Observed member frustrated with parent and took anger out towards child making her feel very uncomfortable. And also agree their money management only works in their favor. Will charge for days unattended but scolds days present while processing payments, lacks communication and respect. ROYALLY OVERPRICED GLORIFIED BABYSITTERS.

My daughter loves Big Cats and Coach Lori. I moved my daughter here after a bad experience at Unstoppable and it was the best decision I ever made. They are so hands on with the kids and they treat them like their own. My daughter will stay with Big Cats until she tells me she doesn't want to do it anymore.

Wonder programs for Gymnastics, Tumbling, Lil Ninja, Ninja and Preschool gymnastics. Great and safe environment for all, and the Coaches truly care about my children and the success of them learning new skills sets. Love this gym! Thank you

NOT THE BEST PLACE.! DONT BE FOOLED!, friendly yes but not very well with communication or your money. I Have been charged for months now even though we have moved and haven't attended since Halloween. That's 3 months almost of no activity. Why are you still charging someone who hasn't attended in this amount of time?
I guess people these days are always looking for that quick buck and since you sign off it's not there problem even if you sign the write paperwork to step away.
I Was suppose to be refunded payment because of this but here we are in January and again my card was pushed for a charge. Luckily I've contacted my bank.
Before it is stated "you must fill out a drop form" that has been done twice as well as contacted by email and still charges are being made. I was told a payment from Dec 2022 would be refunded upon review but it never was and that Nov wouldn't be, for some reason.( Even though again we haven't been in a class since Oct, 2022.) Both wife and husband (owners) were contacted about this issue and of course I was rudely pushed aside as if I was just a complaining Karen.
Pretty upset about them just randomly taking 104.00 at the end of mid of December considering that was Xmas money and bill money. And slo since the billing cycle is at the beginning of the month not middle or end...So that was really helpful. Messaged them when this happened and again was treated as if I was lying or trying to rip them off. Only person that was ripped off was my family and child.
That's outside of the lazy coaching and minimal teaching given to the new recruits. If your a star or show some kind of athleticism your good to go and payed attention to, but if your less than your treated as if your at a daycare and just being watched instead of actually being taught.
Sorry if this is somehow rude but this is my experience and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. There are better more trustworthy places to attend with better coaches

My son is in the ninja warrior class and he loves it! The coaches and owners are all wonderful! They are always very understanding and willing to help in any way possible. They do a great job of keeping the families informed of important info and events.
