with her and strongly recommend her as a trainer.

The Barefoot Gym is just cool. Open floor plan, new equipment, bright colors, and a location SO EASY to get to and park. The Feng Shui is on-point, and the management here is really down-to-Earth.
