Bathroom was dirty. Anytime I've had to contact the staff it's taken at least 3 tries. (accidentally locked my phone in there, took about 20 or so minutes to finally get the owner to unlock it remotely, and they still couldn't even do that. The only reason I got in was because some other poor soul came to work out there.) Great privacy though, probably because anyone with a brain would rather drive to Owasso for 10x the atmosphere and about half the price lol

I started coming to this gym when my previous gym got rid of their hack squat machine, which I really liked. They have everything you need here to get a good workout. It is not a real fancy gym, which I prefer. It has a very uplifting atmosphere and is never busy! Really, no matter what time of day you come here, it's never ever overcrowded like a lot of other gyms. It is a hidden gem/gym, "pun intended," in the owasso area, and it's only a 10 minute drive!
