Tru Barre Medina has changed my life. Both my knee and back doctors have me going to barre class for my physical therapy. Because of barre class I am able to function through every day activities that I couldnβt do beforehand.

Tru Barre is an amazing workout in an environment that encourages you to give it your all (and then some!) or throttle it back if you're having a low energy day. I love that each person is in control and encouraged to make Barre their own. Consistency is key to any exercise program, and being consistent is easy with Barre because of the fun instructors and varying exercises everyday. I've been attending classes for over a year and am still challenged throughout EVERY class! I didn't expect to connect with so many people with similar health goals as myself. This Barre community has been a motivator for me.

This place was just what I needed. A decade after two kids Iβve found a place where I can work out at my pace and challenge myself. All the instructors are very helpful with prompts for proper technique and motivation. Just over a month and my back and stomach are already getting strong.!

Tru Barre is amazing. I was looking for something lower impact, since my joints started hurting after doing aerobics. I stubbled upon Barre and have been going for over a year. I saw changes in my body quickly. The instructors are all highly experienced and the studio is lovely. Itβs a wonderful workout!

Tru Barre offers a great work-out surrounded by empowering women. The first class will feel a little like trial by fire--but it's well worth the results! The modifications for all exercises allow you to grow and improve at your own pace, which I love.
I've been attending classes for 1 month and already notice a difference in my body and stamina. 10/10. Highly recommend!
