This place deserves 10 stars. I visited Life Gym while visiting family. The owner met me on thanksgiving day to let me in and sign up for a few days. I highly recommend visiting this establishment or becoming a member. It has great equipment and a good vibe. Thanks Chuck for the hospitality. See y’all at Christmas!

I have called this gym and left over 7 messages leaving my name and number and asking whoever it is on the other end to return my call and after almost a month of calling trying to find out about a few protein products that is sold in house here and have yet to get a response. I just want to purchase protein from here because my husband loves the quality of it and just cant seem to get a response. We have even tried to reach out via Email and still nothing! Please get back to me! ASAP!

I have been a member here since Day 1, something like a decade ago. The owner is meticulous in keeping the facility clean, and keeping all of the equipment maintained and in proper working order. 24 hour access is a big plus. There is never a wait to use equipment. I've been lifting weights in gyms since I was a teenager, and Life Gym is, hands down, the best, all-around. Highly recommended.

Simple, clean, friendly atmosphere. I’ve been to many gyms and this one is more personal to me than any other gym. Of course, the folks in gyms are friendly like anywhere else. What separates this gym from others is the cleanliness and how often equipment is repaired. At other gyms, it may take weeks or months till a broken machine or a torn pad is replaced. At this gym, the most I’ve seen a pad stay torn is a week top. What I like as well is on certain days, I can see the cleaning staff make their rounds around the gym. It’s a good indication to me that the gym is clean. Another big plus is most people here clean their equipment and re-rack their weights after use. It’s just the little things that pull it all together. Mornings will be busier than afternoons, so if you want to meet some new people. Earlier mornings are the right time. The best time to start working out is now.
