I so appreciate having Matt as my personal trainer. His knowledge of the mechanics of how a body works is impressive. Training with Matt is not routine as he incorporates many, varied and personalized exercises into each session. There are several well-equipped work out stations; the gym is well maintained and clean. Matt is managing to keep this 82 year old lady moving and strong; we’re working on flexibility and balance so I am very happy he is also extremely patient.

My husband and I have been working with Matt for a little over 3 months with a noticeable improvement in strength and range of movement.

We appreciate the customization he provides for previous injuries as well as important training for age related ability and longevity.

His gym is always clean! The other people who come in to train are friendly and considerate. There’s a wide range of equipment. Matt has immense knowledge in this field.

Your Fitness is a fantastic find for anyone looking for a small, personal gym experience. The location is convenient, and the space itself is clean, well-organized, and clearly well-maintained. It never feels overcrowded, which makes for a more focused and enjoyable workout.
The classes are especially great—small in size, so you get personal attention, and designed with a variety of exercises that target all muscle groups. My wife and I started working with Matt a couple of months ago . I was not sure what to expect. I have been pleasantly surprised. We are doing four different workouts, working muscles I forgot I had (LOL). I like Matt's instructional style in that he does not push you beyond what is necessary. Blair, a VETERAN is awesome, and the gym is super clean and maintained! Location is great, space is great, and Blair knows health! I was looking for a gym for a while, couldn't find the right fit.
