This gym is phenomenal! It has 24/7 access, amazing equipment and terrific tanning beds that always have new bulbs! It’s hot showers, changing rooms, classes and the owners become your friends! The equipment is for anyone looking to bodybuild, compete, strength train, condition or more! It has EVERYTHING you need in one place and also the best cardio section you could ask for- treadmills, bikes, the old school stair master, and more! I really love this place! My husband and I started going here after a big health scare in our family. Everything is clean and up to date equipment is plentiful and easy to use. I’ve not been a “go to the gym” type person so I was a little intimidated going at first. That quickly went away as everyone was very welcoming! I recently moved to the area and was excited to workout here. But apparently there is an issue with the daycare. The owner doesn’t seem responsive to solutions just permanent ones. Which is ridiculous because some parents have no choice but to opt for childcare while they workout. I guess the owner is willing to lose clients instead of fix the issues.

I think Nautlis Durant is by far your best option for a gym in the Durant area, The other gyms are ok but have to much of a commercial feel to them. There is something special about the niche of locally owned gyms and that community. The gym owners Josh and Megan are down to earth and most people don’t even realize they are talking to the owners when they meet them, due to their friendly demeanor. I love this gym and will continue to workout here for the years to come.

Attention !!!! Before you plan on joining this gym!!

I have sat back and have been quiet for a long long time. I’ve never made a post that was ever negative about a business but this owner has done this to, to many ppl for way to long. I’m tired of being treated poorly and them treating other customers poorly because I’m not the only one they treated this way and their personal business spread to other customers and workers there.

So I attended the gym yesterday morning and brought my kids to the gym with me, they were sick a couple of days ago and have been symptom free for 24/hrs but doctors said they could go back to school Friday. So I had them with me at the gym took them to the day care. Went to pick them up at 12. Chanler asked if they could stay without a worker in there and I said no I don’t want the owner to throw a fit like get upset. After that nothing more was said took them to sit in lobby so I could finish my work out and the other owner the male said if they are sick they don’t need to be up here and I said they aren’t they’ve been symptom free for 24hrs and on antibiotics, then told me that if they aren’t sick they needed to be in school. (Which is none of their business what I do with my kids.) I was about to leave and the female owner in front of everyone in the gym and my kids said I’m canceling your membership because you said I’d throw a fit if they were left in the room and because you brought sick kids to the gym. She was very very rude and very unprofessional. She did not pull me in the office to talk to me she acted that way in front of other customers and my kids.
My kids loved going to the gym and daycare there and they cried for 30 mins because of how I was treated in front of them.
I have my 9 year old who said mom you didn’t say any bad you just didn’t want her to get mad.
I’ve never met someone who owned a business and who was so unprofessional and rude to someone who had never done a thing to her ever .

I have went to nautilus fitness in Durant for 10 years and never ever have I caused problems , I go work out talk to my friends who are there and I leave. I’ve sat back and haven’t said anything to the female owner who has talked bad about me to other workers and to other customers. When I have not ever given her a reason to be nasty to me nor talk bad about me . She has also told people my business that i haven’t even told anyone but she hears second hand from who ever and runs her head to everyone.
I’ve sat and listen to her talk bad about other costumers to me and their personal business to me as well. Will also tell lies about other people to make herself look good or maybe she does it to make her self feel better. Ive seen her personally belittle customers and her workers as well in front of other people to humiliate them.

Just crazy to me that they have a personal trainer there that sleeps around on their husband with customers from the gym. Who also grabs personal belongings of paid customers and tosses them on the ground instead of asking them nicely to move their stuff so they can work out there. But still works there seems pretty crazy to me.

If you don’t want your business and personal life spread around or the owner be rude and hateful to you I wouldn’t go to that gym. I’ve went there for so long because they had child care, that’s the only reason. But I’m not going to sit and let someone belittle me and humiliate me and be rude to me in front of other people and my children. She’s done this to , to many ppl for so long and her husband has had to apologize for her for actions for way too long long

Also just because you own a business it does not make you better than anyone nor does it give you the right to act entitled.
We all bleed the same blood and at the end of life we all end up 6 feet under the ground.
At the end of the day just be kind! You don’t know what people are struggling with in their day to day life !

I was in Durant for a month visiting family, my mother in law recommended I try out nautilus and I am glad I did. The gym is awesome, plenty of equipment to choose from, awesome atmosphere and the staff is very accommodating. I am actually quite sad to be leaving the gym.
Their after hours system is convenient and they offer childcare for you kids as well. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new gym.

I’ve been a member of this gym for almost 3 years. I have never had any problems with my membership or the overall gym environment. Brutally honest experience, I was told I could cancel anytime which was not the case. I went in and tried to cancel and they informed me that I was locked into a 12 month contract. Then on my final month they charged double the membership and said I had another monthly payment. When I asked for an email of my contract they blew it off and never sent it. Just go to Workout Anytime just down the street.

It's a nice gym and the owners and 1 employee I interacted with were all friendly to me. I would only suggest that people read the fine print when signing up. Although I could have afforded the 1 year membership up front, I wasn't sure I'd be in Durant for a full year, so I opted for the monthly plan (which is, of course, more expensive if you do go for the whole year). When I cancelled due to the fact that I was moving, it was explained to me that the monthly fee has a 1 year contract. Since the gym never seemed especially busy, I now wonder how many people are helping keep this gym running even though they aren't attending anymore. Lame and kind of a rip off approach to business. But like I said, the gym itself is nice and other than being unable to cancel the withdrawals out of my bank account, I never had a bad experience while attending the gym. Take that for what it's worth.

This location has a great staff the owners are very friendly and love their buisness if you need help with the equipment or something needs attention they take the time to fix it. Most members do their part in taking care of this gym because of the owners keeping it safe and cleaning supplies are never far from the equipment for convenience. The tanning beds are always clean and bulbs are maintained ,you can purchase tanning lotion samples if you forgot yours at home. The locker rooms are clean.

I had been going to this gym for about 3 years and enjoyed the first 2 years. There is a lot of grey area in the terms and conditions that they follow. I had to eventually monitor my bank account to make sure nautilus was charging the correct amount. I was constantly being double charged with who knows what this time. I had 3 “annual” charges in about 6 month period not even within a month or two of when my annual should be. When I brought it up to the front desk I was told I needed to figure it out with my bank because the problem was on my end is what I was told. It took me 4 separate trips just to cancel my membership because the employees were unable to.

It is a good place to exercise except that the massage chairs they have you cannot use if you have a simple plan, I think they should at least install a machine to pay if people want to sit there, but plug them inside the wall ??

I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking for an easy to get around gym with awesome group fitness classes! My favorite class would have to be the cardio blast! It’s high intensity all the while also having modifications if you’re not feeling it that day. My wife was in wreck after getting a 2 year contract with this gym. I tried to cancel but was told by an employee that I could not cancel. Was told by employees on 2 seperate occasions that the owner would contact me...which did not happen. After contract ended I figured it was over but they grandfather you in on a month to month basis. I went back up to the gym to cancel again and the employee working this time tells me I could have canceled a year ago with a letter from her doctor. My wife filled out the cancellation form and we were told once again the owner would contact us. 19 days later we received a bank statement showing another draft from the gym. We went to the gym and stood there waiting for a employee for 5 mins. (we left and my wife was contacted 30 mins later....im assuming he seen us on the camera footage). The owner assured us today we are in fact cancelled and no other payments will be drafted. I was basically told sorry about your luck. My wife informed him that he needs to make sure his employees are well trained on policies and procedures so this situation won't happen to anyone else.
