Already came in couldn't get it resolved. I cancelled my membership on the app because I knew I was leaving for work, and the app said it was cancelled and I was good until November 24th. Then on the 25th I see I was charged again and when I went to the app it had undergone an update and it no longer said cancelled it said cancellation pending. So I got charged again for a month I cant use. i was one day late of the 30 day notice. I should have been refunded. It would have been the right thing to do. If it was my business I would have. Obviously this place is hurting for money. Also This place charges an annual fee of $50 they told me it was in September. Ok no big deal. But my friend comes in after September and they tell him he has to pay an annual fee. Annual means occuring once a year. So you guys just charge everyone an annual fee no matter when they start, no matter how long they plan on being a member. If you want to work out for two months they will say "we do have an annual fee that is next month." That's shady. My friend protested about the annual fee and they lowered it for him. Go to Nautilus people. This place uses unethical business practices.

Im not from Oklahoma, but felt it was unecessary to go to my Planet Fitness gym 30 min. Away ( I've had for 10 years). So I got a membership through workout anytime 24/7 which is 6 min away. I had an unexpected event with my dog, in which he needed immediate surgery. Due to how much the surgery was I was unable to pay my workout membership. 2 days later, I received calls from 24/7 workout anytime basically harassing me for the money. In which they were pretty rude from the start. I dont feel it is necessary to talk to someone and pour personal business that they do not need to know, in reason why I missed a payment. Because of the rude attitude and harassing me with phone calls 2 days after the due date and counting, I felt that the behavior was unacceptable. In which I have not paid them since. Let me also add, I pay double the price that I would at Planet Fitness, for a gym 3 x smaller, broken equipment, & no ac in the summer time. My membership is a no commitment membership, yet i found out theres a cancelation fee, information not verbally provided to me before signing. The behavior was unacceptable, and you guys need to do better especially charging your members double the amount of a competing gym. Going back to Planet Fitness. You guys lost my respect. Is this why you guys only have maybe 2 people at your gym on any given day? No thank you.

Well I had joined a solid month ago because it was cheaper than my previous and had a better bench selection, I really liked it at first, because of the variety of machines. I had no problems working out after hours when the employees where gone, I took my shirt off and worked out as usual, one day I got off work early and decided to go and workout. I start off with a warmup onto then start lifting heavy for low reps and until failure I took my shirt off and was told to put it back on, I followed. 20 mins later they said they where kicking me out and revoking my membership, they had warned my a couple of times about being loud, and I geuss 3 times and your out. Im out here skull crushing 2/3 my body weight over my head and they expect me to put it down quietly after going to failure? Then they want to say I’m the one being ridiculous, they should start putting a sign up saying only for girls and femboys if they genuinely expect little to no noise

Average gym, over the course of a couple of years, I've noticed the owners' repairs of locker room / showers have been the lowest cost choices, and repairs are delayed as long as possible.
Disabled shower has had broken head for over two months.
The shower head was replaced, and the owner did not know that showers were in need of repair prior to the original post.

The place is fine as a gym. I was happy with my membership while I actively used it. But when you try to cancel these people give you the run around. Expect to continue paying money to them for six months past the point you cancel. There's always some excuse, some hidden policy, and some reason you still owe money. And of course they never return funds you just have to wait it out. So if they charge you for a month's membership, you don't get the money back, you just get the pleasure of using the membership for another month. Do yourself a favor and put your membership draw on a card you can block when you cancel. They will continue to unapologetically take money from you as long as they can.

If I could give - stars I would.. I was told this is no contract- MONTH TO MONTH payments. I stop going in April, have no contact with anyone… all of a sudden in June I’m getting calls saying I owe $200+. Am I wrong to think NO contract means after the first NONpayment it cancels?? No, I actually know I’m not wrong and these people are scamming people for more money then sending them to collections. I’ve got SEVERAL people saying the SAME thing happened. Now they’re saying to be able to “cancel” I have to pay it all off and sign to cancel?? Soooo I need to break my CONTRACT then right?? If you want a gym that doesn’t rope you into 100s more than what should be paid, this place is definitely not the one for you.

Luckily, this gym was staffed later than the others. Was able to get a day pass while my wife and I were in from out of town. Clean facility, great equipment. More than enough to get the job done.

This is definitely the spot in town you wanna train at. Everything in this facility is always soo clean and organized. I used to train in a large franchise facility and the locker rooms were a sitting bio hazard. When I walk into this one it smells like the beyond section of Bed Bath and Beyond, didn’t know it could be possible. Staff are really cool and personable, like I had Brenden step out and open the door for me as I walked in and I had to do a double take because I was thinking I was at the Hilton for a second. Overall, would highly recommend if you’re around the area to train here!

This place wreaks like pot. There is a growery next door and it stinks so bad I almost threw up. We signed up and only went a few times because the smell is so bad. The manager Ethan lied to us from the get go and told us to put our account on hold and the smell would get better. So we did for 3 months. After the 3 months was over we called and went back because we never could get him to come to the phone to cancel. We went up there twice and they said we owed them $105 to cancel. They withdrew that from our account and we went to sign the cancelation papers and they charged us another $63. This place is a rip off from the go. They say one thing to get you to sign up then do a complete other thing.

Watch out they will get you on the monthly fees. During the scamdemic, they closed down to follow government regulations and when they opened back up it was not a 24 workout facility. They did reimburse for being fully closed but not fully open. My biggest issue was the monthly fee that you had to pay, the month notice you had to give the day before your payment was due (or you’d be charge another 2 months) and the scam fee they charge for the entry card. It’s a nice place but definitely not worth the hassle.

This is my first time joining a gym, and the staff is Super very friendly and helpful. They keep everything super clean which is one of the reasons I joined. They have really nice equipment a hydro massage, I definitely recommend using this it is awesome especially if you’re sore. They have a infrared sauna.I signed up for a trainer since I didn’t have a clue where to start, since I haven’t worked out before. Ariel is my trainer and she is super friendly, and encouraging and just plain awesome. Ethan and Hannah are super friendly and always helpful. Very clean. Friendly staff they will show you around and show you how all the machines work.

I have been a member of Workout Anytime Durant for about 9 months and have really enjoyed the gym. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable on the equipment. One thing I love about this gym is how clean they keep it not only do they provide wipes for you to wipe down the machines but they also clean the machines themselves multiple times a day. I was hesitant to join a gym but took a chance on Workout Anytime Durant and I'm so grateful I did. I would also like to include that I signed up to work with a personal trainer and I'm happy I did. Ariel is very knowledgeable about what I need to do to get the best work out for my body to accomplish my goals.
