Just started my Black card membership yesterday. Seen all the new equipment they’ve updated pretty nice. Just a little uncomfortable with how many people are recording themselves in the mirror next to equipment that I needed for my sets. So I was stuck with just cardio for the day. Hopefully it’s not like this all the time. Awkward trying to move around them when they have cameras at the mirrors.

Horrible! I called to inquire about my membership and got hing up 8 times! Sent to voicemail after that 9 times! Said I needed to call back and talk to an assistant manager “tomorrow”. Called “tomorrow” and assistant manager was not “available”. This place is a scam! No matter what they say about canceling membership is FALSE!

The reason why I'm giving planet fitness one star in Enid is because their hours are very unpredictable. It says they are open for set hours but they close doors for random reasons. The gym equipment is pretty good although they don't maintain it very well. They have lots of car you equipment but if you like to lift this is not the gym for you.

Thoroughly enjoyed my two days of working out at PF Enid, Oklahoma. Tremendous array of machines. Not really loud, which I appreciate. Super disco blaring Tom Tom noises shorten my workout and add to my stress. Would recommendhighly. Thanks, Wes, for showing me the ropes.

I am writing this review out of deep concern, anger, and frustration regarding an incident involving a close friend of mine at the Enid, Oklahoma: Planet Fitness location.

My friend was subjected to repeated harassment by another member, and despite being brave and reporting the issue, the management failed to take any meaningful action to address the situation. This is completely unacceptable.

Sexual harassment is a serious issue that should never be tolerated, especially in a place that is supposed to be safe and inclusive for everyone. My friend went to the gym to focus on their health and well-being, not to be made to feel uncomfortable, disrespected, or unsafe. It’s incredibly disheartening to see that the gym’s management chose to ignore their responsibility to protect all members from such behavior.

Allowing harassment to go unpunished sends a message that this behavior is okay, which is simply not true. It creates an environment where people feel unsafe and unwelcome, which goes against the very purpose of a gym. Everyone deserves to work out in peace, without fear of being harassed or intimidated.
I strongly urge the management to reconsider their policies and take immediate, decisive action to prevent this from happening again. Implement strict anti-harassment policies, provide proper training for staff, and ensure that all members know that harassment of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in serious consequences.

No one should have to endure what my friend did, and it’s time for management to take a stand and protect its members. Ignoring this issue will only harm the gym’s reputation and drive away loyal members who expect better. I sincerely hope that the management takes this review to heart and makes the necessary changes to create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.

I just spent the last hour joining PF. It normally doesn't take that long, however, there were so many things that made it take longer. I am a former member. I now have Silver and Fit which pays the basic membership. I wanted the Black Card and will pay the difference. Ariyan was the very patient young man that helped me. He had to verify my insurance plan with my Medicare supplement and was going between 2 computers to enter and verify data. He kept apologizing for it taking so long. He was very polite and professional. He kept working at it until he finally got everything to work. He helped me with the PF app on my phone. Thank you Ariyan.

For the most part this is a great gym. At times the staff uses their time on the clock as social hour, getting paid to play on their phones and talk about their personal lives with members. I started coming in the morning because the evening staff is not near as pleasant as Darren and Pam. They come to work to actually work and are on the floor making sure equipment is clean and everything is stocked. I come in and they have zones blocked off to clean thoroughly under the equipment. The weekends the women’s bathroom is filthy and at times out of soap and toilet paper. I realize evening is much busier than 4:00 AM, but come on.

I drove from tulsa to cancel because i was told it could only be done in person and they still continue to attempt to charge my card and wont let me fill anything out to cancel. They said it had to be done in person because someones ex might do it fraudulently. Recommend you use cashapp card at signup and move from enid as soon as you can. Save yourself. I did it you can too.

Pretty nice place overall.. this PF doesn't actually have free weights to lift, but it didn't really bother me. I myself, don't bring water bottles because I like to drink from the water fountain.. and it was only 1 .. maybe get 2 or 3 more, if possible....

It's hard enough to enter a Gym when your Fat!. To have friendly faces greeting you at the door that's a major Plus! I have a long way to go in my goals of Weightloss but now the the journey will be with encouragement as I enter each day " Planet Fitness Enid OK"

It always puts me in a good mood going into PF in the mornings. Darren, Millie and Tanner are always greeting you with a “ Hello, good to see you today!” , and a warm good-bye. I continuously see them cleaning, checking people in, giving new customers the informative tour around the gym, or just conversing with a customer who wants to chat for a few minutes. Way to go PF on hiring a great morning team!
