Located in the heart of Hillsboro, BC Fitness (Baja Cali Fitness) is a private personal training studio dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Our welcoming and exclusive space offers a distraction-free environment, allowing you to focus completely on your workout. We specialize in personalized one-on-one training, with sessions available in 30- and 60-minute durations, tailored to your pace and aspirations. For a more collaborative experience, we also offer tandem and small group sessions for up to four clients. We provide the guidance; you define the pace and achieve the results you deserve.

I have been training with Erika for close to three years now. Not only does she really know her stuff, but she makes working out fun. Don't try to get away with poor form because she will notice and correct you!
Erika really meets you where you are at. She never pushes you too hard where you can't walk the next day, but will push you so that you see improvement when you stay consistent.
If you are looking for a fun, encouraging, and results driven trainer Erika is the trainer for you. I always leave our sessions in a better mood!

I have been training with Erika Bacon for a while now, and she has completely transformed how I approach fitness. What stands out about Erika is her attention to detail, deep expertise in strength training, and the incredible energy she brings to every session.

Erika has been training me for a year now, and the results have been amazing! When I started, I was struggling with my strength, form and had very little endurance. My fitness has improved noticeably, and I feel so much more confident in the gym and most importantly, developed a consistent and enjoyable fitness routine.The workouts are always challenging and varied, but the small group setting means I still get personalized attention to ensure my form is correct and to help me modify exercises if needed. Erika is incredibly motivating and knowledgeable, and I genuinely look forward to my sessions. I can't recommend her enough!

Erika is fantastic to work with. She pays very close attention to form and corrects me often on my form which I really appreciate! My main goal with training is to get stronger without injury so it’s really important to me to work with someone who cares about teaching me proper form so I can get stronger, safely. On top of that, Erika is very kind, fun and a great person to be around!! Highly recommend working with her. I drive out to Hillsboro from Portland specifically to work with her at her studio - she’s worth it!

I started training with Erika in June, beginning with 1:1 sessions, which was perfect for a beginner like me. She has a deep, expert-level understanding of exercise and movement, and it truly shows in the way she breaks things down. She personally guided me through the fundamentals, not just teaching exercises, but helping me understand the art behind them. She even corrected my (very badly done!) squat with so much patience and clarity. Most importantly, she makes me enjoy working out while learning proper form in a way that sticks.
