About the Club

I take a scientific and individualized approach to helping people achieve their health/fitness and nutrition goals, drawing from the education of a B.A. in Exercise/ Sport Science, a personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the experience of competitive natural bodybuilding and powerlifting.
Services include body composition testing, nutritional guidance, strength training, body recomposition, injury rehab and pre-hab, increasing flexibility and joint mobility, improving sport performance, and contest preparation.

I am not a bodybuilder. I am a powerlifter. However, Zachary has helped me tremendously when I needed to lose weight for preparing my national meet.

I wanted to cut my weight for my weight class but keep or gain my strength. I really hate doing water-cuts. I am in my 50’s and it’s not easy to lose weight due to menopause. Zachary is very patient, knowledgeable and detailed. My weight loss journey wasn’t easy but enjoyable.

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude. The national meet went well and I was filled energy even though I lost 20lbs. I made 4 State records and got 1st place in my class total, bench, and deadlift.

Zack is a great partner in my fitness program. I have been a sedentary person for the past 20 years. I tried (briefly) many things, walking, swimming, aerobics, and yoga - but I always ended up hurting myself or just wasn't motivated. Zack matched my workouts to my level of fitness, encouraged me to keep going when I was not convinced I could, and keeps the workouts fun and interesting. Zack is not only professional but knowlegible. His competence shows though meticulous adjustments to diet and training for many of us with busy jobs and lifestyles. He does not have a one size fits all approach, and tailors programs to each individual while tapping his Wealth of knowledge from a variety of training backgrounds and education.

To top it off, he walks the walk. The guy puts so much energy into his own physique and goals. This is exactly what we all need in a coach.

I trust what Zack has to say regarding meal adjustments, and I can attest (along with many other of his clients) that he has a personal investment in our improvements and a strong pride in his work.

I have been training with Zack for almost 5 months. I'm 20lbs down and getting closer to hitting my ideal body weight. My husband started working out with Zack after he saw my results. Hubby was the guy who just couldn't take off that last 10lbs. It is off and he is now building muscle. I can't say enough about working out with Zack.
