I recently got into CrossFit because I couldn't get motivated training on my own in traditional gym settings. I've always known that CrossFit was a great training environment because of the community, and it was especially supportive here. I really appreciated how inclusive this gym is. CrossFit always seemed really intimidating, but the coaches made it approachable and judgement free.

Hands down the best CrossFit gym in the area! The community here is so friendly, supportive, and motivating — it makes every workout something to look forward to. Coaches Jay, Sydney, and Ash are absolutely amazing. They take the time to teach proper form, encourage you to push past your limits, and make sure every class is both challenging and fun.

If you’re looking for a place to get stronger, stay consistent, and feel supported every step of the way, CrossFit Reedville is it. Highly recommend!

This place is just lovely. The owners and staff are so warm and welcoming. When I signed up, they sent me personal emails to ensure I had everything I needed to succeed. I am visiting from out of town; I bought a punch pass, so I appreciated them taking the time to ensure all my classes went well. They worked with me during the classes as if I had been a long-time member.

They also have a super clean gym with great equipment and wonderful staff. All the members were so welcoming. I couldn't have had a better experience. I highly recommend this place 10 out of 10.

If you are in the area, go check this place out, you wont be disappointed. If you don't believe me, look at all of their 5-star reviews!

I’ve been a part of the CrossFit Reedville community since July 2023, and I can confidently say that it’s nothing short of extraordinary. Let me break down why this gym deserves all the accolades:

Top-Notch Trainers (TN): The trainers here are more than just fitness experts; they’re motivators, educators, and genuine supporters. Their personalized attention during workouts ensures that you’re not just lifting weights but also building a stronger, healthier version of yourself.
Positive Vibes Everywhere: As soon as you step through those doors, you’re enveloped in an atmosphere of positivity. The camaraderie among fellow members is infectious, and it’s hard not to feel inspired by everyone’s dedication and hard work.
Results Speak Louder: I’ve personally witnessed incredible transformation here. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, the workouts are tailored to challenge you at your level. And guess what? The results are tangible—from not being able to do a single pull-up when I started, I am able to string 10-15 in a row; overall, I feel stronger, and more energetic,
Community Bonding: It’s not just about reps and sets; it’s about forging connections. The friendly faces, the fist-bumps after a killer WOD, and the shared victories create a sense of belonging. You’re not just a member; you’re part of a fitness family.

In summary, Reedville isn’t just a gym; it’s a lifestyle. If you’re serious about your fitness journey, look no further. I wholeheartedly recommend CrossFit Reedville to anyone seeking a supportive, results-driven, and downright awesome place to break a sweat.

Kudos to the entire team! Keep inspiring us, one squat at a time.

Back in September of 2020 I made life decisions to move and in the process, I decided to build out my own home gym for various reasons. Fast forward to the start of this new year after selling my home and moving to the suburbs, I decided I missed the Crossfit community and wanted to check out the 3 closes boxes. I tried Crossfit Reedville first and never made it to the other two. it felt like an amazing fit from day one. I initially purchased individual passes since my goal was to drop once or at most, twice a week. The community there, along with the coaching staff, are phenomenal and I'm now in 4-5 times a week and doing something I didn't I would see against, PRs on my lifts. io cannot recommend this place enough.

I've been a proud member of the CrossFit Reedville family for nearly a year, and stumbling upon this hidden gem has truly been a game-changer for me. While some folks may thrive with solo gym sessions, what brings me back to CFR time and again is the unbeatable sense of community.

Being a bit on the older side, I was initially apprehensive about diving into CrossFit, fearing it might push me beyond my limits and derail my fitness journey through injury. However, the CFR coaches were incredible, meeting me right where I was and scaling the workouts to my pace, allowing me to progress without feeling overwhelmed. Fast forward to today, and I can proudly squat more than my own body weight and have even taken part in local CrossFit competitions.

The gratitude I feel towards this community is immeasurable. If you're on the fence, I wholeheartedly encourage you to give CFR a shot. It's not just a place to work out; it's a welcoming community that supports and elevates you on your fitness journey.

Just dropped in again over the holidays when I was in town. The new ownership made huge impact. New paint, new gear and much friendlier. The drop in process was super easy and they even suggested I do the week membership to save me money while I was in town. Everyone in the classes were welcoming to a new comer. Coach Rebecca was awesome! By far one of the best cross fit coaches i have ever been around. Friendly, great coaching and easy to talk with. I can not wait to come back. Seriously you need to work out here. Almost wished I lived near by to join this great community.

I drop in whenever I am in town visiting relatives. Clean friendly and great work outs. The staff and facilities are just great. Drop by for a class or join . A great place. .

Truly a fantastic CrossFit gym! I joined a few months ago, after a long break from CrossFit. In this time, I've already made major gains in strength and cardio. Friends are commenting on how much stronger I look. The classes are well run, with a recent update in programming that provides a good mix of skill building and challenge. The coaches are friendly and competent - and the community vibe is very welcoming. Definitely recommend this box if you're looking to get stronger, have fun, and make new friends.

I originally started crossfit type workouts as training for paddling. It was a great way to cross train and build endurance in multiple capacities other than paddling around for hours. I first started at a gym in Beaverton that met my beginner needs, but as my strength and cardio built up I needed to find a gym that met my competitive needs. I found Code Red (now Crossfit Reedville) by searching the internet, tried their free trial. The coaching was very welcoming to all levels, the workout was challenging to any skill level with many regressions demonstrated, and the atmosphere was fun and competitive. I joined the gym that week and have been able to increase my strength, endurance and overall performance within the gym as well as on the water (the original reason I started).

The coaching staff at Reedville is very professional as well as fun to work(out) with. They help with personal goals whether it be strength or nutrition. The equipment is very nice, the box is roomy with enough space for multiple athletes.

Crossfit Code Red was an amazing gym that created my foundations. Crossfit Reedville has been an amazing place for me to train, meet new friends, grow and set new goals! The newest transition to Crossfit Reedville has been great. The programming is always evolving and challenging.

I have been going to CrossFit Reedville (formerly Code Red) for over five years now. The coaches are wonderful and the facility has everything you need! The classes can be as hard as you want them to be and also include scaling exercises and weights, for those of us who aren't super human. The community and desire to get better will keep you wanting more. Most of the crossfitter also have other meet ups (casual, exercise, artsy etc. ) outside the box Whether you are a CF junkie or brand new, you will love the people, the workouts and the results at Crossfit Reedville.

I joined Crossfit Reedville with some previous experience but have really focused on being consistent and since then I've noticed my progress in both strength and mobility. I have definitely built muscle and I am so excited to keep it up! The people at this gym (both coaches and athletes) are absolutely amazing, supportive, and positive. This gym is also one of the most Judge-free places I've been a part of, which really is important to me. The coaches really focus on teaching the basics and good form to prevent injury, which I love. I would encourage anyone to try it out, doesn't matter what level you are, you will feel the good energy. :)

At 70, I find CrossFit Reedville the perfect place to take care of my health. Both coaches and athletes are very supportive of my efforts to get stronger. They help me find ways to modify motions or reduce weights so I can get the most benefit. Sometimes I just loaf on some workouts to get through. But everyday I get stronger and better conditioned, which helps every aspect of my life. For seniors, CrossFit is perfect because it is adaptable to where you are today and helps you where you need it most. I find it a joy to work out with these younger people and I expect to participate in CrossFit for years to come.

It's hard to sum up what this gym has meant to my wife and I in one review! The owner (Jake) is top notch he's very involved and genuinely cares about my progress! He's quick to give pointers and has been involved in my progress every step of the way. The other coaches and staff are incredible! It is worth every penny! I joined CrossFit Code Red on 14th January 2014 with another Irish friend of mine. What can I say other than CrossFit is addictive, I leave each class on a little high having achieved yet another milestone in my workout regime. Before I started Crossfit I couldn't run, do squats, handstand push ups, didn't know what a pull-up was and best not to mention how I wouldn't have dared to lift any bar that weighed more than 25 pounds. Four months later after a lot of pain there has been so much gain, I squat better than ever, I know what a pull-up is and hey i can do a few too, my latest dead lift was 135 pounds, yes you read that right 135 pounds! I could go on and on about the great milestones I have achieved. However, ultimately my greatest achievement has been the strengthening of my knees through the arduous but capable daily WODs. After several knee surgeries over the years I really had given up the thought of being able to run again and I am thrilled to say that over the weekend I took to the road by myself for my first official three mile run, a huge personal gain for me.

Sadly for me CrossFit Code Red has to come to an end as I return to Ireland but I just want to say thanks to Jake owner of CrossFit Code Red a truly amazing coach and motivator and of course to all the regulars at the daily 9am class, many whom have become good friends. You will be missed but not forgotten and I will look forward to hitting the great Irish roads with stronger knees for my soon to be ritual daily run!

I've been with CodeRed for about 3 months now and it's been an amazing experience. I've never been big into lifting because I really didn't know how to attempt them. At CodeRed the coaches have been great and have taught me so much about technique and form. We track all our workouts and it's amazing to look back to when I first started and see the progress. I feel stronger and can actually last through an hour workout now! Also, the people who work-out there are all very supportive and encouraging. I have been a member of CrossFit Code Red for a couple months now. The biggest selling point for me is the sense of community with the amazing people you work out with, not to mention the awesome coaches. The coaches are there to help you hit your goals and get you to break down the mental blocks that prevent you from going harder and stronger. I have seen huge gains in my strength and cardio, but my biggest gain has really been in my confidence and pushing through different obstacles. I couldn't have done this without the support offered by the CrossFit Code Red gang!

The week trial is also a key selling point to CrossFit. Each workout is different, so how do you know if it's a good fit if you only get to try it once? My first and second nights were totally different.

I have been working out at the CrossFit Code Red box for a couple of years. Aside from being a great workout facility it has a fantastic community of people all striving to get in better shape.

Originally I was intimidated by the intense workouts (truth be told, I still am occasionally,) but I soon found that I was more than capable of completing all kinds of different workouts. It's never a "one size fits all" program. All WOD's (workout of the day) can be scaled to different skill levels and the coaches are always helping people get the most from their workouts. They are knowledgable and friendly and make even the most grueling workouts fun. They push everyone to go beyond their comfort zones, and eventually you understand why, when you don't feel like you could do another push-up and you take a breath and proceed to do another 50.

The people at CFCR are awesome. There's nothing more motivating during an intense workout than to look to your left or right and see another member pushing through. We cheer each other on and celebrate everyone's victories, from someone getting their first strict pull-up, to a first muscle-up, or a personal record on a deadlift.

There are always new events being posted. Races, obstacle courses, CrossFit competitions, nutrition challenges, etc. In the end, it's so much more than a workout a few times a week. That's what I enjoy about it so much. I recommend it to people all the time. Half the work is just showing up.

I can't say enough about Crossfit Code Red!! I always had belonged to a 24 hour fitness & ran. Always kept in shape. The classes at 24 became so repetitive...& I really wasn't seeing any change in my body...things got boring!!

I saw a Groupon for Code Red so I thought why not give it a try...plus I went to high school with the owner so what do I have to lose, right?!
Obsessed! The workouts are so varied you are always working a different muscle! Yes, it is HARD...some days I am like "how am I going to get through this!" The changes you will feel & see make it all worth while!!
I have met some amazing people at the gym that I can now call friends!! Everyone is encouraging & helpful.
Afraid to try?? You will never know until you do!!!

The latest workout I attended consisted of running around the parking lot, then doing 9 minutes of plank; something I might just as well have stayed at home for. And at home the run would be more scenic. Not air conditioned. The facility is basically a large storage unit with a bathroom. Reliance on competetiveness to motivate does not suit my personality, and the workouts are geared toward more muscular types with exercises like push-ups, pull-ups and burpees. Some of this is the nature of Cross Fit training, not Code Red itself. It was developed in the military, and it shows.
