Adrenaline Strength & Fitness is a Group Fitness gym that also specializes in personal and small group training. All of our classes are instructor lead. Your first class as ASC is free and if group fitness is new to you message us to schedule a Free one on one intro session.

First of all, loves to the dog, Indiana. He's the sweetest boy. An unexpected and delightful perk of working out here. The facilities are clean and in excellent condition. Nick, the owner, is win. He understands individual needs and tunes the workout accordingly. Professional and knowledgeable. He doesn't push unnecessarily. My spine is a mess, my hip reflexors have no flex, my leg muscles are tight - Adrenaline is the best decision I've made for my health in years.

The coaches here are phenomenal! They encourage you and push you to step out of your comfort zone. They show you that you can do hard things. Nick is immensely knowledgeable and strategically plans out each workout. The gym is a welcoming environment and you immediately feel like part of the family. I started going to ASC in May 2021 and it has completely changed my life! Nick and the coaching team are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about their work and athletes. They give their best each and every day/workout, which motivates you to show up and give them your best! You will walk out of the gym feeling better than you did walking in, I promise. The workouts are fun, thoughtfully challenging, and you will never have the same WOD twice. I cannot say enough good things about AS&C. Owner Nick Keliipuleole is in a class of his own. He brings to the table everything I look for from a coach; he puts an emphasis on teaching technical proficiency and safety in his classes as well as having a high degree of knowledge in exercise physiology. Since I started cross fit with Nick over a year ago, I have been amazed at what I can do now and how some of my joint pains have actually gone away. He brought me along at my pace and has increased the workouts to challenge me. I still hate Burpees but they make you strong. Nick is a patient, thoughtful and well organized coach and can work with anyone at any level. Highly recommend him and AS&C.

I have trained with Nick for more than a year now. His professionalism, demeanor, and coaching abilities have not only helped me learn and improve my fitness but the classes have been enjoyable. Nick provides group workout classes through my employer - participants are in age ranges from 20 something to 50 something, with some who had no experience with crossfit before Nick. I highly recommend him as a trainer, whether you choose individual or group training.
