WARNING! DO NOT SIGN UP HERE! I have been to dozens of anytime fitness locations and never had a problem...The guy who runs this Tigard spot, is a straight up criminal. I have been calling for weeks now, hundreds of times, left tons of voicemails, and have still never received a call back. I have called the corporate office as well, still nothing. I need to transfer my membership because I moved, and if you sign up here, you will never hear back from anyone and will continue to be charged. Beyond unacceptable, and criminal.

This clubs business practices are absolute garbage! They do not answer phone calls or emails. I have moved out of town and have been trying to cancel my 30$a month membership for about a year and have had no luck. I would highly recommend any other gym than this one.

The owner, I told to cancel my club ready scam and I now have charges on my account for $1100, was pressured into getting a membership i wasn't able to afford and when I came in 2x to cancel they never did, never answer my calls, and act friendly but all they have done is ruin my credit and abuse the fact that I wasn't in the right state of mind.

Positive clean bathroom higher shower head for the tall folks.
Has a heavy bag for all you boxers/mma'ers. They also have a few free walls to do some postural type exercises. Also there is plenty of free space which is nice for a busy gym and floor exercises.
Negatives most straight bars for pull ups and the one different bar could be more of the angle one. They have room for one on the walls. They water fountain is broke:(

Worst gym experience I've had. DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. They had no problem with me referring people to this gym, but I was harassed by the trainer, Darius. I was accused of "training" people for simply working out with my friend. Ironically, they have a sign that says "Bring a friend". No proof of this accusation, yet, I was told my gym membership would be terminated because I look like someone who knows what they're doing. I work in physical therapy and have no need to provide monetary services. I just want to exercise after work with my workout buddy. Beware, make sure you look like someone who doesn't know their way around the gym.
I contacted corporate and attempted to have ownership contact me MULTIPLE times, and NO one reached out. Yet, they deactivated my key fob without my knowledge.
Dirty gym.
Unsafe gym for women.
Ownership is useless.
Planet fitness is down the block with 100x better experience, friendly staff, and MUCH cleaner. Also, cheaper.

The place was awesome until i had to cancel my membership. Everything said in these reviews about contract trickery is true you cant get ahold of anyone you have to mail in a cancelation form and then they just send you to collections anyway i had to contact my bank to get them to stop charging my card

I join anytime fitness eight years ago . The people there are friendly and willing to help if necessary . When I travel in Oregon or anywhere else there’s always an anytime fitness nearby which is awesome.

Good variety of machines, big free weights area and lots of space. Pretty dirty though, changing rooms needed checking and cleaning. Studio was in disarray, that's a client and manager issue. Will go back hoping it's just an off their game, high volume day.

This place was super dirty, the person who attended us had the office carrying pizza boxes in poor condition and a lot of garbage. it was amazing to see how a place can be so dirty and more amazing was the high cost of membership, someone should check this site out.

This place is a joke. Try calling them... nobody answers. Call the corporate number and they act a fool. All I am trying to do is switch my location and getting a hold of someone is next to impossible. There is no voicemail, nobody answers, very unprofessional. You know my name. You have my number.. call me and maybe then I will change this review once I get some customer service!

One staff member was helpful, the other, when I asked specific questions, answered evasively. I cannot afford extras on my in come, so I was asking about the programs they had suggested. I couldn't get a direct answer on a price. The staff member was saying the reason she couldn't give me a price on a program was that they very week to week, month to month. I asked for a price from the previous month to get an idea of cost. She couldn't pin down a ballpark price for me. I asked for a price sheet that could give me an idea of what costs could occur- again , no way to give me a comfortable answer. At that point I knew this was not a gym for me.

Have been a member since it opened. Always satisfied until Greg left approx 2 months ago. Since then place has gone way downhill. No toilet paper, no seat covers, no hand soap, no hand sanitizer, no paper towels. Have requested these items to no avail. Very convenient location, easy parking, equipment rather worn but serviceable. A shame it is going to ruin.

Gym itself is pretty nice. Wish they would install a water bottle water fountain as it can be difficult filling a bottle without one. Either this was in my contract which I cannot find, or it was NOT told to me from the two phone calls I had with employees on wanting to cancel my membership, but it takes 30 days to 'process' your cancellation. If the 30 days falls within the time they would normally charge you, they go ahead and charge you and won't give you a refund. They need a written notice that you want to cancel but won't let you just email in your cancellation notice. Since I moved I had to drive 20 miles just to drop off my cancellation notice and then still get charged for another month that I won't be able to use because of distance.

This is my current home gym.

I've been to Ballys, 24 Hour Fitness, and a Jiu Jitsu dojo (w/a fitness center).

This facility offers three squat racks, a plenty of aerobic machines like treadmills, stationary bikes, air dynes/bikes, weight resistance machines, free weights, a fitness room, and showers.

This place has it all and plenty of room for all of their members to get their workout in and make those precious "gainz". The facility also offers personal and group training (highly recommended) backed up by knowledgeable trainers that are super friendly with great positive energy.

I recommend this place to anyone who is tired of the McGyms out there where equipment is not well maintained and you can't find weights you can use because there's not enough to go around. Come check them out!

The manager is a real beefcake(grade A man.) The whole staff is extremely helpful, and friendly. You won't find another gym that gives you the level of help, and customer service that the staff strive for everyday here.

I love having this gym so close. They're almost never that busy and although the equipment isn't the latest, it's kept in good repair and does the job. Also as a member, you have a key fob and can go anytime you want to. I love being a member of such a low-key gym.

I've been to a lot of gyms and dealt with a lot of managers. I signed up with Kevin recently and I have never experienced a more welcoming sign up. None of that pushy personal training stuff and all about support and help. Very clean facility as I see professional cleaners in every night, and a really laid back atmosphere nothing like what you'll find at the large main stream gyms. I would recommend this gym really to whomever is looking to get a great workout in, with clean working equipment, and affordable.

Watch out for deceptive billing practices. We moved out of Oregon and submitted for cancellation, paid our fees and thought it was all done. Months later we were sent to collections. Continued calls with management has not resolved the situation. They say its fixed and then we are just sent to collections again. Beware, it is not as easy as they say to cancel or even stop your contract at the end. I would recommend going anywhere but this gym just off how the business appears to be run.

When Jimmy was the manager things were great! Well maintained and great customer service! Under new management and they sent my account to collections when I tried to cancel when I've never made a late payment, horrible customer service! I DO NOT reccomend this location.
