You let my minor son sign up with NO legal ID and a debit card that is attached to my account as is most minors accounts. How can a 17 year old sign a contract especially when he doesn’t even have ID.

They did reach out to me after this review and offered to waive the fees paid, so that is good. They did not accept responsibility much for how this happened, but canceled the membership.

I’m a high school student so I come at different hours depending on how much I study, it’s quiet and perfect for me to study and watch YT videos for US History or just listening to music while weight lifting or doing cardio. Open 24/7 so even better. I love weight lifting and I do it at school and here! :)

Always super clean, Staff is super friendly, perfect for casual use. It’s also super close to the aquatic center at MHCC, and biking distance from my apartment. The thing that keeps me from switching through is the updated equipment. I cannot stand the older treadmills and bike equipment that other gyms have and all of these have digital displays (show in the photo) and it’s great. Amazing place. Will not be switching.

DO NOT SIGN UP. Can’t get ahold of anyone whatsoever. I’ve called their phone number and left voicemails numerous times about an issue and not once have i ever gotten a call back. WAYYYYY too over priced for what they offer. The whole gym and their equipment is probably the same size or smaller than a hotel gym. This will probably be the most honest review you’ll read.

Under new management and they've changed so many things! The place is so clean, new machines, friendly staff. Sounds like a couple months back it was really rough with previous management and staff. But I can say that's definitely not the case anymore. Keep doing what your doing new management 👏

I moved to the area a few months back and just had a baby 2 months ago. I was looking for a nearby gym and saw that this Anytime Fitness was close to my house. I signed up for a tour and planned my day around this so that I could also get a workout in. With a newborn this is very hard to do! I got a text confirmation 25 min before my tour to confirm so I confirmed it. I get to the gym at my scheduled tour time and you can only gain entry with a fob... I called the number on the door to let someone know I was there for the tour and it rang a few times and went to voicemail. I waited for 25 min hoping someone would call me back but nothing. During this time a member was leaving so I tried to gain entry but she wouldn't allow me in since I didn't have a fob, which I totally understand. She mentioned someone else had come for a tour an hour or so earlier and no one was there to meet her either. I ended up leaving upset because I only had this short window of time to tour the gym and workout and I felt that I missed that opportunity. That being said I don't feel that this company cares at all about their members, potential members, or their time. Its a shame because I intended on getting a membership. I know I am just a small fish in a big pond here, but it was a big bummer and actually kind of ruined my day. This was to be my first workout after having my baby. I wanted to at least let someone know this happened. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Not worth the money, save yourself the hassle and go to another local gym. Every time I go, there are no clean towels, the bathrooms are gross, and garbages are full. There is no paper towels or other options to clean the machines, so it’s hard to clean the machines after use. I’ve been trying to cancel for three days, no response to my emails and no response to my messages left. Sad to see it go downhill so fast.

24/7 doesn’t mean 24/7 just showed up to this location and the key fob is turned off and the doors are locked, I called the number on the door with no answer or response, also called customer service and they are closed for the “long weekend” very disappointing… so anytime doesn’t necessarily mean anytime.

I signed up for their private training and I enjoy Betsey, Jade and Cole's training and advice. They may have a small gym compared to others, but you can accomplish what you need with the free weights and the equipment that they do have. I feel the gym is clean (for a gym) and the staff is friendly. It's a perfect location and not too busy, I am glad it is not a (social gym) like a lot of them are. I have never had to call them so I can't say anything about how long it takes for them to respond. But there is always someone there when I go around 130p during the week. I will continue to go there and be happy with them.

Not a good experience at all! My husband and I did the month to month plan and was told we can cancel anytime and not be charged another month by 2 different people! We cancelled in April and was told for sure, there wouldn’t be anymore charges and of course in May we were charged again! And nobody will return our calls or emails!! Extremely poor customer service and nobody is ever at work there, so you have to make an appointment, but No one EVER calls you back or emails back!!!! They are individually owned so corporate does NOTHING!! Go join another gym!!!!

READ THE LOW STARS REVIEWS… they’re HORRENDOUS with communication and take weeks (I’m still bothering them) to get a membership or have it canceled. The “owner” called me back and said her sister would call me right back to cancel. Nothing… also her sister “manages” the gym but she’s a ghost. It’s a joke how they run business and I’m reporting them to the BBB.

Read the low star reviews because it’s true about the staff. Also, there’s barely any equipment here compared to the other locations, yet they charge you for an annual fee that’s made to enhance the club. No enhancements have been made in 3 years.

I just moved here recently and signed up at a different location. I loved my experience at my previous gym and was looking forward to meeting and building a relationship with this new staff....the issue is they don't exist. I have called, emailed, arrived to the club in person and I have never seen a staff member there... the worst of it is that they are by appointment only. This club is honestly a shell of an anytime fitness and is fine if you just need to go in and do your own thing. But sadly I paid for extra services that I can't even use or schedule because no one has gotten back to me. I'm going to find a better gym that has a presence.

Tried to cancel my membership for MONTHS with no response. Left voicemail after voicemail, was told it would be canceled and yet they continued to charge my card. I was given the excuse that one of the owners was out of the state and would pass the message along to their co-owner. I would not recommend this business as they are difficult to get in contact with.

Just make sure you get the phone number and have time to have someone call you back before becoming a first time user. Otherwise, you'll arrive as we did to find the doors locked during what would normally be regular business hours and reach a recording when calling. This made it not very conducive for a drop in workout while visiting family in the area.

I have tried many different gyms in the Gresham area and none of them can compare to Anytime Fitness! Rhonda and Debra, owner and manager respectively, go above and beyond in taking care of their members. During the time when gyms were closed due to COVID-19, there were a few accidental fees charged to my account although my membership was on hold and they resolved the issue outstandingly fast! There was no wait time to get my money back like most charges would entail and I was reimbursed the very next day. Overall, Rhonda and Debra offer wonderful support to their members.Throughout the economic hardship that the pandemic has brought, I am extremely grateful that they have been so flexible and understanding!

This is an amazing place to work out. I primarily use this to lift and they have plenty of great, clean equipment (dumbbells, squat racks, machines, benches, cardio). If there's a work out I need to do, you can easily adjust the racks to fit your needs. This is the perfect gym for my needs, plus its 24/7 access fits my schedule when I need to exercise late at night. Also, the owner and staff are very friendly, and always accommodating!
