Great no judgment zone! Everytime I leave I am always wanting to come back. Out of all the gyms I have tried in Broken Arrow this is the one for me! Staff is always friendly, always feel welcome, and the price is affordable.

By far the best training and training facility in the area. If you're an athlete, military, police, fire, a mom, a dad or just someone wanting/needing to get your body in motion this is the place. Jonathan skillfully programs every workout for progression in strength, mobility and mental toughness. Highly recommend for any of your training needs!!!

Great place to get in shape and strong! The older I get the more I appreciate how the specialized equipment builds muscle and functional stregth, without the risk of injury. I really appreciate the modified workouts as I recover from shoulder surgery.

Jonathan is the best around. His one-of-a-kind equipment and training style are great for anyone all the way from high performance athletes to anyone just starting to workout. His extensive knowledge will help move you from where you are to where you want to be. The workouts are very challenging but doable for all fitness levels. I cannot recommend enough. The best trainer and workouts around.

I've been working out with Jonathan for years. It's honestly been life changing. He's a master craftsman of his trade with unique knowledge and a gift for guiding you to finding a more balanced body to live and move in. There wasn't a better place for me to train after years of Construction work and letting myself go. At 30 was in bad shape hurt joints, back problems, over weight and lost most my strength. I thought in I'd never get my strength back little lone a grip on my weight and body. John walked me through his process and lots of hard work later I'm more fit and stronger then when I was in my early 20's. Thanks John! Come check this place out!

I have trained with Jonathan for around 10 years. He has a ton of knowledge, is attentive to each person and their specific limitations and needs, and he truly cares about his clients. He has a very unique approach to functional fitness with unique one-of-a-kind equipment. I have seen him train elite athletes to improve their performance, train people to go into the military, work with elderly people trying to improve their quality of life (or get their life back), rehab people who have limitations or injuries, pretty much any level of training and any desired result can be obtained if you are consistent with his programs. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else through my middle age and beyond to keep me healthy, strong, functional and able to have the best quality of life I can.

Great group workout every weekday morning. Very reliable. We start on time and are out in an hour. When I can't do a full move, Jonathan will help me modify it. He works with you to build up to the full range of the move.

Great trainer who takes everyone’s needs into account when coaching classes or designing individual plans. This is the first workout class where I’ve felt consistently engaged and ready to come back every time. It’s definitely challenging, and I’ve seen the great results that comes with that.
