We offer coached Functional Fitness classes that are welcoming to athletes and members of all fitness levels. This could be your first day walking into a gym, or a seasoned athlete, we will have an appropriate workout intensity for each individual person. We also offer personal training, for people with specific needs and goals.

I love starting my mornings going to Perry’s workout class at Xtreme Revolution Fitness. The moment you step inside, Perry’s good vibes hit you immediately, lifting your mood and setting a positive tone. His workouts are anything but routine. More importantly, Perry individualizes every workout to fit your specific needs. This level of attention makes every session feel purposeful and rewarding.

Attended a nearly full class this evening and even with it being almost full I noticed that coach Perry was very attentive to every single member in the class giving us all feedback and encouragement throughout the entire class, which I really appreciated! Feedback on form is most important to me when working out and I felt like I received it here! I was also extremely impressed seeing the amount of nice high quality equipment that Coach Perry had! Not one single person had to share a barbell, which I feel is pretty rare for that big of a class! I also really appreciated that he takes the time to make sure everyone stretches prior to class! You can genuinely tell this is his passion and he wants to make a difference in your journey! I look forward to many more classes with Coach Perry! Thank you again!

Every day is different which makes it easy and interesting to keep coming back! A huge range of people makes it so easy to stay encouraged! If you are looking to improve your fitness and for a positive change you have got to check this place out. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. No matter how experienced you are, Perry is always willing to work with you in the workouts to help you improve.
Same with the other members who are constantly cheering each other on to complete the workouts. I am so happy that I joined!

Started coming to Xtreme recently and am a total beginner when it comes to lifting and CrossFit. I have always been intimidated to join a gym, but after just one class I realized how amazing and supportive this community is. I have had nothing but positive experiences at Xtreme Revolution Fitness! I joined this gym 6 months ago, with absolutely no experience with functional fitness exercises. I had never picked up a barbell in my life. I couldn’t even do a proper air squat. Now I’m squatting heavier weight with confidence, and genuinely feeling stronger every day. The transformation I’ve experienced here is more than physical, it’s mental too.
The biggest reasons for my improvement is Coach Perry! He is approachable and patient and is unbelievably in tune with everyone’s individual ability level. Whether you’re just starting out or years into your fitness journey, he seems to always know exactly how to guide, push, and support you.
The programming is challenging but scalable, and the gym community is so positive and uplifting. It’s a place where you feel welcomed and supported. I have really enjoyed starting each day with fist bumps and making some new friends! Joining this gym has been life changing for me.

Excellent Gym! Coaching is personalized, not just cookie cutter for everyone. Coaches help you determine proper weight to use, and any necessary modifications for everyone else to be able to participate safely. Coaches members all welcoming & friendly and genuinely care. Its been a great place to go! Highly recommend.

Monday-Saturday I start my mornings off attending the 9AM class at Xtreme Revolution Fitness ! I like the variety of workouts that we do each day and Coach Perry is Amazing!
