About the Club

At its core, ATP is a General Physical Preparedness (GPP) program for middle school and high school athletes. GPP aims to increase general strength and fitness of athletes regardless of what sport they play. What sets ATP apart is that we layer in another level of training specific to the sport that athletes are currently training. For example, if an athlete does a session with ATP focused on soccer, we can expect their strength and fitness with respect to soccer increase, however 70-80% of those fitness improvements will seamlessly carry over to the other sports that they play as well.

Love ATP!! Such a great program for youth. Coaches are attentive to each participant. Great way for those just getting in to lifting weights to learn form and safety while pushing themselves to get stronger. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

My son has been thrilled with the strength he's gained during his time at ATP, and he looks forward to attending the training sessions each week. The varied workouts keep it interesting, and we are excited to see how he has progressed at the end of the year. The coaches are engaging and approachable. Thanks for putting together these sessions, which improve his athleticism on the soccer pitch.

We are so happy we found ATP. Both my kids have absolutely loved their strength and athletic performance classes with Jake. My daughter started first and was hesitant but after her first class she was hooked and immediately started trying to get her younger brother to join knowing he’d love it too. Now they both attend and we’ve seen such great progress with both of them not only physically but also mentally. Jake has done a wonderful job creating a positive, inclusive, welcoming environment for the kids to feel comfortable to try new and hard things.

My 13 year son has been training with coach Jake at ATP for a few months now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. My son was hesitant to go at first but he instantly clicked with coach Jake and even connected with the other kids in the class too. He is having a blast, getting strong and is more confident than I’ve ever seen him. I highly recommend this program for any teen out there who is looking to train for a sport or for fun. We love it!

My daughter completed her first 10 week ATP session and loved it. She really enjoyed the lifting component and working to make herself better. The trainers were fantastic and took plenty of care and time to ensure proper mechanics. The relationships my daughter made with her trainers made the workouts a lot more engaging. Definitely looking forward to more sessions.
