Both of our daughters went to KrisCross Gym for the past 4 years and we are so thankful for the experience. The coaches are outstanding and know how to get the best results from each athlete as an individual. The staff are organized and friendly. The only reason we are leaving this gym is to move out of state.

I really love this gym , the communication process is easy and honest . They have great classes for all ages and professional coaches and employees. I have always been impressed by how their students progress and advance in little time , when the students focus and put in effort. A good experience is backed by a good mindset going in. We have been blessed with wonderful experiences and grace from Kris many times over the years. I highly recommend

Granddaughter takes tumbling here and really enjoys it. We were visiting grandparents and excited to see her in class, but I couldn't climb stairs to the visitors balcony and when I asked about sitting downstairs met with unfriendly resistance. The owner? Manager? finally allowed me to stand in a corner by the water fountain (where I got wet) and look thru a cut-out opening, but would not allow any sitting - with many lame reasons. (The gym is very large and could easily accommodate a few cordoned-off chairs along a wall for disabled/physically limited ppl like myself, for example) I was once a gymnast so have some knowledge of skills, and I did not see actual instruction happening in the class though the teenage "teachers" were nice enough to the kids. Without ADA compliance the gym is on risky footing! I will leave it at that since we live in another state and don't want our family to have issues at the gym.

Possibly the rudest folks I've ever delt with. Owner seemed nice but the front desk lady was miserable.. My daughter was crying and then I was crying from how horribly rude she was for literally no reason, I simply asked to get my daughter from the class. I tried to get her to go back but obviously that wasn't happening. I didn't see that they automatically withdraw money from the account so asked if they could move her balance over to my sons account they were again very rude with massive attitude said we didn't let her know my daughter had a bad time, they would absolutely not move the money over and they will pull my son out as well. Yikes.

Daughter has been attending lessons here for over a year and loves it. She has made quite a bit of progress at this gym and enjoys going. The teachers are great and work with kids together as well as on individual skills depending on their needs and progression

The owner of this gym does not know proper communication skills. She told myself through their Facebook page that my son could be in a certain class that was coming up. They charged my card for the first month. When my son went to his current class he was told by the owner he wasn't allowed to be in the class that he was just signed up. My son just turned 6. The owner then comes to me the following week stating that he is not allowed to be in the class coming up. This is after I asked before signing him up and being told that he would be a good fit for the class. The owner does not pay attention to who she is talking to at what time. She only cares about the profit that is put in her pocket. So even though my son loves going to ninja class and tumbling he will not be attending anymore. I refused to give my money to a women who has a poor disregard for their customers and who is an incompetent business owner.

My daughter has been with Mrs Kris for over 4 years! She absolutely loves her and the coaches. @KrisCross gym our children are treated like family and learn so much. We have been to other gyms in the area and none compare to Kris Cross. My daughter went from doing cartwheels to doing backhand springs and back tucks. They never give up on the kids and keep pushing them. Our All-Star cheer team has won National titles! Mrs. Kris is an amazing woman with a heart that beats for our kids. Our daughter can’t wait for the brand new two story gym to open. It’s an affordable place that gives us a peace of mind. With a few rules to follow as parents everything runs so smoothly. Thank you to all of Kris Cross staff for taking pride in what you do and taking on the Challenge of teaching children that they can do anything they set out to. ❤️

Terrible place with a terrible owner. Been with them for many years because my daughter enjoyed her friends but had to suffer a horrible woman who charges for anything she can think of. She charged our card for something we never agreed to.

I have endured years at this place for the sake of my daughter. we were with them before they had a gym when they were set up at Elgin high school. the coaches are amazing with the exception of the owner Ms. Kris. her communication skills are terrible and she will openly scold groups of parents for not understanding. she has often refused to speak with me and only tells me to read an email or website so my wife has always had to do the communicating. there are new charges every month that are mandatory that seem to precede the owner's vacations. the final straw was when she charged us for something without our permission. I will not elaborate because my bank has an investigation pending. my name is Daniel Morrow and I welcome her to attempt to reconcile. I suggest you take your money somewhere else.
