I'm 6 weeks into nearly daily morning workouts at Tribe and it has been an incredibly positive experience. The trainers are excellent and have helped me ramp up to the exercises in a way that has worked well for someone like me who hadn't been doing much exercise over the last few years. There is also a nice sense of community that is very encouraging. Wish I had started this sooner!

Update: 3 months in and I've dropped 25 pounds, gained 10% muscle mass, and am feeling better than I knew was possible. If you're on the fence about giving it a try, take the dive.

I was leery of only a 30 minute workout. But i love how efficient the classes are run. The trainers make sure you get the most of every minute. It is an excellent workout, that by the end I know I’ve spent all my energy.

I recently joined Tribe Fitness and am beyond happy that I did! I don’t necessarily enjoy working out and after having 4 babies in 4 years, I was very nervous about joining a gym. I have felt so welcomed at Tribe and the trainers have been extremely helpful explaining everything and correcting my form. A 30 minute workout is the perfect way to get my day started. Overall, I’m extremely happy to have joined Tribe Fitness!!!

I have really enjoyed my time at Tribe Fitness, which is an odd thing to say about working out at 6:00 in the morning. The classes are always different and go by quickly, and they are challenging in a way that doesn’t feel like you are being tortured. Most importantly, the instructors foster a positive, encouraging and welcoming environment for everyone. I highly recommend this place!

I am new to Tribe after about a 1 year hiatus from group exercise classes. My experience has been great! I feel very welcome and I love the classes! I started at Tribe Fitness almost 4 months ago now, after having my second baby. The welcoming and motivating team has made it a breeze showing up for myself and getting in the morning workouts. Coach Damien helped me set goals once I got into a routine, now in 11 weeks I have exceeded my original weight loss goal and fitting in to clothes I wasn’t sure I was ever going to fit into again after having 2 kids. I love the 5:15 workouts! Damien and his crew are the best! I have really noticed a change in my body and strength. I’m a runner and signed up for a 15k and didn’t have time to run more than 3 miles. I ended up having a personal best race! It really works!

I’m a month in to my membership at Tribe and I can’t say enough good things. I was nervous about starting at a new gym but Damien (one of the owners) knew my name before I even stepped inside and immediately made me feel at home. The classes are small so even though you’re in a group class, you get that personal attention and direction that you would expect from a personal training session. The instructors see when you’re getting stronger and often let you know how to step up your game during each exercise. The instructors are also there to guide you if you need any modifications or if your form is not quite right. After my trial classes were over, there was NO QUESTION that I would officially sign up and join Tribe!

Best decision I’ve ever made!!!! I have tried so many different places- I’ve done yoga, personal training, zumba, etc and nothing compares to Tribe. Not only do you get awesome workouts that push every level, but the environment is inclusive. Even on day 1, I felt welcomed. Damien and his team are awesome at helping you achieve your goals and they modify exercises for you if needed. Im not one who loves to workout, but the more I go to Tribe, the more I love it. I love Tribe. It is a very welcome and fun place to workout. Everyone is super nice and the workouts are hard and make you stronger. Tribe has helped me lose weight and help me with my goals of getting stronger. At tribe it’s like a family it’s a good way to start off the morning and getting in a workout. TRIBE has been a life changer for me. Until now I have struggled with various workouts and weightloss programs with little success. My husband and I did our first Tribe workout this morning and WOW! I’m an avid runner who’s trying to get back in shape after baby #3 and the class totally kicked my butt! It was a great full body workout and Damien is a fantastic coach. He clearly explains the workout, demonstrates proper form and gives great feedback and gives individualized helpful encouragement and attention throughout the workout. If you need any modifications, he’s right there on top of it to help you out and tailor the exercise to you and your skill level. It’s a great intense workout to start your day with!

TRIBE Fitness has literally been a lifesaver. With three kids, I don't have a lot of extra time to exercise or take care of myself. Over the past year, we've moved, added another kiddo to our family through adoption and had a host of other stressors. Enter TRIBE...in just 30 minutes, I get an incredible workout, but I'm also part of an amazing community. When I walk in the door, everyone is excited to see me and encourage me through the entire session. I've lost 5lbs and have gained/toned muscle over the past four weeks. TRIBE is a fantastic program. Each class is easily adjusted to meet the needs of each individual, so someone like me (who rarely exercised before, and hates the gym) isn't left struggling to keep up, but the more active tribe members are not held back. Every one of us works to our limits, all at the same time. With the very small class sizes you get personal attention to what you need, and a close group of friends to bond with. It's the perfect balance of personal trainer and workout group. Not to mention the 30 minute workouts fit a busy schedule. If you're looking for a new type of exercise experience, with a personal feel, I highly recommend giving TRIBE a try.
