Awesome neighborhood. It's been over a couple of years since I moved in, and except for some initial hiccups where I had to deal with the township, everything else is great in here. The HOA team is really hardworking and always ready to help. Neighbors are awesome

Strictly went for pool time, mid-June on a Saturday morning. There's two pools. One seems warmer than the other. Plenty of chairs, but was filling up fast as the morning and early afternoon went on. Minimal shade available, so be prepared for a lot of sun. Overall seems like a very nice facility.

OK, so.. I live here. Just moved my family (wife and two kids) here back in July. For various reasons, there's been issues here and there that required the pool area to be closed. Most of it was shenanigans from the youngsters. The pools are always freezing cold, but kids don't care about that. On hot summer days, it's a great area to work out. Extremely clean, bathrooms were spotless and the pools are kept up well. My only wish is that there were umbrellas for the adults to sit outside since 90% of all the seating and lounge chairs are in the direct sunlight. Bring your suntan lotion. I'm not upset, but disappointed that they closed the pool when they did, considering how hot it's been - even in late September. You will need it.
