As an online coach, Chris is fantastic. He is quick to respond to all my questions, modify my workouts to fit my personal schedule, and yet keeps pushing and encouraging me to keep reaching for my goals. During an injury, he stepped up and helped me work through the injury and get my mobility back.

It was 8 months ago that I met Chris, ready to make serious changes to my lifestyle. Chris took the time to understand my lofty goals of weight loss (over 100 lbs) and improved overall fitness and strength. Chris developed a plan that included exercise/workouts( several times a week), nutritional coaching and heathy lifestyle habit changes. Never once did Chris make me feel defeated because of my weight or my challenges performing some exercises. Exercise form is of utmost importance to Chris and as a result I have staved off injury and increased my abilities. My whole attitude and outlook on health and fitness has changed since training with Chris!! I am not only much stronger, I make much healthier choices as a natural result of our time together. In the two years we’ve worked together I have conquered multiple obstacle course races and am running my first 10k in a few weeks!!!
Chris pushes me when I want to give up. He is always helpful, positive and motivating. When I have a race coming up we focus on the areas I’m most nervous about so that I’m more confident on race day. I’m super thankful for our training time together!

I have been training with Chris several years now, and I sincerely feel he is the one of the best trainers I have had. I am impressed with Chris’ knowledge of exercise physiology. Chris has helped me build stronger muscles to improve my posture for which I am exceedingly grateful. I've been working out with Chris for two and a half years now – I started with basics and no knowledge and am now on a powerlifting program after seeing some incredible strength increases! Chris has amazing knowledge of fitness, gym equipment, and how the human body works, and he tailors my programs to what works best for my body and goals. He has been excellent at pushing me hard while also keeping me from feeling defeated. In addition to my own experience I've seen him successfully working with ALL kinds of people from lifters like me to wise old ladies. I wouldn't trust anyone else to guide me on my journey.
