As a trainer who’s been in the business over 20 years, my emphasis is on proper form, muscle contraction, mind to muscle mechanics and endurance. As well as diet tips and information. Which includes lifestyle change ideas and challenges. As a person concerned about my own health I’ve kept fit well into my 60s, and I have a learn to grateful. I've tried to better myself for years, but I never followed through. When I found Felton, I was at my highest weight and I knew I was in for a change. I've been working with him for about a year now and no matter what my situation is (not feeling well, family problems, etc) he is very understanding and pushes me even when I don't want to work out. I'm not close to being done getting myself in shape, but Felton has taught me how to treat myself better with food and exercise. I always look forward to working with him and I know I won't stop anytime soon.

I have been training with Felton weekly for the last 16 months for general strength & fitness and I have also worked with him in the past on specific goals. He always keeps workouts fresh, creative and fun... but hard. He finds ways to push me a little further each time.
Whatever shape you are in, Felton will get you in better shape. I definitely recommend him.

Felton is an excellent personal trainer. I worked out with a few other trainers before I connected with Felton 10 years ago. I have been training with him twice a week ever since we met and it has been great.
Felton is a very experienced trainer and he understands how hard to push people. He introduces a lot of variety into our workouts, which makes them more enjoyable. I work hard with Felton and am often exhausted afterwards, but his experience and knowledge gives me the confidence to train hard without fear of injury.
Felton has good grasp on nutrition, anatomy and other health-related topics. He is an amazing example of fitness and often shares his personal insights on health, which are really valuable.
As I turn 50 years old, I am so glad I made the commitment to personal training with Felton. I know the level of fitness that I have achieved with his guidance will help me later in life. Felton is also very engaging and personable and I look forward to our twice-weekly workouts.

I have been working with Felton since the beginning of this year. As a 40-ish woman with health issues, I had found that I had gained quite a bit of weight over the last few years. Felton has been helping me shed pounds, gain muscle strength and build my confidence in myself. Each week he helps me get in a great workout and I am getting gradually stronger and fitter as time goes by. Felton took the time to listen to my health concerns and goals, and has tailor made a plan which challenges me, yet keeps me motivated. I love working out with weights, and actually find myself looking forward to working out now, rather than dreading it, thanks to his support and encouragement. I met Felton after taking some time off from the gym and needed to get back in shape. Now I'm back on track and seeing my body change for the better every day. He works my butt off and challenges me to do things I never thought I could do. In addition to being a great trainer he has a great personality.
