Ever since it’s turned into Rogue One Fitness, it’s gone downhill super fast. For one, they removed the key fob scanner so anyone can walk in. It’s always packed, which would be okay if it weren’t for half of their cardio equipment being broken. Out of what I would guess is at least 7 treadmills, only two of them work (one of them only works from time to time.) It has been like this for at least four months. The stairmasters warning labels have excessive spelling errors, which makes me concerned about the quality of the equipment. When it comes to the weightlifting equipment, everything seems to be in pretty okay shape, but I think the cardio section is terrible and has been ever since this new management took over. If cardio is an important step in your routine, don’t come to this gym.

I have gone to this gym for over 2 years. During most of that time I loved this gym. Had everything I needed, 24/7, close to home, and inexpensive compared to other gyms. Recently though, the gym has an entirely new look. It now goes by a different name with different ownership I’m guessing. Half the gym is now for martial arts, something I am not interested in at all and really takes away from the gym for me. The equipment now seems so close together and the layout is weird. I don’t want to rub elbows with the guy next to me during my workout. The crowd is different there too now, mostly martial arts kids I’m guessing. I was never notified that these changes were going to take place, or offered a refund for the gym becoming something completely different. I have switched to optimal, even though my membership at 180 expires in 4 months. I’m loving optimal so far and would highly recommend if you are more serious about working out.

It's now called Rogue with the new owners, Michael and Alex. It looks great and the layout is much better than before. The owners are amazing and they make their presence known. You can tell how much they care about everyone in the gym.

Been coming here for a long time. Usually on and off with my subscription. This gym has gone through 3 owners this year alone, I called to cancel this previous month. New owner ensured it would be no problem, he will look into getting it done before the next billing cycle. Didn’t believe him so I just changed my card number. Sure enough a declined charge of $43 shows up. Additionally, I’ve never heard of a $20 activation fee for a gym. Could be just me though.

Excellent option for a gym in the area! The new owners are polite and excited to grow the facility. My personal favorite aspect is the extra large mat space for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu classes!

Greedy. Always finding a way to get your money. I've gone to this gym for 3+ years. They kept pulling money out of my account and finally sat down and asked them why. They had no answers and didnt want to help so I bought another yearly membership for them to keep their money. Working on the road I'm not here every month. They want to charge me the "one time fee" everytime I pay for a monthly membership.. also their prices went up but nothing new to the gym is done, the women's sauna is ALWAYS broken. Spend your money else where.

Had my account frozen due to a deployment. I came back from deployment and decided to not renew/unfreeze my account. After a certain period of time, their system starts charging you again. After about 6-9 attempts over the course of about 5 months, I would either call or go in personally to cancel my account-each time being told that I would be refunded and account cancelled. The charges to my account never stopped. It wasnt until recently I was told I must email the accounting department. After explaining my situation, they would not refund me the money and eventually they just stopped replying to my emails. If you decide to get a membership here, I recommend not setting up automatic payments if possible. Their accounting department is shady and unethical.

Renee and her husband has installed security cameras which I should agree for thievery but not for eaves dropping in conversation. Gym is ran down cause the owner doesn't care for criticism cause she likes to spend that money freely. I even wanted to apologized to person but she won't accept it. Hell I had to talk to Kyle about my 35 dollar a month charge when she could've told me a better deal.

The Guy at the front desk in the morning's is super nice and respectful even when some people do not respect him. Always expect a "Good morning, How you doing," when you walk in those doors in the morning. This shows a lot of character about the 5 star staff that work there and what the 5 star owner teaches the staff. 10/10 would recommend Owasso 180 as your new home gym just for the staff alone!!!

I canceled my membership in early 2020 but was charged for a full year of membership on 9/2020. I requested a refund and cancelation which was granted and I was told I would be removed from future re-occurring charges. Now a year later I was re-charged ($480). I have Talked to the manager 3 times, called 11 (during business hours), messaged 2 times, and left multiple voice mails over this month and cannot get in touch with the owner who handles the finances. My membership has been canceled but I still do not have a refund.

It’s a great gym with great room and equipment but the people who work here could clean better. Being in the middle of a pandemic you’d think cleaning would be on top of the list. You look around the gym and there is dust on shelves, equipment. The HVAC filters are black/brown just right out dirty and need changed like that’s what you’re breathing in. The men’s bathroom paper towels have been empty for 24hrs now which means no one has checked or cleaned the showers and bathroom. It just could use a little more attention on cleaning. I don’t know if I wanna stay or go back to optimal.

I'm moving away from Owasso and one of the things I will miss most is this gym. I read some of these other reviews on google and felt compelled to leave my own. As far as canceling my membership goes, it wasn’t as hard as a few people are making it out to be. It only took ten minutes and I was done. If you’re looking for a new gym, it’s absolutely worth your time to check this place out. When you get there ask for Kyle…the dude seems super knowledgeable about the gym and the business. I bet you walk out of that place feeling like you found your new fitness home.

I moved to Owasso a couple years ago and would highly recommend this gym. This is not only a gym, but it’s a community. They know you by name, and there is always a friendly hello and have a good workout when you walk in! It’s always clean and there is a variety of equipment and space to do your workouts compared to gyms across town. The price point is nice too!

This used to be a great gym and family friendly atmosphere. Last year during the first wave of corona, members were still being charged monthly fees, even though the gym had been closed for several months. We caught it and it took an act of God to get our refund. Recently we purchased a home gym and decided to cancel our membership. We were told as long as we canceled by a certain date we wouldn’t be charged anything. Well we did just that and my wife even called to confirm we wouldn’t be charged. She was told we would not be before an employee, Justin Roberts kindly hung up on her, real professional. So of course the next day we were charged a fee. Luckily our bank is taking care of that. I called to get our refund and of course the mailbox was full, shocker there. I sent them 2 emails and of course no response, I’m not surprised. Would not recommend. Horrible atmosphere.

I canceled my membership in December 2020 when they changed my membership price from $15 a month to $37.95 without contacting me it is now April 2021 and they are still taking money from my account every month. You go there to speak to someone and they can't help you, you call they can't help you, you go on line and cancel and no one acknowledges that you have done this. THIS IS THE WORST GYM THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN A MEMBER OF.

This gym has gone completely downhill since new management took over. Good luck trying to cancel your membership because they’ll just continue to charge your account. Had to cancel my check card and order a new one to get them to stop charging my account because they won’t answer the phones and the rude muscle head at the front says you can’t cancel it in person!! What kind of gym won’t let you cancel your membership in person??? Went online to cancel it but still continued to charge my account. Would not recommend this place to my dog!! This is a family friendly gym. It's a no nonsense gym that has everything you could possibly need for a great workout. I signed up for the family membership and have been taking my preteen and young teen son's. It's been awesome to be able to introduce them to the gym and workout together. We can do split day workouts or full body circuit training in a side room. Whatever we need 180 has the space and the equipment. So many nice people here also. Recommend this place for sure.

I'm all about fitness, but when you have 25 people crossing and running on the side of Garnett when people are trying to drive home again on a busy street during a holiday is not safe for anyone. You have a big enough parking lot do it there.
I have people running on both sides of the road the car in the other lane swerving in my lane to dodge the person on their side while runners are also running in front of me. If someone gets hurt it's on this company.

Been there for a year. Place is chill and not full of normal new years resolutioners but if you want barbells that aren't bent and dumbbells that aren't jacked up then go somewhere else. 75% of their bars are bent. Like how the hell you going to hit new PRs.

Moved about a year ago and havent had the need to change gyms. The weights room is usually crowded during peak hours of 6am-8am and 4pm-7pm. Lucky I go after 830pm lol I like the fitness room where I can hit the bag from time to time and work on my jumping rope. The annual membership is the way to go if you have a big family or you can just split between friends. Good environment and everyone is usually very nice.

Great gym, lots of quality equipment. Great selection of Hammer Strength, Rogue, and Cybex equipment. Plus plenty of free weights for hardcore lifting. Also, it has a crossfit box. Great quality, and the price is very very competitive. Plus I sometimes get a handshake when i walk in, which is welcoming.

They have a great mix of iron too. They have iron plates, rubber coated, and bumper plates (each in their own designated areas). Plus they have full racks, half racks, and a smith machine. In their Rack and Deadlift area, they provide Rogue bars for deadlifting, plus they have a Trap Bar and Landmine Attachment. Also, they have my favorite bands: Rogue.

Overall, i've been very impressed. I have my own gym in my garage, with a half rack, full rack, trap bars, bumper plates, landmine, dumbbells that go up to 120 lbs each, rings, etc. YET i still find myself coming to this gym often. I like it here!

After paying a months worth of day passes and bringing a couple buddies to signup, finally was going to buy a month here even though I have 4 memberships at gyms not by my home. Asked for a 5$ discount on the signup fee because I didn't have a wallet with me, just a bit of cash. Not interested. Don't mind paying my way, but don't want to work with robot people that don't want to work with me.
