The Champion Cheer coaching staff, and their Director are dedicated to their athletes. We had an older daughter that attended Champion years ago when she was small, and now our youngest has been there for 7 years. We could not have asked for a more encouraging and positive environment , not only for our daughters but all the athletes.
This coaching staff works with their teams/athletes to be strong competitors on stage and also present professionalism off stage.
Highly recommend this gym!

We love champion cheer! This is our daughter’s 5th year with champion and we couldn’t be happier.

Cheer is a demanding sport but teaches kids so much more than just performing. They learn responsibility and teamwork- essential life skills . Our daughter’s confidence has blossomed. The coaches are supportive, understanding and genuinely care for the kids they coach. You will literally never make everyone happy, but these coaches do their best everyday and our daughter has every intent to continue at Champion until she graduates HS.

My niece has been in cheer for 9 years and 4 years with Champion cheer and she absolutely loves cheering on the team. I am so thankful that my daughter found Champion Cheer!!!! I know how important extracurricular activities are for the development of children and my daughter was not finding her love in any of the activities that her brothers had. I was at a loss when she asked to try cheer (she was in elementary school). The best decision we made was to visit the Champion gym!!!!! Champion has been vital at providing an environment that encourages and celebrates the growth of their athletes. It is easy to focus on the win loss record of any sport/program but when it comes to youth sports the goals should be so much bigger! Champion has been able to push my daughter to try things that I would never have imagined. Because of this she now trusts that she can push herself in other areas of everyday life! My daughter is now in Highschool and the years at Champion ahead of us are much less than the years behind us. We are so proud and thankful to be a member of the Champion Cheer Athletics family!!!
If you are looking for a gym for your child to try competitive Cheer I could not recommend a better environment than Champion Cheer Athletics! Yep, cheer is a more than just a team sport and you HAVE to be present and on time or your entire team is affected. It’s different than ALL sports in that way. My daughter has been with Champion for 5 years and I couldn’t get her to drop it for $1 million. It’s a demanding sport which fosters great teamwork, collaboration, commitment and responsibility. Champion’s coaches are caring, dedicated and invested in every girl at the gym.

The staff at Champ Cheer have poor interpersonal skills when dealing with children. They mistreated one of their 10-year-old participants for the infraction of being ten minutes late. This participant got lost trying to find the proper location at the fairgrounds, and when she finally got to her team, she was met with hostility and rigidity. I understand expecting your participants to be on time and the importance of that, but how the coach spoke to this young girl and her actions toward her was uncalled for. As an adult, she should have the emotional maturity to handle the situation in a better manner than it went. She should not be telling ten-year-old little girls to “suck it up and be there for their team” when they’re crying and calling for their mom because they’re upset. That kind of behavior from the coach is very unprofessional and wrong.

I am deeply disappointed with this cheer company's treatment of a child. The lack of empathy and respect towards young participants is unacceptable and I would caution any parent considering this organization for their child's involvement. A valid explanation & apology is demanded to the mother of the child, how dare you kick a 10 year old off the team for something completely out of their control. Do better.

Bullying a child for things that are out of her control such as being late and making her sit out and cry while she has to watch her team cheer not to mention confronting the CHILD about your issues instead of the parent or guardian and then having the audacity to block the mom and delete her comments and reviews as she wrote a respectful honest review is WILD! I don’t plan to tell you to do better you are grown adults and know better, I will however make sure words is spread that your staff treats children this way..

My daughter had gone here for 2 years on a prep team and then went to a different company for a year on a Ellite team and then came back and they said it was to late to join yet they had let others join late so then we sat out a year and the next year we joined they wanted to put her on a Prep team and not Ellite claiming that she lost her skills even though they let others again on with even less skills and the coaches had told her otherwise. Other people had also been treated the same I know we aren’t the only ones.

Champion is a great cheerleading gym! My daughter completed her first year on the competition team and had a blast. She's looking forward to next season. They've got several options and teams. The coaches are fantastic as well as the owners! My daughter got her backhandsping and she was so excited. She just keeps adding skills. The coaches do such a great job and the focus on team is great!

Almost a year ago my sister started coming here for tumbling lessons. In the 7-9 months she was here she became SO incredibly good! Her flexibility went from a 3 to a 9. Even after a 3 month break for the summer she practiced and practiced until she was able to go straight into the next level just last month. As I'm writing this I'm watching her and I can't believe how far she's come. I'm lucky that I don't have to worry about her breaking her arm doing a back hand spring because she is being taught perfect form and balance instead of going straight into it.

The owners, coaches, and kids at Champion Cheer are outstanding. My daughter went into the gym hesitant, but open minded. She quickly fell into the vibe of the amazing atmosphere the athletes are trained in. The new skills she has achieved in a short time frame make her happy and smiling about cheer. Not only as she grown as an athlete but also as a person. This is her sport, so it was important for us to find her a place to grow, and we definitely found it with Champion Cheer.
