People at the front desk are extremely rude. Blonde girl was immediately giving me dirty looks the second I walked in and as I was talking to the other man. They also wouldn’t activate the “free” three days because I didn’t have my ID because I walked there which the website says nothing about. Honestly don’t even care about the ID part but the people at the front have nasty attitudes.

The gym is plentiful with equipment. And, the staff is great. However, the men's locker room is disappointing. The shower area has both black and pink mold on the shower curtains. Additionally, the tile grout has similar issues. I addressed this to staff some time back... but the situation has not improved.

I've been having negative experiences at 24 hour fitness lately. About 4 months ago a white female employee who works the evening shift, falsely accused me of touching her backside. There was not a shed of evidence, she couldn't even prove case. Why? Because it never happened and as a result we're not speaking. I'm not even sure why she's still working there. The manager tried to midigate the damage but it was just too late. The damage was too severe to be repaired. And now the young white guy that works with her the early part of the week and weekends has recently stopped speaking. Why? I don't know because every interaction I ever had with him has always been positive. We were actually friends but after this incident with his white female co-worker he changed. He may have been brainwashed! He puts on dark sunglasses and watches and follows me around in the gym. Today, Sunday was really weird. It's like stalker behavior. I feel like he's stalking me, it's really strange! In the past I've had 2 previous stalkers now I have a third stalker! Should these kinds of employees be employed at 24 hour fitness???? And as a person of color I feel like I've been treated differently than the rest of the members. I'm just wondering if people of color are treated differently??
As a result of my negative experiences, I don't recommend 24 hour fitness at the NW 4th/Columbia location anymore.

This was the 24 Hour Fitness I went to in downtown Portland. It was super easy for me to access, and the staff was always friendly and smiling, doing their best to keep the gym clean. It's usually not crowded, so you don't have to wait for equipment.

Shout out to my trainer Christian—he's awesome! I had a great time training with him, learned so much, and made a lot of progress. I felt sad about leaving this gym, but if I get the chance to come back, I definitely will. Thanks for the great experience!

I signed up for the 3 day pass to test the waters and the front desk associate, Rachel, basically treated me like trash. She was on her phone the whole time and got upset that I didn’t immediately know what the process was. When other members came in she did a complete 180 and was incredibly nice and helpful to them. She did not provide a tour and just pointed to general areas while barely looking at me. It is very discouraging that the first encounter someone has is with someone so rude and unhelpful. If I could give no stars I would.

I signed up for the 3-Day pass and came in today to try out the gym. When I approached the woman on the counter I showed her my email which she didn’t even bother to look then I showed my ID. and as soon as she saw my name she said it’s out of state so you can’t use the pass. And would have to pay a day pass for $30!! I’ve been to other 24 hours fitness before and no where it states such policy. She was clearly a racist and didn’t want me there. And this is unacceptable. Never coming back. Will take my money elsewhere.

24 Hour Fitness should drop its prices if it stops being open 24 hours, as the original price is based on the full service provided, and a reduced service warrants a reduced cost. Many factors lead to this decision, including reduced demand for overnight hours at specific locations or a company-wide strategy shift. If members are paying for a service (24-hour access) that they are no longer receiving, it is fair to expect a price adjustment to reflect the actual services offered.

The specific location is nice, but the rating is for 24 hour fitness as a whole. As a 15 year member of 24, they keep changing their business plan and offerings. I was told I needed to pay $30 to go to this location after I was upgraded to a super sport during their bankruptcy. Apparently my lifetime membership is no good here.

Good location, price & equipment, but A/C deficient. Usually too humid & they don't even measure it. Often too hot. A few inexpensive fans would fix, but they claim HQ won't allow it except in group workout rooms.
Updating my review of 6 years ago. The problem of excessive heat and humidity have only gotten worse. The current manager seems quite motivated for a fix and says "management" has approved a fix, just waiting for a project to start while summer temperatures are already here. I'm hopeful, but there have been promises before that weren't followed-through.
Updated June 2025. Club manager Kyle has pulled of a major feat in getting the A/C fixed! Temperature during workout on one of our 90+ summer days is now cool and the employees area and locker room are good too. Kyle has accomplished something that previous managers weren't able or motivated to do.

I’ve been to most of the surrounding locations and the location on Fourth Ave is by far my favorite location because you don’t have to wait to use equipment, the steam room/sauna/pool/hot tub are always running, they clean regularly, there’s parking upstairs and along the road as well, and the staff/coaches have stayed consistent over the last six years giving it a familiarizing sense of community and support! I love growing strong with you all here - thank you. The only two cons with this location is 1. There’s no basketball hoops 2. There’s no swimsuit dryer

Unable to cancel annual membership
I already went in twice to attempt my son(minor) membership cancellation that is billed under my credit card. My first attempt is a month before the membership renewal. I was told there wouldn't be any new charges but no email confirmation either and I should not need to worry about it.
Yesterday, I just realized I have been charged for another year of membership fees. And when I return to the 24 hours fitness staff, they showed me there was no record of cancellations request.
They assisted me with the cancellation request and also informed me no email will be sent. Since this is my second time, I asked why. The answer is the branch manager needs to approve it.
I really don't feel comfortable with the system where customers request to not using nor paying for the unused service/facility are upon the store manager approval.
Now, I have to come back again to ensure the membership indeed is cancelled and I have the hope of getting my 250+ dollar back.

Just to add on, the link sent by 24 hours fitness to resolve this membership cancellation issue didn't work.

And I still haven't got my membership cancellation confirmation after 2 days. The manager seems a bit preoccupied with who submitted my first attempt then actually helped me with the issue

I’ve been going to the 24 Hour Fitness in downtown Portland for a while now, and it’s easily one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The place is always super clean, which I really appreciate. Most people there have great gym etiquette—they wipe down their machines and are respectful of others’ space and time. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, always willing to help if you need anything. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, which makes it really convenient whether you’re coming from work or just passing through. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a solid gym with a great atmosphere.

Great staff. Clean location with plenty of amenities for the price. Good deals on memberships. Management could ease off on pushing advertisements and trying to squeeze the most out of each membership. If people are already signed up leave them be. They don't want to be hassled. I only give that one star because the steam room smells like someone pissed in it after it’s been moldy for a couple weeks and the hot tub doesn’t have any jets that work. The 24 Hour fitness in Lake Oswego feels like the Jets are gonna pierce through your back and I love that. Hot tubs are meant to have good forcible jets and this is just a hot cesspool. If it worked properly and that room was smelling good I would easily give it a five because everything else with that Jim is always in working order I don’t think I’ve ever seen a machine down. The trainer even though I’m only there once every few weeks and he knows thousands of people still remembers my name and Grace with a smile and a hello and that is absolutely amazing to me that they take the time to know the people. The front desk young lady is very nice always smilingand people just seemed to mind their own business there which is very nice. I guess I could give it more stars but after you’re done with the workout you want to hit the Jets in the hot tub and it’s just disappointing there are none

It has been almost a month that I joined 24 hours fitness at downtown pdx. First of all I am only giving one star because of the location ( it seems that there are no other fitness gym at downtown pdx ). Second I came from Planet Fitness at Aloha and let me tell you that it is like night and day. Maybe 24 hours should learn from PF how a small gym outfit should be run. Yes, I definitively wish that PF would take over this small gym or open one nearby. In short from customer service ( non-existent ) to equipment ( old, rusty, decayed and falling apart ) to restrooms ( smelly, greased floors, broken cabinets and stained sinks). Indeed, I just hope no one is paying more than $6 for coming to this cavernous gym : P

As far as I’m concerned, this is a great club. First of all, it’s clean, It’s well-maintained, All of the machines work and are in good repair. The bathroom smell nice because they keep them clean. I think it’s pointless for clubs to actually stay open 24 hours anyway if they’re open from 5 AM to nine or 10 PM, that’s good enough. Too bad the palms 24 Hour Fitness in Vancouver can’t be like this. They are the absolute opposite. It is the most disgusting place you have ever seen. But this club makes it worth the 40 minutes. I have to travel to go There. That’s how much I appreciate that I have serenity in my surroundings compared to being so irritated that I can’t even work out because a gym is so filthy and disgusting and nobody cares.

This gym is OK. It's called 24 Hour but they're closed 30% of the time. It's crowded and still only open until 10pm.

Not much of the equipment is new and some is dysfunctional, for example the bar on the curling machine has been slightly bent for years with no sign of being replaced.

The staff are all great. And it's inexpensive. But I'd rather they make it more expensive and get better equipment. It should also be open later

This place has gone severely downhill. Generally open about 14-15 hours a day, 12 on weekends. The steam room has been out of order a total of 93 days (during different times, it's almost like McDonald's ice cream machine at this point...) this year so far as of 7/14/24. More often than not, there's visible mold, in the pool, hot tub, steam room, and shower area. No lie, were it not for the tile about no photos, I'd have taken a pic of the area in the steam room were I used a paper towel to wipe the date in a patch of mold.on 5/8/24. It wasn't cleaned until 6/14/24... Dusty, cobwebs, food, and other trash isn't cleaned for weeks on end.

Update 3/31/25: Not much has changed, or improved. Hot tub and steam room have both been inoperable at different times in 2025, the steam room for almost a full month at this point.... Mold problem is still just as bad, Current hours: M- F 5am -10 pm. Sat & Sun 8am- 8pm. Behold 24 hour fitness, where they're never open 24 hours.😑🙄

The employees here are total sticklers and will cut locks asap the next morning so if you come workout then lock your bag in a locker and forget to come pick it up after work you better go buy a new lock cuz they'll wake up the next day and cut it first thing like their life depends on it. Only gym I've ever experienced on the west coast that is that quick to cut locks, no surprise it's at a gym in Portland, OR. Pretty good corporate gym. Clean, not too crowded even at peak hours, clean. The music really sucks and it's loud enough that it bleeds through your headphones which is pretty annoying. I can understand wanting something playing in the background but maybe at a volume that doesn't require you to crank your own music up to permanent hearing loss levels to drown it out. That my only complaint, it's otherwise pretty good and who knows, maybe you'll like the music that they play.

Good amenities, friendly employees, and ok prices.

My biggest gripe is it still being called 24 hour fitness. I could understand during the height of covid that they might close or reduce hours. In the current day they have no real reason to keep such reduced hours while still charging us full price.

It's nothing but them using covid as an excuse to perpetuate their greed, decreasing services to the customers to please the shareholders and increase profits.

I was just complaining with a bunch of guys in the locker room because they further reduced their hours on us customers.

I purchased a guest pass to this facility while visiting for work. I very much appreciated the location while I was in town, but the facility is in need of repairs. I was surprised to find so much hair and random soap bottles in the ladies locker room. I used the pool and it barely had any chlorine so there was quite a lot of algae in the area and the water was very cloudy. I also was disappointed in the dry sauna, some bandaids on the ground and again more hair. It also was not particularly hot the days I visited. Overall, I am glad to have a place to swim while visiting but I wouldn’t be a member of this location.

I've been a member of this gym for 3 years and generally like the quiet atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities. However, there's been one ongoing issue that I feel needs attention. One of the TVs has been out of commission all summer, and despite notifying the staff on three separate occasions, it continues to be ignored.

While I appreciate many aspects of this gym, I do hope they can improve their responsiveness to maintenance issues in the future.

I accidentally left my lock on a locker overnight (less than 24 hours) and I came back the very next day and noticed the front desk guy tried to cut it off and failed. But it was so damaged that I could not move the shackle with my key. Now I take full responsibility for this. It was my fault. I used the pool area first then locked up my towel and swim gear to go use free weights and forgot about it. It baffles me, however, that your very first move is to cut someone’s lock and take their belongings. Kindness and forgiveness go a long way. Other gyms simply make note of it and tag the lock first with a note saying: please remove within 48 hours. Simple. Give the patron who is writing your paycheck a break (maybe they lost their key, maybe they forgot the combo, etc). Give your patrons the benefit of the doubt. If it’s still on there then obviously cut it. But it’s 24 Hour Fitness, what do you expect? If the front desk put as much enthusiasm into cleaning the locker room and gym as they do into cutting locks that place would be immaculate. The front desk guy exclaimed to me proudly “we cut locks here!” with great passion and zeal then proceeded to sit on his behind the whole time staring at his phone. I mean, did I expect any better from a 24-Hour Fitness front desk worker? No.

Hours are terrible here. Same prices as before the pandemic but they lowered the hours and are pocketing the difference without adding anything to the service. I hate downtown Portland so much. They're so used to just shafting the people who live here. It's 2024, nobody is mandating masks anymore, the pandemic is over. You shouldn't be charging people the full membership prices of actually 24 Hour Fitness locations when you close at 8pm on a weekend. If you have a car, you should cancel your membership here and literally go anywhere else on principle until they change their hours to something that makes sense.

This gym has a location convenient for me and has a good assortment of equipment, so I've been using it for 20 years. Employees come and go over the years, especially the manager as this smaller club is a used as a training position for new managers. The last manager was good, the current one not so good, but he'll be gone within a year or so.

The biggest problem now is one that has been recurring over many years, the problems with air conditioning. Some years ago there was a bad problem, over 80 degrees in the summer, that went on for years. That's why I worry about the current problem with the temp at 74 degrees, just how long it will last this time. It's been this way for weeks. I had to prompt the new manager to find the thermostat and that helped for a couple days. Now he's not really concerned, told me yesterday that all was fixed until I advised the temp was 74, then he recalled that maybe all wasn't fixed but he really wasn't sure. It's kind of a "not my job" attitude as he relies on a district HVAC expert. Very weak. I have to wonder whether the upper layers of management don't want to spend to fix the a/c or if they don't want to spend for the power to run it. Maybe they're just testing the new manager to see if he'll be a strong manager worthy of promotion.

Canceling your membership is a complete and utter nightmare. After my experience, I haven’t and won’t return to this location. There is a guy here who is an “SSE” a sales associate just with more tasks than a SA. I started calling him rotten Rodney (if Rodney is really his name) the group room has no rules against turning the lights off in there and holds classes that definitely have the lights off during. I like to have the lights off when I am in there doing stretches or my lunges and of course I’ll ask if someone is in there. He comes in, walks around the whole place while eyeballing me hard, flips the lights on and leaves. I got up to turn them off, he turned right back around and told me they had to be on and that it was against the rules. (I called multiple locations after and it’s not a rule) Later on, he went around, held up fingers of how much time we had left before closing and announced it (there is a intercom speaker for this reason) I was finishing up my planks and he came over and told me the gym was closed. I had 3 minutes left? It was relatively new that they were doing this as most people are pretty much finished with their work outs, trying to get that last set in and or in the lockers getting their belongings. I stated that I had 3 minutes left and he really didn’t like that. He continued to say that the gym was closed, that I could leave and he became more aggressive each time. It got to the point where I just gave up and stopped my plank. I was feeling rather uncomfortable with his attitude, stature and how he was raising his voice towards me. I had a pretty nasty week and it was only Wednesday and I was blowing off some steam in the gym. Now, I wasn’t talking in an entitled tone when I asked but I had asked him if he could be nicer and or say that differently because he was being so rude and I was feeling uncomfortable. He said no. He tried to grab the foam mat I had in my hands from my hands and it just made it worse because he was so forceful. He and I were alone at that point as everyone had left. He was very demeaning and acting like a bully only to stop and start to disengage when I started recording our interaction. He threatened to call the police on me because I was “trespassing” and he could have me banned because as he put it “I’m an sse, I have the power here” at this point the gym was indeed closed. I really do feel like he was bullied growing up or something because that attitude was a power trip and he was trying to fill the void with something. I did contact the gym via email and no response. As a woman, I did feel unsafe. I should’ve just left but I tried to stand up for myself and it didn’t work out as intended. Also, there are always huge cockroaches here.

Front desk kid is on his phone more than a 10-year-old at Verizon . Bathrooms are constantly dirty, The dividers for the showers are always messing or broken soap is always out. Seems like they never refill them, but the equipment is good members of the gym really nice and the personal trainer who’s been there for years is very nice but just needs to go and at least buy a personality from the dollar store that would be better than more it is.

This gym price gouged me $89 for a one month membership. This is an unfair practice because this gym is worth about $20 per month, which is close to what they charge you if you commit to yearly. This is considering the gym is not clean, the equipment is old, popular equipment is not available, weights are always disorganized, and equipment is too close together.

After being a member for over a year and already paying a large initiation fee my membership expired for only one day. I could only sign up for one additional month because I am moving, so the business took advantage of me and charged me the excessive $89 instead of even the $35 which their website listed for a monthly membership. I also had to sign up for an entirely new account which was time consuming and after which their online system no longer worked.

I would not recommend getting involved with this gym over the long or short term because their pricing practices are convoluted and continue to stack up from initial quotes - and it's just not worth it for a sub par gym.

I have been a client of this gym since 2001 and I just had a very disturbing experience with one of their front desk associates. I usually go to the Pearl location but today I chose this one. I went to the front desk, signed in, then went to check out the class schedule. Then their assocate Juan Carlo (sp?) blocked my way wanting to know what I'm doing and demanding I tell him my name. I know people can try to sneak in who aren't supposed to be there but I was signed in and not acting weird or suspicious so I don't understand what caused him to single me out. I told him I'm a member and I signed in so excuse me and he proceeded to block me like a bouncer at a nightclub. I told him he was being very rude and he said "I don't care". I offered to sign in again but after that leave me alone. Now this associate who bullied me knows who I am and all my information and I'm worried he's going to mess with my account. This happened at 9:20 am on May 31st if anyone wishes to review footage. I'm very upset a business I have patronized over 20 years treated me this way just for being there. The front desk associates are usually very friendly and personable but this one acted like he was working Security at the Dixie Tavern. If he wants to act like a bouncer he should go be one where that is appropriate not harassing 24 hr Fitness's longtime clients.

The hours here, on the weekend especially, are flat out terrible. Some of the worst in the country, in fact. The majority of major cities still have their 24 Hour schedules and everything outside of downtown PDX still have full hours. Closing at 8pm on the weekend, while charging full pricing without any compromose is absolutely a scam. You are charging more for less, with little in the way of incentive to make up for it. Downtown Portland is sincerely made a worse place to live in with businesses like this serving it.

As a long-time member of 24 hour Fitness, I've witnessed significant changes over the years, but unfortunately, not all for the better. The recent shifts in operating hours, equipment quality, and membership fees have left much to be desired, resulting in a less than satisfactory experience.

One of the primary draws of 24 Fitness has always been its promise of accessibility, boasting round-the-clock availability for members to fit their workouts into their busy schedules. However, the decision to close the gym at 10 pm severely restricts this convenience, making it inaccessible for those who prefer or require late-night workouts. This change undermines the very essence of what made 24 Fitness stand out among its competitors.

Furthermore, the state of the equipment is another pressing concern. While other gyms invest in updating their machines to keep pace with advancements in fitness technology, 24 Fitness seems to lag behind. Many of the machines are outdated, showing signs of wear and tear, and in dire need of replacement. This not only impacts the effectiveness and safety of workouts but also reflects poorly on the overall commitment to member satisfaction and well-being.

To compound matters, the recent increase in membership fees by $50 feels unjustified given the diminishing value proposition. Members are now paying more for a service that is becoming increasingly limited in its offerings. This move seems out of touch with the current competitive landscape of the fitness industry, where affordability and value-added services are key factors in retaining loyal customers.

In conclusion, the recent changes at 24 hour Fitness have been disappointing, to say the least. The restricted hours, outdated equipment, and increased fees have collectively diminished the appeal and value of the gym. As a loyal member, I sincerely hope that 24 hour Fitness reconsiders its approach and prioritizes the needs and expectations of its members to regain its standing as a premier fitness destination.

Well it's a nice gym. Having all sort of equipments. It has swimming pool, sauna, steam bath etc. It's well connected to public transport, you can find street parking easily as well. Usually it has decent crowd which maintain hygiene which is a plus point. Staff is nice especially Kendall and Joe. Given 4 star coz there are some problems too such as sauna is temporarily closed for more than a month, there is one leg raise machine which is broken and haven't been repaired yet. I have seen two times a person was using soap and kinda taking bath in steam room which was unhygienic. Evening time janitor cleans locker area and make it completely wet. Otherwise people are nice, respectful and staff is supportive :)

My earlier review was one year old and i had very positive view about the gym but now it has changed drastically. Most of the time it happens either spray bottle is empty or paper towels are missing, nobody cares. Number locks at locker area are broken since past 3 months and no one care to fix it. Someone intentionally keep on breaking those locks, pulling curtains in shower area etc. Couple of time many of us observed homeless people are freely roaming inside and looking up at the lockers to grab some stuff. Except Francisco I don’t see people are attentive enough at front desk (Maybe there are more attentive people i am not aware of), either they are busy in phone or sitting somewhere else which makes easy for miscreants to sneak out easily. So many times people stuff was stolen from locker area. One time one person got almost stabbed at locker area by a homeless person and this was the person i complained to management about his aggressive behavior earlier but there was no action that time. My complain was taken as joke. This was the level of seriousness by earlier staff members! People come to gym to lower their stress but here you are always stressed about your stuff. Though I don’t use swimming pool but saw many people jumping into pool directly after using sauna. Dumbbells are misplaced many time. No cold water to drink. Only one positive thing happen, gym is more clean, thanks to the duo who are working hard to keep it clean (But sometimes it’s annoying to see too much water during morning time while they are cleaning). I prefer this gym since it’s in walking distance otherwise I won’t be buying expensive membership with so much stress.

I am a frequent visitor of this gym, generally several times a week, 6 in the past week, one night attendant never acknowledges me when I come in, and as for the other, generally a great employee, when I entered today was talking to a young woman, facing away from his desk, I entered my phone number and my fingerprint failed twice for whatever reason, I tried a third time and it was successful, “enjoy workout” so I proceeded to the locker room as the attendant was still involved in his conversation, when I returned from the locker room the attendant approached me and stated that he had not seen me sign in, I informed him that I had and he forced me to re-enter my information even though I had got a successful sign in, next time you’re involved in a conversation, maybe face the customers/the front door, and don’t accuse people of not signing in if you’re not even paying enough attention to notice who’s coming in the door.

Actually zero stars. I set up a trial membership to check out the facilities for water exercise, as I am dealing with extreme hip pain currently and in need of a gym with a pool to use. Went in and the woman behind the counter clearly had no idea what was going on. She contacted the manager and told me to wait for her. 20 minutes later and in even worse pain after being asked to stand around waiting with no clear communication, I asked how long I was expected to wait and the woman at the desk tried to call the manager again, to no answer. At which point she told me I could just leave and the manager would call me back. Horrid customer service and needless to say I won't be getting a membership there.

***For all those checking to see if the gym is open, it seems to be closed still***

The downtown Portland 24 hour fitness is a good gym with plenty of machines for all your lifting needs. With that said their hours of operation are very restrictive for a gym in the heart of Portland.

Their handling of this snow has been disastrous, I understand and respect that the gym needs to be closed as the ice and snow are safety issues, but the way they don’t answer their phone line or even leave a voicemail letting us know that they are still closed leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I shouldn’t have to check google reviews constantly hopping that someone has an update because you all have not sent out any emails nor answer any calls. Please be better.

On June 4th I was at the gym in my own space minding my workout, then someone cuts in and practically kicks me out of the equipment I was using. Trying to have an adequate talk with that person wasn’t effective, unwilling to put up with harassment and disrespect I went on to report that to the front desk, they would give him a warning, or so I thought. The employee followed to speak with the man, who was onto something. Mine word against his the employee was convinced that I was the actual threat in that situation. Without having much deliberation I was asked to leave. There was no evidence supporting the claim that I was making threats. The wicked man made it all up, however, white men solidarity outweighs the rational when it comes to a choice to be made between a white man and an any other race man,— (Asian in my case) the white would always be the favorite.
Perhaps it can spark some attention from the management. However at this point I decided to proceed with termination of the membership.

The hours are the whole reason some people choose this gym. It’s definitely not about the quality, because most 24hr fitnesses are ghetto compared to other gyms. Small location with everything you need. Steam room, hot tub and all. Can feel a little crowded but I enjoy working out early mornings

Before I post this, I love 24hr fitness and have been a member for a long time. This is only for this one location. I, a member of 24hr fitness, showed up to this 24hrs gym with my girlfriend, a member at a Canadian gym who is partner with 24hr fitness gyms. Staff didn't know there was an Agreement/partnership with Canadian gyms. When I instructed them that I personally use the Canadian gym while traveling in Canada and they failed to answer "thank you for telling us, we had no idea but we will look into this" I had to get upset and frustrated for them to finally call the manager which turns out that the manager was WORST and ZERO help and told the 2 staff members that they have no such agreement with the Canadian gym!!! Luckily the staff had given my gf access while all this was going on. Guess who out of 1 manager and 2 staff members had to do the research to find where it was noted on their website? ME while working out!!! Manager didn't not call me ASAP to apologise. To add to all this, which is the icing on the cake and cannot believe ANYONE on this planet could ever say this!!! I told them to avoid this maybe next time assume the customer is always right until proven wrong, One of the 2 staff members replied no way, that's not how things work. Hahahahahahaha WOW!!!!!!!! I was so dumb founded I just walked away. This was the gym at 1407 SW 4th Ave, Portland, OR 97201

I want to give them a 5 for the new squat racks, but the adductor has been broken for 3 months now. Better hope your favorite machine doesn't break.

Edit: finally got some new ones in. So here's my end of the deal. Thanks
