“ I periodically travel to McAlester and have frequented this gym for almost two decades, and like every business it’s been through its ups and downs. Lately it just down though, lack of maintenance on machine is the main complaint I have. Hardly any of the cables are worth a damn, and the machine pads look chewed up now. Really makes me sad to see the recent decline. A little tlc would totally change this place.”

I'm actually from Blanchard but I'm in town for work. This is a great place to work out. Super clean the man at the front desk is super friendly. They have daily weekly and monthly rates that are pay as you go. Definitely recommend.

This gym has a wide variety of equipment, and would accommodate all weight-training skill levels. It wasn't busy during an evening visit, staff was friendly, and the gym was clean. Music was comfortably low. A day pass was available without any fuss. I appreciate no-nonsense clean gyms like this.

Was a member here for a few months. Ultimately canceled my membership because there were too many people taking up equipment they weren’t even using, rather just lounging about chatting and hanging out with their friends. Other than that it was pretty clean and tidy.

Best little gym for a powerlifter!! This gym is great, the atmosphere is awesome, and the people are so friendly! I’m from the area but have now moved to Texas and whenever I come back home to visit this is the gym to go to 🤗

My family and I enjoy this gym very much. Machines are a little old but everything works perfect and the work out environment is good. I'm trying to get back in shape so my physic is not so good but everyone that goes makes you feel comfortable and we enjoy going.

I have only been a member a few days. I work out after 9pm and my first impressions was smelly and busy but since I have only walked into a clean gym with very little to no wait time on machines and plates. The first day was kind of awkward feeling just because I'm new but now it feels already welcoming. The local teens all work out here but do not tend to bother anyone and the staff has been very inviting and professional. I have no issues and look forward to going everyday. It may basically be the only place in town that has the 24/7 access I need but I am happy to fork over that fee to have access to all this equipment.

I joined on the 23rd and paid 45 bucks. I found a place that was cheaper, so I showed up at 8:03pm, which is before closing time, to cancel my membership on the 14th. There was no one running the desk. The next day I was charged another 45 dollars. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to continue my membership and have another gym. The gentlemen in the front told that I couldn’t. So I paid 90 dollars after only going to the gym for 22 days 🤦‍♂️. There were some other issues too, but this was the biggest problem for me.
