2 story climate controlled gym offers:
-Day Passes $6
-Downstairs gym w/ weights, crossfit area, weightlifting platforms strong man worthy and music always playing
-Cable and Ski machines
-Cardio, toning, circuit and rowing machines, assault bikes
-Upstairs gym area offers a private workout area, weights and weight training benches, spin bikes and row machine
-Wall ball set up with bench. Balls 10-30 lbs
-4 foot tall ceiling hung punching bags with gloves and wraps
-12 classes a week from beginner to intermediate
Nutrition Bar:
-COMING SOON: Wicked Protein NO Sucralose!
-1st Phorm and Bucked Up protein shakes, Detox Shakes, Vitamin, Immunity Shakes
-Bucked Up, 1st Phorm, Jocko Pre-workout

Thirty plus year lifter, been to gyms all over the world, and I am very much old school. Love this gym, no fluff, just real iron biscuits. The staff is super friendly and very personable.

This is a great gym! I come often to the area to visit family and I'm so excited to come back for this gym! (Sorry, family). They have a great selection of gym equipment, but my absolute favorite part is the sauna, cold plunge, salt cabin combo. Oh, and the smoothie bar!!!! This is a diamond in Eufaula!!!

Great little gym!They have a good variety of machines and free weights. The staff is very friendly. Additionally, they have several premium options including a neat salt cabin. Highly recommended – give them a try.

The salt therapy spa and the cold water therapy plunge are game changers for my health and staying fit! I notice improvement in my allergies and asthma after enjoying the red light therapy and salt therapy sauna.

The new owner has made some great changes. The facility is well kept, the equipment is clean, the staff is friendly as well as helpful,and I enjoy being able to use the key card access for when going in early. Just tried the circuit training class and LOVED it!!
