Brandon is truly an amazing personal trainer. I have become addicted to both his HIIT and kickboxing classes because, although they are tough, I feel so GOOD after each one. His style is very personable, dedicating time to each of us in the class. I love how he encourages us by pointing out what we are doing right, and at the same time expertly knows how to push us to keep improving. Kickboxing in particular is my favorite -- time flies by in that class and I feel so much stronger than I was just a few months ago. Brandon has also helped me look at what I eat and create a realistic and achievable plan to reach my fitness goals. It is really cool and empowering to see and feel the results!

I took Brandon’s Kick Boxing classes with my best friend and although it was challenging for me (I’m so uncoordinated) he was patient and encouraging and it made me comfortable. Not to mention it was a great workout!! Thank Brandon!

I totally love making it to Brandon's HIIT classes. He is great at motivating and encouraging, the class. Every time I am able to go to his class I find myself getting an excellent workout. He is very knowledgeable, and it shows in the way he presents his classes.

Love this gym. I’m a small business owner and the guy that has successfully quit CrossFit 7 times in 11 years and despise big box corporate gyms. Brandon’s attention to detail, carefully constructive workouts, motivating words and all around feel good vibe keeps me coming back and excited to crush the day. I do the HITT and weights workouts, have been since July. I see a tangible gain in my weight loss, speed and strength. I finally feel happy I’m at a gym where I can achieve my fitness goals.
