I really enjoy barre class here and will someday break out of my comfort zone to try some others. Kelsey is encouraging and enthusiastic and so are the others in class.

I have been wanting to try Barre for a long time, but a bit nervous with never attending a yoga class before. I decided to first try one of the Newbie series classes with Toni. She shared a wonderful beginner yoga knowledge to feel comfortable attending a future class. After, I purchased the Summer unlimited pass to attend while on summer break from teaching. I absolutely loved my first Barre class with Kelsey and each class after. Barre is my favorite class, but from Barre to Slow flow, I have enjoyed every class I have attended. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to try something new. Each instructor is so helpful from modifications if needed to the most challenging poses you want to conquer. Each instructor is able to differentiate for you in an amazing environment! You will feel stronger, more relaxed, intune with your breathing, and a new appreciation for your own flexibility success! I only wish I would have joined sooner. I love the Woven family ♡

Woven Yoga is a place you show up to and feel included and valued no matter your fitness level. It’s inspiring to see this business and amazing staff growing, thriving and guiding myself and others in the journey to connect breaths and movements.
You just have to show up sometimes that’s the hardest part.

Discovering Woven Yoga Studio is like finding a hidden treasure in the heart of the community, a place that has felt like a second home from the moment I walked in. From the very first time I signed up for a class, I have continuously been struck by the warmth and genuineness of each of the teachers. Their motto is: “The hardest pose is showing up.” That is so true – but the friendliness and openness of the staff creates such an inviting and nurturing environment that they make it easy to show up, even on days when I’m having a tinge of “mat resistance.” But each time I do show up, I am always glad I did.
Initially, stepping back into the world of yoga felt a bit daunting, not having practiced yoga regularly for quite some time. But Woven prides itself on maintaining a nonjudgmental environment, making it a perfect sanctuary for both beginners and seasoned yogis. Each instructor brings a unique flavor to their classes. Across the board, they are not only passionate about yoga but also about creating a supportive community where every individual feels valued and encouraged to explore their practice at their own pace. This approach fosters a sense of belonging and helps to cultivate a positive and inclusive yoga experience for everyone.
What truly distinguishes Woven Yoga is its dedication to broadening horizons beyond conventional yoga practice. The studio regularly offers workshops and classes on various health and wellness topics led by knowledgeable and experienced professionals eager to share their expertise and support participants in their journey toward a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
The studio's tranquil ambiance reflects the studio’s philosophy and allows for a healthy retreat from daily stress. With its clean, serene, and warmly lit spaces, one can reap the benefits of a mindful practice, promoting calm, peace, and focus in both mind and body.
Woven offers multiple yoga and barre classes on various days and at various times throughout the week, making it possible to accommodate different lifestyles, commitments, and needs; from energizing morning yoga and dynamic barre classes to strength-building and restorative evening sessions. The studio is particularly inclusive, providing a Newbies series for beginners or refreshers for more practiced yogis, and even chair yoga options for those with mobility concerns, ensuring everyone can experience the benefits of yoga without stress on their joints.
Whatever your needs may be, Woven Yoga Studio is more than just a place to practice yoga; it's a community where anyone seeking to enhance their physical and mental well-being can find support. It's a place of growth, learning, and connection where you're encouraged to explore and thrive in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. Whether you're new to yoga or aiming to deepen your practice, Woven offers a transformative experience that nurtures your mind, body, and soul.

I plan on being a lifetime member at Woven:) Not only have I met many nice people here, I’ve lost 10 lbs and dropped two jean sizes! My sleep has improved and I subconsciously breathe deep several times throughout the day which helps relieve stress.
I really love the Barre Yoga - Kelsey pushes hard, but she’s sarcastically funny and makes the sweating enjoyable. I also love Strengthening Hatha on Sunday mornings with Jewel. It’s a great way to stretch, strengthen and set intentions for the coming week. I’ve been a monthly unlimited member for about 5 months and try to get in at least 3 classes a week. It’s easy to do because Woven offers a variety of yoga classes to fit just about anyone’s schedule.

I joined this yoga program initially intending to try it for just one month and was charged $39 without any notice of automatic renewal, I found myself unable to unregister my credit card from the account. After the initial month, the app lacked a membership status or an option to unregister for the second month, leading me to believe I had concluded my membership.
Unbeknownst to me, the yoga program continued charging my husband's credit card for four additional months without any notification or active membership on my part. Upon contacting the owner, Toni, she refunded only the latest month and declined reimbursement for the other three months during which I had no active membership.
This experience has made me extremely cautious about joining yoga programs with such ethical concerns, and I would advise others to think carefully about joining this yoga group.
