I am so grateful for the guidance of Belle. She made me feel like I could reach my goals without any shame in my late 40’s. She gives competent and motivating support. Also, her 3D scanning device helps you understand how fat will melt away to make room for muscle- I don’t hate the scale anymore! I highly recommend :)

Belle really listens to what type of work out you need. Not just about bulking up or being skinny. Being partially disabled she will help accommodate workouts and gives homework to help hone in on areas I wanted to focus on.

Belle makes scheduling easy, and getting fit enjoyable. She is incredibly intuitive, and creative with workouts. I wasn't how I would feel after a session or two since I've been cautious with my neck after whiplash from a hit and run accident. I know I can trust her implicitly because she took my concerns seriously. I've spent many weeks now looking forward to each morning with Belle, and can say they're easily a few of the very best hours of the week!

Belle is authentic, easy to work with and offers alternative positions when a particular position isn't working out quite as intended. She made weight training and working out less intimidating and a fun experience for me. Scheduling was easy despite my overly-committed schedule. As long as you are committed to your own goals, ready to make some life style changes and follow the plan, you will see results with Belle! :) As a newbie to the fitness scene (weights, work outs, nutrition, etc), I highly recommend Belle for someone just getting started and feeling overwhelmed, lost or intimidated on where or how to start or you want a fun accountability partner.

I worked w/Belle for about 8 months. When I met her I needed some help to continue my weight loss while building muscle. She was so welcoming, understanding and her knowledge is top notch! I’ve worked w/several trainers over the years and she’s hands down my favorite! She explained the why, pushed me for that 1 more rep and the best part I got amaZING results from her workouts. She held me accountable, she made me laugh and I always felt better leaving our workout! She goes above and beyond to make sure you have what you need in regards to nutrition and workouts until you see her next. I highly recommend her if you’re ready to work hard and get results! Getting up at 4:15am was never so easy to make the commute knowing I got to hang w/her for an hour. 😉

Well, well, well...look who we have here. It's Belle, the booty-building queen. Let me tell you, working out with her is like a stand-up comedy show and a grueling gym session all in one. I mean, this girl will exercise you to the point of tears, but all that hard work pays off because you'll be looking like a snack. Seriously, call her up and ask about those black balls... Who knows what kind of magic they hold? (I do because my arms are burning) for real, though, If you need a change in your life and body, don't wait any longer. Trust me; you won't regret it. Belle is truly amazing. I am stronger and more fit now than I have ever been. I understand more about how my body works. She makes lifting weights and whole body workouts interesting and fun. If you are serious about reaching your fitness goals, then I highly recommend Bellabody Fitness! I have been training with Belle for about 3 years and I can honestly say, I am more fit now than when I started. There are two reasons. The first is that Belle listens to your fitness goals and will individualize a program that will help you reach them. Second, reaching your goals requires more than just going through the motions; it requires going through the correct motions, i.e., form. Belle will work with you to make sure you are using the correct form for each exercise. Belle is also very personable and has a good sense of humor, making your sessions with her almost pleasant rather than something you have to endure. You’ll want to go to your workout with her!

I’ve been seeing Belle for over a year and a half and absolutely love working with her. She is not only incredibly kind, funny, understanding, and accepting, but is also motivating and has a knack for telling you exactly what you need to hear in a compassionate way. She has helped me get to a goal weight in a healthy way (and maintain it!), and I continue to work with her to increase strength, mobility, and keep my body feeling well for years to come. She has even been able to adjust my workouts appropriately after I got pregnant this year! I think she’s a perfect trainer for both folks that have a fair amount of background knowledge but who are struggling to get motivated, as well as those of us that have no clue how to eat healthy and how to exercise. Truly a great trainer and awesome human - can’t recommend her enough.

I love working with this trainer. Bella really seems to care. They were able to meet me at my level and customize my journey in a way I responded too, which as an unconventional person is rare. Their private gym is clean , spacious and just feels safe. The workouts were diverse and kept me interested, bella helped me discover I like kick boxing, I never knew! I was always intimidated by weight lifting and was reluctant to train. Belle changed that for me. She made me realize that there is much more to weight lifting that the physical aspect of it. It is also very spiritual. Why? Because in the process of exercising a particular muscle or part of the body, one engages the brain; and that union of body and spirit that one achieves through weight and body training is very rewarding. Belle is not only very knowledgeable in her field, she is very kind and personable. Training with her is like training with a friend who does not judge but encourages one to do our best.
