Before I started working with Keith, I had suffered from severe deficiencies, which caused me to lose a lot of muscle mass. I was completely weak and struggled with physical tasks that used to be no problem for me, especially anything that required strength. The first time I met Keith I was extremely nervous and not confident at all in how I looked. After discussing my concerns and what my main goals were, Keith put together a great workout schedule. He is very focused, kind and motivational. There have been plenty of times I’ve walked in his gym and didn’t want to be there but he pushed me, kept me positive and held me accountable. Keith is an incredible person and personal trainer. His size can not be matched, I’ve never had a bad experience here when I would go, everyone was very friendly and pleasant to be around. Keith will work hard with you to reach your goals whatever they may be. If you’re willing to put in the time and effort he has your back. This workout facility has more diversity than other local gyms. You can pretty much do whatever you want. From cardio to atlas stones. This gym has EVERYTHING. I’ve been working out here for around3 and a half years and i don’t know how I worked out at planet fitness for 2-3 years. That place is a daycare compared to raw iron. Keith does a great job at introducing you to different exercises you never would have thought of. Overall a fantastic gym for an incredibly low price.
